A modified U-tube conical bubble sonoluminescence device is used to study the conical bubble photoluminescence. The spectra of conical bubble sonoluminescence at different concentrations of rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) solution in 1,2-propanediol have been measured. Results show that the sonoluminescence from the conical bubbles can directly excite Rh6G, which in turn can fluoresce. The light emission of this kind is referred to as conical bubble photoluminescence. The maximum of fluorescence spectral line intensity in the conical bubble photoluminescence has a red shift in relative to that of the standard photo-excited fluorescence, which is due to the higher self-absorption of Rh6G, and the spectral line of conical bubble photoluminescence is broadened in width compared with that of photo-excited fluorescence.  相似文献

用再沉淀法分别制备了蒽、苝和1-氨基蒽醌水溶胶,研究了三者在水溶液中的荧光光谱,通过与其对应的分子荧光光谱比较,发现蒽和苝的水溶胶荧光光谱发生了红移,而1-氨基蒽醌分子从无荧光到它的水溶胶有荧光的转变,根据荧光和分子结构关系,得出3种溶胶是通过分子之间相互重叠聚集而成。同时因为他们为平面型分子,因此π电子共轭度大,使得荧光容易激发和发射,荧光光谱向长波方向移动。  相似文献

We show that diffusion currents for a membrane containing a single conical nanopore with a fixed surface charge and small enough opening diameter depend on the concentration gradient direction. We interpret the results based on the effect of salt concentration on the thickness of the electrical double layer within the nanopore associated with the nanopore's surface charge and the distribution of electric fields inside the pore. The experimental observations are described by a diffusional model based on the Smoluchowski-Nernst-Planck equation.  相似文献

采用高温熔融工艺制备了两块组分差别不大的掺镱(Yb3+)硅酸盐激光玻璃.测试出两块玻璃样品的吸收光谱和荧光光谱;计算了Yb3+掺杂玻璃的积分吸收截面、受激发射截面、荧光线宽、能级寿命、最小粒子数、饱和泵浦强度、最小泵浦强度等参数,比较发现样品的吸收截面图与倒易法计算所得的受激发射截面图线型相似,而与F-L法计算所得的受激发射截面图筹别较大,这与理论分析相吻合.两块玻璃样品的吸收光谱的线型基本一致,吸收主峰位于975 nm,次峰位于908 nm,这就说明影响激光玻璃吸收光谱线型的主要因素足玻璃基质的组成.两块玻璃样晶的荧光光谱差别比较大,样品1主峰位于993 nm,次峰位于1 029 nm;样品2主峰位于1 035 nm,次峰位于994nm,差别原因主要在于Yb3+离子的掺杂浓度不同.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties of corannulene and cyclopentacorannulene are examined by use of absorption and steady-state fluorescence measurements. A red shift in the emission maxima of cyclopentacorannulene is noted with respect to the emission maxima in the corannulene spectrum. Similar differences in the absorption spectra of both molecules are also observed. Reasons for the dissimilarities in the absorption and emission spectra of these molecules are discussed. The fluorescence quantum yields and lifetimes of the molecules measured in organic solvents are reported. The fluorescence quantum yield and lifetime of cyclopentacorannulene are lower than those of corannulene. This difference is attributed to the highly strained and nonplanar structure of cyclopentacorannulene. The effectiveness of nitromethane as a quencher of corannulene and cyclopentacorannulene fluorescence is examined. In contrast to previously reported results, the fluorescence of these molecules is quenched by nitromethane. Fluorescence quenching of the molecules has been attributed to complex formation in the ground state, i.e., static quenching.  相似文献

采用高温熔融工艺制备了Yb3 掺杂激光玻璃.测试了玻璃的吸收光谱和发射光谱,计算了Yb3 的积分吸收截面和受激发射截面及荧光寿命等参数.玻璃光谱曲线表明:吸收主峰位于975.35 nm,在900~962 nm范围内有一较为弥散的吸收次峰,中心波长为939.17nm;荧光主峰位于977.15 nm,荧光次峰位于997.42 m;随着样品厚度的增加,荧光次峰强度和荧光主峰强度在增大,荧光次峰波长和荧光主峰波长向长波方向移动;荧光有效线宽从34.64 nm增大到54.50 nm;荧光寿命由1.04 ms减小为1.00 ms.  相似文献

Recent progress in filament-induced atmospheric sensing is reviewed.Self-guided propagation of ultrashort laser pulses in air induces laser filamentation.All molecules in the path of a filament can be dissociated into highly excited fragments,resulting in emission of characteristic fluorescence spectra.The fluorescence spectra provide information about the various molecules in the filaments.By using a filament-induced"fingerprinting"fluorescence technique,molecules in the atmosphere can be identified.  相似文献

The spectroscopic performance of Yb-doped calcium fluorapatite (Yb:FAP) was assessed by measuring polarization absorption spectra, polarization emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime. The emission cross section has been evaluated using the absorption cross section and principle of reciprocity. The π polarization absorption and emission cross sections of Yb3+ in FAP are found to be substantially larger than those of other Yb-doped media. Favorable spectroscopic parameters show that Yb:FAP crystal is more desirable for many diode-pumped solid state laser application with low- and medium-power in the near future.  相似文献

