从材料选择和整流罩设计两方面,介绍了如何解决高速红外导引头整流罩问题.针对高速红外成像导引头使用环境的要求,分析了整流罩材料选择应考虑的因素.通过比较材料的透过率、硬度、抗弯强度和热膨胀等性能参数,得出尖晶石是较理想的高速导弹整流罩材料,其机械性能和光学性能良好,易于制备,并已取得成功应用;红外玻璃特别适合大尺寸和复杂形状制备.为了减小整流罩气动加热效应,分析了解决气动加热问题的途径,提出可通过镀金刚石膜、信号处理、共形设计等技术来减小影响,并简要介绍共形整流罩设计原理和制造.  相似文献

本文实现了一种新颖的等效环路有限差分算法, 这种算法借鉴传输线算法的思想, 在Yee氏网格中引入等效集总元件, 包括常规介质中的等效串联电感、并联电容和左手材料中的等效并联电感、串联电容等. 良好的物理思想使其可以提供适用色散介质计算的收敛性条件, 更加适合仿真计算频率选择表面和超材料等色散介质. 为了提高其计算效率, 研究了核内加速技术, 这种技术理论上可达到最高4倍的加速, 实际应用中得到2倍左右的加速效果. 使用该算法进行了超材料吸波体结构的设计, 通过单双环电阻加载实现宽带电磁波吸收功能. 隐身天线罩对于实现天线的带外隐身有着重要作用, 利用该算法设计了工作频率为1 GHz, 隐身频带在3 GHz到9 GHz的天线罩. 并与两个加工样品的测量结果进行了比较, 对比的结果验证了算法的正确性. 同时核内加速技术的有效性也通过仿真时间比较得到了验证. 关键词: 等效环路有限差分算法 核内加速 超材料吸波体 隐身天线罩  相似文献

为改善高功率微波天线的性能,设计了一种新型X波段左手材料高功率微波天线罩,并对其进行了实验冷测研究。结果表明,加载一到四层左手材料天线罩均可在一定频率范围内汇聚波束和提高增益,其中加载一层左手材料天线罩时,天线增益提高最大,在频率为9.32 GHz时增益提高最大幅度约为9.64 dB。将实验结果与理论仿真进行对比发现,两者并没有吻合一致。分析了天线罩的功率容量,可以实现高功率微波的应用。  相似文献

In this paper the characteristics of LiTiMg-ferrite radome are presented. A thin layer of LiTiMg-ferrite is used as superstrate or radome, which controls the radiation, reception, and scattering from a printed antenna or array by applying a dc magnetic bias field in the plane of the ferrite, orthogonal to the RF magnetic field. In this analysis absorbing and transmission power coefficients are calculated to obtain the power loss and transmitted power through the radome layer respectively. The absorbing power coefficient verifies the switching behavior of radome for certain range of applied external magnetic field (Ho), which depends on the resonance width parameter (ΔH) of ferrite material. By properly choosing the bias field, electromagnetic wave propagation in the ferrite layer can be made zero or negligible over a certain frequency range, resulting in switching behavior of the ferrite layer. In this communication we also show precise preparation of radome layer and present its electric and magnetic properties along with its Curie temperature, which shows the working efficiency of layer under extreme situation. This radome layer can be very useful for the sensitive and smart communication systems.  相似文献

为了满足现代通信设备多频带及集成化要求,基于耦合机理和谐振机理,在实心半波壁雷达罩和A 夹层雷达罩等效平板基底上设计了一种由容性表面(内嵌谐振单元)-感性表面-容性表面(内嵌谐振单元)-等效基底级联而成的Ku/Ka波段双通带频率选择表面结构. 根据FSS的物理结构建立了等效电路模型,分析了滤波机理,利用全波分析软件计算了两种FSS雷达罩的传输特性. 该结构基于容性表面与感性表面的耦合作用在Ku波段形成具有微型化特性的第一通带,基于两个容性表面内嵌的方环单元谐振在Ka波段形成第二通带,两通带透过率分别为89%,94.7%(实心半波壁FSS雷达罩)、88.2%/93.7%(A夹层FSS雷达罩),在0°–45°扫描范围内,两通带传输特性稳定. 在半波壁雷达罩的等效平板上制作了Ku/Ka双通带实验样件,利用自由空间法测试其传输特性,在制作误差允许的范围内,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致. 为研究通带间隔较宽的多频FSS 提供了理论和实验依据. 关键词: 雷达罩 频率选择表面(FSS) 双通带  相似文献

由于雷达天线系统自身工作的特点, 他必须保证自身雷达波的正常接收和发射, 常用的隐身措施无法简单地在雷达天线隐身中获得应用. 采用频率选择表面 (FSS) 技术与天线罩技术相结合形成FSS天线罩, 可以使天线罩获得频率选择的功能. 即FSS天线罩对雷达的工作频段提供带通的传输特性, 同时改变雷达工作频段以外的雷达散射截面 (RCS) 特性, 可以实现带外隐身. 本文分析了FSS天线罩制备的基本思路, 综述了国内外FSS天线罩在结构设计、制造工艺等方面的研究状况, 并从多频FSS天线罩、智能FSS天线罩、厚屏FSS天线罩、 微型化FSS天线罩以及各技术的组合等方面对FSS天线罩的发展进行了展望. 关键词: 频率选择表面(FSS) 多频FSS天线罩 智能FSS天线罩 厚屏FSS天线罩  相似文献

