The reaction of 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane (dadm), malonic acid (H2mal) and Cu(NO3)2 in aqueous solution results in a discrete binuclear Cu(II) macrocycle: [Cu(dadm)(mal)- (H2O)]2(2H2O. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.231(3), b = 11.847(2), c = 9.801(2)A,Z= 106.75(3)o, V = 1693.5(6)A3, Z = 2, C32H40Cu2N4O12, Mr = 799.76, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, λ(MoK() = 0.71073A, μ = 1.325 mm-1, F(000) = 828, the final R = 0.0531 and Wr = 0.1244 for 3421 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(II) is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from a mal ligand, two nitrogen atoms from two dadm ligands and a water oxygen atom to form a triangle bipyramidal motif. The title compound possesses a distorted macrocycle enclosed by dadm with approximate dimensions of 8.3A× 5.9A.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of cobalt sulfate heptahydrate with 4,4'-bpy and 4-abaH (4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine, 4-abaH = 4-aminobenzonic acid) in ethanol solution, and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: tetragonal, space group P42/n, Mr = 5692.46, Co8C192H288N32O120S8, a = b = 16.402(5), c = 22.750(5) (A), Z = 1, V = 6120(2) (A)3, F(000) = 2968, Dc = 1.544 g/cm3,μ = 0.707 mm- 1, the final R = 0.0786 and wR = 0.1935 for 2673 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The title complex consists of polymeric [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)4]2+ cation chains, SO42- anions, lattice 4-abaH and water mole cules. The center CoⅡ ions are connected by bridging 4,4'-bpy ligands exhibiting one-dimensional chains, and coordinated by four water molecules into a distorted octahedral geometry. These chains are further extended by hydrogen bonds among SO42- anions, coordinated and lattice water molecules as well as lattice 4-abaH molecules into a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound {Cu2(pdc)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)(3H2O}2 1 (H2pdc = pyridine-2,6- dicarboxylic acid, also known as dipicolinic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.2278(3), b = 10.6259(4), c = 17.7614(6)A, α= 79.5990(10), β = 83.6300(10), γ = 71.8280(10)o, V = 1272.60(8)A3, C48H44Cu4N8O24, Mr = 1371.07, Z = 1, Dc = 1.789 g/cm3, μ = 1.747 mm-1, F(000) = 696, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1137 for 3938 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). There are two kinds of Cu coordination environments, and each central copper(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geo- metry. Four copper(II) atoms are linked by four pdc and two 4,4′-bipy ligands to form an annular rectangle structure. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions involving carboxylate O atoms as well as coordinated and free water molecules lead to the formation of a three-dimensional network struc- ture.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of (NH(4))(6)Mo(7)O(24).4H(2)O, CuCl(2).2H(2)O, and 4,4'-bipyridine yields bipyridine-ligated copper-trimolybdate monohydrate [Cu(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(Mo(3)O(10))].H(2)O in the monoclinic system with space group of C(2/c) and cell parameters of a = 15.335(2) A, b = 15.535(2) A, c = 15.106(2) A, beta = 101.162(2) degrees, V = 3530.7(9) A(3), and Z = 8. Its structure consists of one-dimensional infinite ([Mo3O10]2-)( infinity ) chains linked through [Cu2(H2O)2(4,4'-bipy)] units. The Mo-O chain contains distorted [MoO(6)] octahedra connected through corner-sharing oxygen atoms into infinite chains along the c direction and each chain is located in the channel formed by four adjacent crossing chains of [Cu(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)](n)(2n+). The crystal shows weak conductivity through Mo-O chain along the c direction and insulating property along either a or b direction. Furthermore, a crystalline bimetallic oxide, CuMo3O10, forms when the title compound undergoes thermal treatment in N(2) atmosphere after the complete removal of the ligands.  相似文献

Two novel compounds, [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).H(2)O (1) and [Mn(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).2H(2)O (2) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine; 4-abs = 4-aminobenzenesulfonate), have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, UV-vis and IR spectra, and TG analysis. X-ray structural analysis revealed that 1 and 2 both possess unusual hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional (3-D) networks encapsulating one-dimensional (1-D) covalently bonded infinite [M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) (M = Co, Mn) chains. The 4-abs anions in 1 form 1-D zigzag chains through hydrogen bonds. These chains are further extended through crystallization water molecules into 3-D hydrogen-bonded networks with 1-D channels, in which the [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) linear covalently bonded chains are located. Crystal data for 1: C(22)H(30)CoN(4)O(11)S(2), monoclinic P2(1), a = 11.380(2) A, b = 8.0274(16) A, c = 15.670(3) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 92.82(3) degrees, Z = 2. Compound 2 contains interesting two-dimensional (2-D) honeycomb-like networks formed by 4-abs anions and lattice water molecules via hydrogen bonding, which are extended through other crystallization water molecules into three dimensions with 1-D hexagonal channels. The [Mn(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) linear covalent chains exist in these channels. Crystal data for 2: C(22)H(32)MnN(4)O(12)S(2), monoclinic P2(1)/c, a = 15.0833(14) A, b = 8.2887(4) A, c = 23.2228(15) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 95.186(3) degrees, Z = 4.  相似文献

