报道一种以盐酸培氟沙星与溴汞酸盐生成的分子缔合物为电活性物质的新型涂碳PVC膜培氟沙星选择电极。在pH 1 .5~ 4.5范围内 ,电极对培氟沙星的Nernst响应范围为 1 .0× 1 0 - 2 ~ 5 .0× 1 0 - 5mol/L ,检测限为 4.2× 1 0 - 6mol/L。方法的平均回收率为 98.5 % ,RSD为 1 .0 % 相似文献

以培氟沙星与硝酸汞配合比为 2∶1的配位化合物作为电活性物质 ,研制了汞离子 培氟沙星修饰碳糊电极 ,得到了良好的电极响应曲线 ,响应斜率为 35 .8mV·pC- 1,线性范围达 4个数量级 ,检出限为 1.0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1。常见无机离子和一些吡啶类离子对电极基本无干扰。可采用直接电位法测定市售培氟沙星片含量 相似文献

采用活泼酯法合成培氟沙星人工抗原,通过免疫新西兰大白兔获得抗体,建立了间接竞争酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测鸡蛋中培氟沙星。人工抗原经紫外光谱和红外光谱鉴定,免疫所获得抗体测得效价高达1∶51 200,继而建立了培氟沙星间接竞争ELISA,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9920,Ic50达1.5μg/L,抗体对恩诺沙星的交叉反应率为13.89%;鸡蛋样品中分别添加不同浓度的培氟沙星和恩诺沙星,经乙腈-水溶液(体积比4∶1)提取,离心稀释后经ELISA检测,结果表明培氟沙星和恩诺沙星加标回收率为分别为90%~94.2%、84%~90.3%,相对标准偏差分别为5.2%~10.0%、6.5%~10.3%。该方法具有灵敏度高、样品前处理简单、批量检测的优点,适用于复杂食品基质中培氟沙星的定量检测。 相似文献

阳极溶出伏安法测定硒已见报导。本文主要介绍了采用管式金电极为流通池,差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定水中痕量硒的方法。管式电极流通池的制作和应用很方便,测定方法具有快速、灵敏、可靠、可用于连续分析的特点。本实验证实了管式电极和差分脉冲法联合应用的理论及其在分析应用中的优越性。本方法可望在现代连续流动分析中推广应用。 相似文献

为定量结构/活性相关性研究提取了量子化学参数,拓扑指数Am,分子连接性指数^mxt及疏水性常数,同时应用正交变换和最佳变量子集算法(Leaps-and-Bonds)进行了变量压缩和选择,进而实施了多元回归分析,并由此结果进行了HEPT类化合物(1-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6-(phenylthio)-thymine derivatives)的结构/活性关系的理论解释,进行了人工神经网络法对于该类化合物的活性预测,其结构明显好于多元回归法。 相似文献

The dependence of the chemical shifts of the ring protons on the pH of the medium for a number of 4-hydroxyquinoline derivatives was studied by means of PMR spectroscopy. The dipolar and uncharged hydroxy forms exist in equilibrium in aqueous solutions. The effect of intramolecular hydrogen bonding on the character of the dependence of the chemical shift on the pH of the medium in the case of 3-piperidinomethyl-4-hydroxyisoquinoline was investigated. The possibility of the separate protonation of the ring nitrogen and the side-chain nitrogen in 3-piperidinomethyl-4-hydroxyisoquinoline was established. The dependence of the chemical shift of the ring protons on the pH of the medium for a number of 3-hydroxyquinoline derivatives was studied by PMR spectroscopy. The regions of ionization of the molecules, which correspond to the ranges of acidic, neutral, and alkaline media, were found. In D2O, 3-hydroxyquinoline is present only in the uncharged hydroxy form. The presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding in 4-dimethylaminomethyl-3-hydroxyquinoline has a substantial effect on the character of the dependence of the chemical shift on the pH of the medium; the existence of separate protonation of the nitrogen atoms of the ring and the side chain of 4-dimethylaminomethyl-3-hydroxyquinoline was established. Sweden's famous warship, Vasa, sank on her maiden voyage in August 1628, and remained on the bottom of Stockholm harbour for 333 years. Raised in 1961, she became the first large-scale wooden object to be treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG). In the summer of 2000 a number of acidic salt precipitations were noticed on the surface of the ship and on wooden artefacts in the storerooms. An international research project has been established to look into the causes of this problem and suggest possible re-treatments. Meanwhile projects are underway to monitor movements in the ship, to build a better support system, and to replace the thousands of iron bolts holding the structure together, while a sophisticated new climate system has recently been installed in the museum. 相似文献