共形结构不仅具有良好的空气动力学性能,且不存在由于表面不连续造成的热梯度等问题,因而采用该结构的导弹整流罩更有利于导弹系统作战性能的提高。但共形结构中采用的非球面罩曲面使整流罩表现出许多不同于球形结构的动态特性,这给导引头中光学系统的设计带来很多困难。在分析共形结构一阶特性的基础上,利用矢量像差理论详细分析该结构中初级像差产生的原因及特点,并提出通过控制元件的倾斜和偏心来平衡所有观察视场中像差的方法。软件分析结果表明:加入倾斜偏心元件后可适当放大小观察视场中的像差,共形整流罩在各观察视场中具有较为稳定的像差特性,有效地改善了该结构的成像质量。  相似文献

A locally resonant sonic material (LRSM) is an elastic matrix containing a periodic arrangement of identical local resonators (LRs), which can reflect strongly near their natural frequencies, where the wavelength in the matrix is still much larger than the structural periodicity. Due to the periodic arrangement, an LRSM can also display a Bragg scattering effect, which is a characteristic of phononic crystals. A specific LRSM which possesses both local resonance and Bragg scattering effects is presented. Via the layered-multiple-scattering theory, the complex band structure and the transmittance of such LRSM are discussed in detail. Through the analysis of the refraction behavior at the boundary of the composite, we find that the transmittance performance of an LRSM for oblique incidence depends on the refraction of its boundary and the transmission behaviors of different wave modes inside the composite. As a result, it is better to use some low-speed materials (compared with the speed of waves in surrounding medium) as the LRSM matrix for designing sound blocking materials in underwater applications, since their acoustic properties are more robust to the incident angle. Finally, a gap-coupled LRSM with a broad sub-wavelength transmission gap is studied, whose acoustic performance is insensitive to the angle of incidence.  相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical analysis of a density measurement cell using an unidimensional model composed by acoustic and electroacoustic transmission lines in order to simulate non-ideal effects. The model is implemented using matrix operations, and is used to design the cell considering its geometry, materials used in sensor assembly, range of liquid sample properties and signal analysis techniques. The sensor performance in non-ideal conditions is studied, considering the thicknesses of adhesive and metallization layers, and the effect of residue of liquid sample which can impregnate on the sample chamber surfaces. These layers are taken into account in the model, and their effects are compensated to reduce the error on density measurement. The results show the contribution of residue layer thickness to density error and its behavior when two signal analysis methods are used.  相似文献

针对具有电大尺寸、厚介质罩且馈源采用特定模式激励的高功率微波(HMP)传输及辐射结构研究了一种新型的电磁建模技术。将模式匹配方法与积分方程方法进行混合,构建了电磁模型的方程组,采用多层快速多极子技术、预条件器等进行求解加速,最终形成了可对电大尺寸HPM传输、辐射系统进行高效全波电磁仿真的技术。以电大变张角喇叭馈源、功率合成天线、波束波导及波束波导天线作为实例,构建了几何及电磁模型,并进行了包括远区方向图、近区功率密度分布在内的数值模拟,对该技术的正确性和通用性进行了验证。结果表明,该技术边界拟合准确,内存消耗低,且对馈电模式能予以准确反映,适用于HPM传输发射的高效高精度模拟。  相似文献

 介绍了一个可用于天线罩电厚度与介质材料介电常数测量的六端口反射计系统,它由对称波导五端口结与定向耦合器组成,其关键部件波导五端口结用HFSS软件仿真与设计。介绍了天线罩相对电厚度复反射系数的测量方法。用该系统对滑动短路器复反射系数进行了测量,测量结果表明,系统工作稳定,测试精度高。利用短路波导法测量了材料介电常数和损耗角正切,测量结果显示:介电常数测量的精度和稳定度较高,损耗正切的测量误差较大。  相似文献

设计了一种用于高功率径向线螺旋阵列天线的极化转换天线罩。利用三层介质层包夹双层金属折线,形成密封的埋入式折线栅结构。在实现圆极化与线极化相互转换的同时,又避免金属与空气接触,可以提高功率容量。分析了埋入式折线栅单元各参数的影响,并优化单元参数,以此构建埋入式折线栅极化转换天线罩并加载至X波段高功率径向线螺旋阵列天线,分析了天线的基本性能以及功率容量。仿真结果显示:天线匹配良好,增益和波束宽度变化很小,中心频率轴比由1.16 dB变为40 dB,圆极化波转换为线极化波效果良好;经初步分析,极化转换天线罩的功率容量为121 MW,实现了极化转换天线罩的高功率应用。  相似文献

