采用水蒸汽蒸馏法分别从未处理和纤维素酶前处理的没药中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分析。从中分别鉴定出38种和34种化学成分,用峰面积归一法通过数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的质量分数,占挥发油总成分的67.95%和70.05%。  相似文献

用挥发油提取器提取大叶桉干叶中的挥发油,利用色质联用(GC/MS)产生的双线性数据,藉化学计量学分辨方法,得到了各组分的纯物质色谱峰和质谱图。根据色谱保留时间,同时利用解析所得的纯物质质谱图在NIST质谱数据库进行相似检索来对各个组分进行定性分析;采用色谱峰面积归一法计算各化合物的相对含量。共分离了113个化合物,鉴定了其中90个,占总挥发油的93.28%。主要为萜类、萜醇类等化合物,还成功地检测出一些色谱分离不完全和低含量的组分。  相似文献

用水蒸汽蒸馏法从曼陀罗果实中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对其化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果确定了68种化合物,占挥发油总量的82.83%,其主要成分为6-戊基-5,6-二氢化吡喃-2-酮(9.13%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇(6.71%)、二苯酮(6.16%)和1-己醇(6.10%)等。  相似文献

使用K I/DMF/(CF3CO)2O还原衍生方法,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对磺酸类化合物进行了结构鉴定和成分分析。实验结果表明,这种新的还原衍生方法不仅方便快速、条件易控,而且产物稳定,具有良好的气相色谱-质谱行为,可以很好地解决磺酸类阴离子表面活性剂有效成分分析鉴定的难题。  相似文献

本文介绍了使用新型变径毛细管柱的气相色谱/傅里叶变换红外光谱联用技术(GC/FTIR)。以正构烷烃的混合物为样品,研究了载气速流、色谱进样量及柱后死体积对联用效果的影响。分别在变径毛细管柱GC/FTIR和普通毛细管柱GC/FTIR联用系统上分析了烷烃芳烃混合物和合成汽油样品,并利用软件系统提供的程序和红外标准谱库对所得光谱进行了检索。实验结果表明,变径毛细管柱GC/FTIR系统具有色谱进样量大,可鉴定组分多,分离能力强和检测灵敏度高等显著优点。  相似文献

Gas chromatography/quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC/qMS), gas chromatography/Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (GC/FTIR) and gas chromatography/orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC/oaTOFMS) were applied to analyze the volatile oil from the stem of Acanthopanax Senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms. Based on the mass spectra search function of GC/qMS with the aid of the discriminability of the geometrical isomer by GC/FTIR and the ability to determine the accurate mass charge ratio (m/z) by GC/oaTOFMS, 68 GC eluants were identified successfully. The use of capillary column gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry for the analysis of a series of standard solutions (0.1 to 10 μg/ml) of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) and eight other nitroaromatic components was evaluated. The techniques included gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC/ECD), full scan and selected ion monitoring gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with electron impact ionization (EI/FS and EI/SIM), full scan and selected ion monitoring gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with positive ion chemical ionization using methane reagent gas (PICI/FS and PICI/SIM), and full scan and selected ion monitoring gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with negative ion chemical ionization using methane reagent gas (NICI/FS and NICI/SIM). The performance of the techniques was comapared by determining the linear response range, precision, and detection limits of the analyses.  相似文献

This work describes the analysis of a pyrolysis product of a lignite sample obtained from the Turkish Goynuk reserve. The aliphatic, aromatic and polar compounds present in the tar are separated and identified by various chromatographic techniques: Capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), on-line high performance microbore liquid chromatography/capillary gas chromatography (LC/GC) and capillary supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). The suitability of each technique for this particular application is discussed, and semi-quantitative results are presented for the major components detected.  相似文献

从中国广东惠州大亚湾海域采集的皱瘤海鞘的甲醇-氯仿提取物中分离出混合甾醇和神经酰胺两类化合物,混合甾醇经波谱分析和GC/MS联机分析,发现基主要由9种甾醇组成,含量约为甲醇-氯仿提取物的20%。通过波谱分析(如IR,^1HNMR,^13CNMR(DEPT)、^1H-^1H COSY、RCT、FABMS)和GC/MS分析证明神经酰胺结构是由4个同系物组成,含量为提取物的0.1%。同时也初步探讨了共生的皱瘤海鞘与冠瘤海鞘化学成分差异的原因。  相似文献

The performance of a novel rapid-scanning (20,000 amu/s) quadrupole mass spectrometer (qMS) has been evaluated in the comprehensive 2-D gas chromatography (GC×GC) analysis of pesticides contained in water. Analyte extraction was performed by using direct solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The MS system was operated using a rather wide m/z 50-450 mass range and a 33 Hz spectral production rate, a frequency which was found sufficient for reliable quantification. The qMS performance was evaluated considering: (i) number of data points per peak, (ii) mass spectral quality, (iii) extent of peak skewing, and (iv) consistency of retention times. Seven-point calibration curves (external calibration) were constructed for 28 pesticides over the limit of quantification range of 100 μg/L (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 μg/L). The solid-phase microextraction-GC×GC-qMS method was validated by calculating limits of detection and quantification, intraday peak area precision, accuracy, and intraday retention-time precision. A series of tap water samples were subjected to analysis, fortunately giving negative results.  相似文献

用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)差谱技术和气相色谱.质谱(GC/MS)全扫描法及特征离子监测技术,建立了毒鼠强和氟乙酰胺的标准质谱图库。利用有机溶剂直接萃取与FT-IR和GC/MS的结合,建立了混合组分原形物中毒鼠强和氟乙酰胺的快速检测方法。对7份实际样品的鉴定获得满意的结果。建立的方法为侦破案件提供了快速、灵敏、准确、有效的分析手段。  相似文献

利用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)确定三氯新经多相催化加氢后所得的氯代邻羟基二苯醚类化合物的分子组成和结构;以正二十烷为内标物利用气相色谱/原子发射光谱(GC/AED)碳元素(496nm)检测通道,直接得到氯代邻羟基二苯醚类化合物中碳元素的质量,再根据分子式对组分定量。同时选择氯(479nm)和氧(171nm)通道,以三氯新为内标物定量组分中的氯和氧元素的质量。不同检测通道和不同内标物对同一组分所得定量结果基本一致。因而,对难以全部获得标准样品的复杂体系(如含有多种杂原子、同分异构体以及化学反应过程产物),GC/MS和GC/AED联用能够得到准确、可靠的定性和定量结果。  相似文献

An analytical protocol based on optical microscopy, Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), analytical pyrolysis in the presence of hexamethyldisilazane followed by gas chromatographic/mass spectrometric analysis (Py-GC/MS) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after alkaline hydrolysis, solvent extraction and trimethylsilylation (GC/MS) was used in the chemical characterisation of the original adhesives used to fix monochrome and mosaic glass and stone plaques coming from the Late Roman archaeological site of Antinoopolis (Egypt).FTIR analysis demonstrated the presence of calcite fragments, and Py-GC/MS and GC/MS analyses provided detailed molecular compositions, highlighting the presence of a wide range of compound classes including diterpenoid acids, tricyclic abietanes with a high degree of aromatisation, mid- and long-chain monocarboxylic fatty acids, mono- and di-hydroxy acids, α,ω-dicaboxylic fatty acids, n-alkanols, and n-alkanes. Characteristic biomarkers and their distribution patterns indicated the presence of pine pitch in all the adhesives, which in some cases was admixed with beeswax and brassicaceae seed oil.The results provided new insights into the complex recipes used by artisans in ancient Egypt in the production of adhesives and in the sophisticated manufacture of opus sectile decorations.  相似文献