Reactions of 4,4'-bipyridine (bpy) with Mn(C(4)H(4)O(4)).4H(2)O and Mn(C(5)H(6)O(4)).4H(2)O in methanolic aqueous solutions yielded [Mn(bpy)(H(2)O)(C(4)H(4)O(4))].0.5bpy (1) and Mn(bpy)(C(5)H(6)O(4)) (2), respectively, and reactions of freshly prepared Mn(OH)(2)(-)(2)(x)(CO(3))(x).yH(2)O, adipic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine in a methanolic aqueous solution afforded Mn(bpy)(C(6)H(8)O(4)) (3). The six-coordinate Mn atoms in 1 are interlinked by flexible succinato ligands to form layers, which are sustained by rigid bpy ligands into an 3D open framework with the free bpy molecules in tunnels. The ribbonlike chains in 2 result from Mn atoms bridged by glutarato ligands and are connected by bpy ligands into open layers. In 3, the Mn atoms are bridged by both bpy and adipato ligands to form 3D nanoporous frameworks and 2-fold interpenetration of the resulting 3D frameworks completes the crystal structure. In comparison with 1 and 2, compound 3 displays significant antiferromagnetic behavior at low temperature. The antiferromagnetic exchange becomes stronger from 1 through 2 to 3, and the antiferromagnetic ordering of Mn(2+) centers is related to the syn-syn bridging mode of the terminal carboxylate groups of alpha,omega-dicarboxylate anions. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 9.21(3), b = 10.17(3), c = 10.77(3) (A), α = 77.017(16), β = 89.80(8), γ = 68.46(7)°, V = 911(5) (A)3, Z = 2, (D/s)max = 0.001, Mr = 473.94, Dc = 1.728 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.365 mm-1, F(000) = 486, the final R = 0.0246 and wR = 0.0628 for 3809 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The mononuclear crystal structure extends into a two-dimensional net- work via hydrogen-bonding interactions and a three-dimensional framework is further formed by means of π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

The reactions of the singly deprotonated di-2-pyridylmethanediol ligand (dpmdH(-)) with copper(II) and bismuth(III) have been investigated. A new dinuclear bismuth(III) complex Bi(2)(dpmdH)(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(4)(THF)(2), 1, has been obtained by the reaction of BiPh(3) with di-2-pyridyl ketone in the presence of HO(2)CCF(3) in tetrahydrofuran (THF). The reaction of Cu(OCH(3))(2) with di-2-pyridyl ketone, H(2)O, and acetic acid in a 1:2:2:2 ratio yielded a mononuclear complex Cu[(2-Py)(2)CO(OH)](2)(HO(2)CCH(3))(2), 2, while the reaction of Cu(OAC)(2)(H(2)O) with di-2-pyridyl ketone and acetic acid in a 2:1:1 ratio yielded a tetranuclear complex Cu(4)[(2-Py)(2)CO(OH)](2)(O(2)CCH(3))(6)(H(2)O)(2), 3. The structures of these complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Three different bonding modes of the dpmdH(-) ligand were observed in compounds 1-3. In 2, the dpmdH(-) ligand functions as a tridentate chelate to the copper center and forms a hydrogen bond between the OH group and the noncoordinating HO(2)CCH(3) molecule. In 1 and 3, the dpmdH(-) ligand functions as a bridging ligand to two metal centers through the oxygen atom. The two pyridyl groups of the dpmdH(-) ligand are bound to one bismuth(III) center in 1, while in 3 they are bound two copper(II) centers, respectively. Compound 3 has an unusual one dimensional hydrogen bonded extended structure. The intramolecular magnetic interaction in 3 has been found to be dominated by ferromagnetism. Hydrothermal reaction of H(3)PO(3), CH(3)NH(2), zinc(II) acetate, 4,4'-bipyridine (bipy), and (NH(4))(6)Mo(7)O(24).4H(2)O at 180 degrees C led to a novel organic-inorganic layered hybrid, [CH(3)NH(3)][H(2)bipy][Zn(4)(bipy)(3)(H(2)O)(2)Mo(V)(8)Mo(VI)O(36)(PO(4))].4H(2)O (1). Its structure was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with cell parameters of a = 17.3032(2), b = 17.8113(3), and c = 23.4597 (4) A, beta = 106.410(1) degrees, V = 6935.6(2) A(3), and Z = 4. The structure of compound 1 features a novel 2D layer built from the 8e-reduced tetracapped Keggin [Zn(4)Mo(12)O(36)(PO(4))](3)(-) anions, which are further interconnected by bridging bipy ligands. The four zinc(II) ions are in tetrahedral, trigonal bipyramidal, and octahedral coordination geometries, respectively.  相似文献

