标题化合物与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)形成的1:1混合结晶物C20H23FN2OC3H7NO由对氟苯甲醛、丙二腈、-萘酚在六氢吡啶存在下合成并经DMF与水的混合溶剂重结晶而得, 其结构通过元素分析、IR 和1H NMR对化合物进行了表征,用X-射线单晶衍射法测定了该化合物的晶体结构。结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,a = 6.365(1), b = 10.620(2), c = 29.122(6) ? b = 92.00(1), V = 1967.3(6) ?, Mr = 389.42, Z = 4, Dc = 1.315 g/cm3, m (MoKa) = 0.092 mm-1, F(000) = 816。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终偏离因子R = 0.047, wR = 0.1053。化合物分子中,原子C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5) 和O(1)形成1个六员环,该六员环中C(1)C(2)键长为1.346(3) 牛砻魑肆被肺焦瓜蟆?  相似文献

The title compound (C22H18N2O3) has been synthesized by the reaction of 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde,malononitrile and 1-naphthol in ethanol in the presence of piperidine,and its structure was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=24.221(6),b=9.016(2),c=17.003(5)A,β=93.16(1)°,V=3707(2)A3,Mr=358.38,Z=8,Dc=1.284g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.087mm-1,F(000)=1504,the final R=0.0432 and wR=0.1085.X-ray analysis reveals that the atoms of C(1),C(2),C(3),C(4),C(5) and O(1) form a boat-form six-membered ring in which the C(1)-C(2)(1.349(3)A) is a C=C double bond.  相似文献

标题化合物C24H29NO4?1/2C2H5OH稨2O)由香兰素、5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮、醋酸铵在微波辐射下干反应并经95%乙醇重结晶而得C24H29NO4穀2(C2H5OH稨2O)晶体。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定,其晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n, a = 9.810(2), b = 14.516(3), c = 17.008(3) ? b = 101.03(2), V = 2377.2(8) ?, Z = 4, Mr = 427.52, Dc = 1.195 g/cm3 , m(MoKa) = 0.082 mm-1, F(000) = 920。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子为R = 0.0406, wR = 0.0892。X-射线衍射分析结果表明,吡啶环和与之稠合的2个六员环均为信封式构象。  相似文献

1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3-(4-methylbenzoyl)thiourea was synthesized and characterized by IR,1H and 13C NMR, mass spectroscopy and the elemental analysis. The crystal structure was confirmed from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a=12.038(3), b=6.330(6), c=18.912(5) Å and β=100.32(3)°. There is a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of the type N?H...O, with distance N1...O1=2.659(3) Å. The structure is composed of dimers related by inversion centers. The dimers are formed by intermolecular interactions of the type N?H...S with N...S separation of 3.440(2) Å. The mass fragmentation pattern has also been discussed.  相似文献