采用FLS920型多功能光谱仪,得到了220~320 nm紫外光激发的血浆荧光激发与发射的三维光谱图.结果表明,血浆的紫外荧光光谱在334 nm附近存在一个约100 nm宽的谱峰:300~400 nm.该谱峰是由多种荧光团共同作用的结果,血浆的紫外荧光光谱主要是由血浆中高丰度蛋白的色氨酸和酪氨酸的贡献.另外,血浆中存在的其他大量蛋白质和小分子可通过直接发荧光和间接的能量转移或相互作用使血浆荧光光谱谱峰的加宽,即低丰度的、大量蛋白质或小分子的存在,对血浆的荧光光谱特征变化可以起到调制作用.  相似文献

Emission spectra, excitation spectra and decay times of fluorescence of anthracene films prepared by evaporation on to substrate cooled with liquid nitrogen were measured. The fluorescence spectra of such films show a broad structureless band. The fluorescence excitation spectra and decay times of the emission in the shorter wavelength side of the band are different from those in the longer wavelength side. The decay times of the emissions on the shorter and longer wavelength sides are about 6.0 and 190 ns, respectively, at liquid nitrogen temperature. It may be that the former emission is due to a crystalline structure and the latter emission to an amorphous structure. Next, in anthracene evaporated films containing tetracene as a dopant, the energy transfer from the host to the guest could be observed and this was attributed to the exciton diffusion through the crystalline structure.  相似文献

Blinking (stochastic intermittence) of fluorescence is a quite common phenomenon that accompanies the emission of single quantum objects-organic chromophore molecules, quantum dots, and nanocrystals. It is demonstrated that fluorescence blinking of single organic molecules embedded into a polymer matrix including the occurrence of “grey” states is due to tunneling transitions in the two-level systems (TLSs) of the matrix. The repeated registration of fluorescence excitation spectra of single molecules (SMs) is used for our analysis. The statistics of fluorescence blinking of an SM is directly related to conformational changes (tunneling transitions in TLSs) in its immediate vicinity. Individual parameters of the corresponding elementary excitation are also determined.  相似文献

Colored conical emission was observed experimentally in a thick beta-barium borate crystal as a result of spatiotemporal modulational instability. In the presence of both dispersion and diffraction, colored conical emission showed specific features that were characteristic of the nonlinear dynamics of the strongly coupled fundamental and harmonic fields. Experimental observation directly demonstrated that beam angular spectra were substantially modified as a result of exponential growth of perturbations by means of parametric wave mixing. Seeded amplification of colored conical emission was demonstrated to support ultrabroadband up-conversion.  相似文献

The suggestion that two photon absorption and reemission may contribute to the emission background observed in the Raman spectra of barbituric acid and azobenzene has been tested by a study of the anti-Stokes fluorescence and of the dependence of the emission on the incident laser intensity of these molecules. The transmission and fluorescence spectra of Yb3+ doped Bi2O3-3B2O3 glass were measured. The emission cross section have been evaluated using the measured absorption apectra and principle of reciprocity. We report voltage-clamp measurements through single conical nanopore obtained by chemical etching of a single ion track in polyimide film. Special attention is paid to the pink noise of the ionic current (i.e., 1/f noise) measured with different filling liquids. The relative pink-noise amplitude is almost independent of concentration and pH for KCl solutions, but varies strongly using ionic liquids. In particular, we show that depending on the ionic liquid, the transport of charge carriers is strongly facilitated (low noise and higher conductivity than in the bulk) or jammed. These results show that the origin of the pink noise can be ascribed neither to fluctuations of the pore geometry nor to the pore wall charges, but rather to a cooperative effect on ions motion in confined geometry.  相似文献

采用坩埚下降法生长了Yb: CaF2-SrF2晶体,测试了该晶体的吸收和荧光光谱 以及在不同温度下晶体的热扩散系数和热膨胀系数,并且计算了晶体的热膨胀系数以及在常温下的热导率. 采用对比的方法,对晶体的吸收光谱,荧光光谱,热学性能进行了分析.从吸收和荧光光谱结果表明: 在掺杂相对较高浓度的SrF2的混晶中, Yb3+吸收截面和发射截面比较大. Yb: CaF2-SrF2 (19%)晶体在1040 nm附近的发射截面比较大,光谱也比较宽. 这说明在掺杂相同浓度Yb时,混晶中CaF2, SrF2的比例不同,晶体的光谱性质不同, 主要原因是在混晶中晶体的无序度不同,晶体对称性降低,形成低对称光学中心. 从热扩散系数计算的热导率结果看出晶体具有比较好的热导率.  相似文献

We study, using fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, translational diffusion in molecularly thin liquids confined within a surface forces apparatus. The diffusion coefficient decreases exponentially from the edges towards the center of the Hertzian contact and further suggests the presence of a small number of distinct diffusion processes. This holds alike a crystallizable fluid (OMCTS) and a glass-former (1,2-propane diol), both of which displayed static friction. We conclude that friction, the average of an ensemble of molecules, masked massively heterogeneous molecular mobility.  相似文献
