The hydrothermal reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and NiCl2·6H2O results in a novel coordination polymer, [Ni(3,5-pdc)(H2O)4]·(H2O). The crystal structure of the compound was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/n, a=1.136 1(3)nm, b=0.709 8(2) nm, c=1.459 7(4) nm, β=107.538(4)°, V=1.122 4(6) nm3, Dc=1.858 g·cm-1, Z=4, F(000)=648, R1=0.0264, wR2=0.0665. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The final R value is 0.0358.In the crystal structure, one lead ion was represented by nine coor-dination geometry; the other was showed as ten coordination geometry.  相似文献

The title complex [Cu3(TFSSB)2·(H2O)4·4H2O]n (TFSSB=taurine 3-formylsalicylic schiff base) was synthesized by TFSSB and copper(Ⅱ) acetate monohydrate in ethanol solution and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21 / n,with cell parameters: a=0.927 9(6) nm, b=1.173 0(2) nm, c=1.471(2) nm, β=106.96(2)°, and V=1.531(2) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.890 g·cm-3, μ=2.291 mm-1, F(000)=882, R1=0.025 9, wR2=0.065 9. A mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [CoL(H2O)2]n (H2L: 4,4′,6,6′-Tetrabromo-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the complex belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=2.516 8(3) nm, b=1.023 43(18) nm, c=0.789 17(14) nm, β=91.375(2)°, V=2.032 1(5) nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.317 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo Kα)=8.747 mm-1, F(000)=1 356, R1=0.049 7, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure of [CoL(H2O)2]n indicates that the complex consists of one cobalt(Ⅱ) atom, one L2- unit and two coordinated water molecules, and the coordination number of the cobalt(Ⅱ) atom is six. One-dimensional chain supramolecular structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking of neighboring benzene rings. CCDC: 652649.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)3]n·2nH2O(1), where 2,4,6-TMBA=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 04(17) nm, V=2.494 7(9) nm3, Z=4, M=471.40, Dc=1.255 g·cm-3, μ=0.571 mm-1, F(000)=996, Rint=0.029 4, R=0.037 6 and wR=0.094 9. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. [Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. A novel 1D Ladder-like coordination polymer [Na3Er(2,6-PDA)3]·11.5H2O (2,6-H2PDA is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to Monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.969 7(3) nm, b=1.914 6(6) nm, c=1.8031(6) nm, β=91.524(5)°, V=3.346 6(18) mm3, Z=4, Dc=1.863g·cm-3, μ=2.645 mm-1. The coordination geometry configuration of Er3+ center is tricapped trigonal prism. The structures of the title compound exhibit a novel 1D Ladder-like chain.  相似文献

The title complex [Sm(o-MOBA)3(phen)·H2O]2·4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of SmCl3·6H2O with o-methoxybenzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline in 1∶3∶1 molar ratio. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.203(10) nm, b=1.293(10) nm, c=1.306(11) nm, α=64.50(10)°, β=81.93(10)°, γ=74.81(10)°. The molecular structure shows that the Sm3+ ion coordinates to nine atoms. A heteronuclear compound, K2[Co(Dipc)2]·7H2O (Dipc=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthe- sized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: orthorhombic system with space group Pnna and unite cell parameters: a=2.0645(3)nm, b=1.3484(2)nm, c=0.8204(1)nm; V=2.2838(6)nm3, Z=4, Dcald=1.726 g·cm-3, μ=1.193 mm-1, F(000)=1212, Gof=1.045, Δρ=339~-348 e·nm-3, the final R is 0.0295. In the molecule of the complex, Co(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinate to form a dis-torted octahedron. The N atom and the carboxyl group of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid are coordinated with the central ions. One of the carboxyl groups of the pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid connect K(Ⅰ) and Co(Ⅱ). The com- pound possesses approximate C2 symmetry. The compounds form a three-dimensional network of infinite length connection with crystal waters, potassium ions and hydrogen bonds. The result of kinetics of thermal decomposition indicated that the compound decomposition takes place in two steps. CCDC: 207078.  相似文献