Surface nanostructuring of engineering materials can be utilised to enhance materials performance for various applications. The aim of this work was to investigate the evolution of microstructure and its correlation with strengthening mechanisms in nanocrystalline commercially pure titanium (cp-Ti) produced by surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT). The individual contributions of dislocation slip and twining as the deformation mechanisms during SMAT have been quantified using X-ray line profile analysis and corroborated with transmission electron microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction techniques. It is found that twining is operative only in the early stages of deformation. The absence of twin–twin intersections suggests that twining is not directly responsible for the initial refinement of grain size. Dislocation slip is the major deformation mode, which leads to the refinement of the microstructure by forming low-angle lamellar boundaries. Continuous dynamic recrystallisation is demonstrated to be the mechanism of nanocrystallisation in cp-Ti using detailed microscopic analysis. In contrast to previous studies, which have neglected the contribution of Taylor strengthening, it is observed that a combination of Hall–Petch and Taylor relationships can explain the strength only if separate set of parameters K (Hall–Petch constant) and α (geometrical factor in Taylor relationship) are used for the nanocrystalline surface and severely deformed sub-surface of cp-Ti. Taken together, this work provides new insights into the underlying mechanisms for engineering nanocrystalline materials.  相似文献

Recent advances in state-of-the-art optoelectronic techniques are presented for small-signal electronic device network analysis. The impetus for optoelectronic approaches is given by the severely inadequate bandwidth coverage of existing measurement techniques. Based on a comparison of the trade-offs offered by various optoelectronic techniques, external electrooptic sampling was chosen. Then, the three basic building blocks of an electrooptic characterization system are discussed, which cover the areas of wide-band signal measurement, generation and transmission. The building blocks are subsequently integrated into a complete electrooptic network analyser system capable of active device characterization over a 100 GHz bandwidth. These capabilities are demonstrated on a heterojunction field-effect transistor with a directly-measured maximum frequency of oscillation of 94 GHz. Then, the performance of the electrooptic network analyser is optimized by minimizing transmission line losses, and by improving signal generation and measurement geometries. The resulting system exhibits an unprecedented single-measurement bandwidth of 700 GHz on passive structures. The system performance is verified by comparing measured results with simple models of the measured passive structures.  相似文献

The transmission properties of compound frequency selective structures with dielectric slab and air gaps were investigated by computation and experimentation.Mechanism analyses were also carried out.Results show that the air gaps have a distinct influence on the transmission properties.Resonant frequency of the structure would increase rapidly when the air gap appears.After the gap gets larger to a specific value,generally 1/5 wavelength corresponding to the resonant frequency,the transmission properties would change periodically with the gap thickness.The change of transmission properties in one period has a close relationship with the dielectric thickness.These results provide a new method for designing a bandpass radome of large incidence angle and low loss with the concept of stealth shield radome.  相似文献

We investigate the dynamic event-triggered state estimation for uncertain complex networks with hybrid delays suffering from both deception attacks and denial-of-service attacks.Firstly,the effects of time-varying delays and finitedistributed delays are considered during data transmission between nodes.Secondly,a dynamic event-triggered scheme(ETS)is introduced to reduce the frequency of data transmission between sensors and estimators.Thirdly,by considering the discussed plant,dynamic ETS,state estimator,and hybrid attacks into a unified framework,this framework is transferred into a novel dynamical model.Furthermore,with the help of Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality techniques,sufficient condition to ensure that the system is exponentially stable and satisfies H∞performance constraints is obtained,and the design algorithm for estimator gains is given.Finally,two numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The control of sound transmission through panels is an important noise control problem in the aerospace, aeronautical, and automotive industries. The trend towards using lightweight composite materials that have lower sound insulation performance is a negative factor regarding low frequency transmission loss. Double-panel partitions with the gap filled with sound absorption materials are often employed to improve the sound insulation performance with reduced added weight penalty. However, in the low frequency range, the strong coupling between the panels through the air cavity and mechanical paths may greatly reduce the sound transmission performance, making it even lower than the performance of a single panel in some frequency ranges. In this work, an experimental investigation of a new kind of hybrid (active/passive) acoustic actuator is presented. The idea consists of replacing the acoustic absorption material by a hybrid actuator aiming at improving the transmission loss at low frequencies without altering the passive attenuation. A prototype of the system is tested in a plane wave acoustic tube setup. Different kinds of SISO feedforward control implementations were used to attenuate the sound power transmitted through the hybrid active–passive panel using an error microphone or a particle velocity sensor placed downstream with respect to the sample panel. Measurement results of the transmission loss with active and hybrid attenuation are presented and discussed.  相似文献

采用化学气相沉积方法,在氩气和氧气混合气氛下制备了两种四角结构的纳米氧化锌。初始反应物为纯锌粉,反应过程中没有采用任何触媒。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、光致发光光谱研究了纳米产物的结构和光学性质。获得的纳米产物为高纯的纤锌矿结构氧化锌。两种氧化锌纳米产物具有三维立体的四角结构,分别为四角锥-片状结构和四角锥-线状结构,具有较大的长径比,呈典型的微/纳结构。通过对两种氧化锌纳米结构的紫外发射峰和可见发射带的对比研究,探讨了氧化锌纳米产物可见发射带的起源,以及影响其发光性质的主要因素。  相似文献