The title compound [Zn(DMF)6]H2SiW12O40·(CH3)2NH was synthesized in mixed solvent of aqueous and acetonitrile, and its crystal structure had been determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/m, a=2.0654(4)nm, b=1.3306(3)nm, c=1.3194(3)nm, β=119.59(3)°, V=3.1531(11)nm3, Dc=3.606Mg·m-3, Z=2, R=0.0462, Rw=0.0836. The title compound comprises of a [Zn(DMF)6]2+ unit, a polyanion and a free (CH3)2NH molecule. The ESR spectrum of the title compound shows that charge-transfer between organic groups and polyanion takes place under irradiation of the sunlight in solid state. The TG study of the title compound shows that it had four stages of the weight loss, and the increase of the de-composition temperature for the polyanion shows that the stability of the polyanion was enhanced due to the influence of Zn2+ ion. The crystal structure of the title complex, [K2(5-nbdc)2Cd(Ⅱ)·imH·H2O] (5-nbdc=5-nitro-1,3-benzenedicarbonate, imH=imidazole) has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal data are: tetragonal, space group P41, Mr=694.93 for CdC19H12N4O13K2, a=1.018 6(10) nm, b=1.018 6(10) nm, c=2.436 7(5) nm; Z=4, V=2.528 2(6) nm3, F(000)=1 376, Dc=1.826 Mg·m-3, μ=1.267 mm-1. The title polymeric complex exhibits a two-dimensional framework, in which adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by μ-O4-5-nitro-1,3-benzenedicarbonate groups forming one-dimensional chains that are further linked by μ-O3-5-nitro-1,3-benzenedicarbonate groups into two-dimensional anion rectangle sheets with large 32-membered rings. The strong π-π stacks of the benzene rings link these adjacent sheets into a three-dimensional van der Waals network. CCDC: 245527.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear complex of [Ni2(p-PhDTA)(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (p-PhDTA2-=para-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate)has been synthesized. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

A novel binucleus mixed-ligand[Cd2(phen)4(bmal)2]·3H2O (phen=phenanthroline; bmal=benzylmalonic acid radical) has been synthesized by the reaction of phen and bmal with cadmium(Ⅱ) salt. X-ray crystal structure analysis was carried out to determine the crystal structure of the title complex. The crystal of the title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.119 1(8) nm, b=2.480 5(17) nm, c=1.063 4(8) nm, β=142.042(12)°, Z=4, V=2.887(3) nm3, Dc=1.613 g·cm-3, R1=0.046 2, wR2=0.115 6, F(000)=1 424. One carboxyl of bmal is coordinated to Cd(1) with monodentate form, the others are coordinated to Cd(2) with bidentate form. The complexes form a 1-D chain structure bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in bmal, the 2-D network structure was formed by π-π interaction of neighbouring phen. An organic-inorganic hybrid complex, [H2(PW12O40){Zn(C10H8N2)2(H2O)}]·1.5[Zn(C10H8N2)3]·1.75H2O has been synthesized hydrothermally and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space grounp C2/c, with a=4.709 4(2) nm, b=1.431 77(7) nm, c=2.621 07(1) nm, β=90.125(4)°, V=17.673 4(2) nm3, Z=8, Dc=3.087 Mg·m-3, F(000)=14 884, μ(Mo Kα)=16.327 mm-1. The structure was refined to R1=0.068 7 and wR2=0.158 0 for 20 128 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). Single crystal structure shows that the title compound is constructed from [PW12O40]3- cluster anion and [Zn(C10H8N2)2(H2O)]2+ metal-organic complex cation, in which metal Zn(Ⅱ) cation are coordinately bonded to the terminal oxygen of Keggin polyanions. The title compound exhibits good catalytic activity for oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid. CCDC: 624772.  相似文献

A novel cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid (H4bptc) and 2-phenyl-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta[l]-phenanthrene (ptcp), {[Co(H2bptc)(ptcp)(H2O)2]·H2O}n(1), has been synthesized by hydro-thermal method and was characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetry (TG). It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Pn with a=0.719 44(14) nm, b=1.259 4(3) nm, c=1.681 9(3) nm, β=93.30(3)°, V=1.521 5(5) nm3, Z=2, C35H26CoN4O11, Mr=737.53, Dc=1.610 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=0.639 mm-1, F(000)=758, S=1.024, R1=0.076 7 and wR2=0.120 6. The structural analyses reveal that the title complex is a 1D zigzag chain strcture along the c axis, which is stacked to furnish a three-dimensional supramolecular net structure via hydrogen bonding interactions. The crystal belongs to monoiclinic with space group C2/c, a=3.140(2) nm, b=1.176 4(9) nm, c=2.021 6(15) nm, β=103.081(12)°, V=5.713(7) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=3064, Dc=1.815 g·cm-3, μ=6.502mm-1.