The reactions of a Cu(II) salt, MoO(3), and the appropriate bipyridine ligand yield a series of bimetallic oxides, [Cu(3,4'-bpy)MoO(4)] (1), [Cu(3,3'-bpy)(0.5)MoO(4)] (2), and [Cu(4,4'-bpy)(0.5)MoO(4)].1.5H(2)O (3.1.5H(2)O). The structures of 1-3 exhibit three-dimensional covalent frameworks, constructed from bimetallic oxide layers tethered by the dipodal organoimine ligands. However, the [CuMoO(4)] networks are quite distinct. For structure 1, the layer consists of corner-sharing [MoO(4)] tetrehedra and [CuN(2)O(3)] square pyramids, while the layer of 2 is constructed from [MoO(4)] tetrehedra and binuclear [Cu(2)O(6)N(2)] units of edge-sharing copper square pyramids. The oxide substructure of 3 consists of [MoO(4)] tetrahedra corner-sharing with tetranuclear clusters of edge-sharing [CuO(5)N] octahedra. Crystal data: C(10)H(8)N(2)O(4)CuMo (1), orthorhombic Pbca, a = 12.4823(6) A, b = 9.1699(4) A, c = 19.5647(9) A, V = 2239.4(1) A(3), Z = 8; C(5)H(4)NO(4)CuMo (2), triclinic P, a = 5.439(1) A, b = 6.814(1) A, c = 10.727(2) A, alpha = 73.909(4)(o), beta = 78.839(4)(o); gamma = 70.389(4)(o); V = 357.6(1) A(3), Z = 2; C(10)H(8)N(2)O(8)Cu(2)Mo(2).3H(2)O 3.1.5H(2)O, triclinic P, a = 7.4273(7) A, b = 9.2314(8) A, c = 13.880(1) A, alpha = 71.411(2)(o), beta = 88.528(2)(o), gamma = 73.650(2)(o), V = 863.4(1) A(3), Z = 2. The magnetic properties of 1-3 arise solely from the presence of the Cu(II) sites, but reflect the structural differences within the bimetallic oxide layers. Compound 1 exhibits magnetic behavior consistent with ferromagnetic chains which couple antiferromagnetically at low temperature. Compound 2 exhibits strong antiferromagnetic dimeric interactions, with the magnetic susceptibility data consistent with the Bleaney-Bowers equation. Similarly, the magnetic susceptibility of 3 is dominated by antiferromagnetic interactions, which may be modeled as a linear S = 1/2 Heisenberg tetramer.  相似文献

In the crystal the cobalt atom is six-coordinated by oxygen atoms from two carboxylic molecules, two nitrogen atoms from the bpe ligands and two water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The structure of the title complex consists of neutral chains containing cobalt(II) ions bridged by mutually trans bpe molecules. The adjacent chains are connected through weak hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional structure.  相似文献

A three-dimensional complex [Cu(3-ampy)(H2O)4](SO4)·(H2O) (3-ampy = 3-aminopyridine) has been synthesized. Crystallographic data: C5H16CuN2O9S, Mr = 343.80, triclinic, space group P, a = 7.675(2), b = 8.225(3), c = 10.845(3) (A), α= 86.996(4), β = 76.292(4),γ = 68.890(4)°, V = 620.0(3) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.841 g/cm3, F(000) = 354 and μ = 1.971 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0659 for 1838 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The structure consists of [Cu(3-ampy)(H2O)4]2 cations, SO42- anions and lattice water molecules. 3-Ampy acting as a bidentate bridging ligand generates a 1D covalent chain. A supramolecular 2D framework is formed through π-π stacking of pyridine rings. The lattice water molecules and SO42- anions are located between the adjacent 2D frameworks. The hydrogen bonding interactions from lattice water molecules and SO42- anions to coordinate water extend the 2D framework into a 3D network.  相似文献

A binuclear complex [Cu2(phen)2(ip)(Hip)2]·4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, phen(1,10-phenanthroline) and isophthalic acid (H2ip) under hydrothermal condition. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.214(3), b = 10.6973(14), c = 22.567(3) (A), β = 105.081(2)°,C24H19N2O8Cu, Mr= 526.95, Z = 8, F(000) = 2160, V= 4478.6(10)(A)3, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 1.030mm-1, -24≤h≤16, -13 ≤k≤ 13, -28≤l≤28, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0819 for 4615 (Rint = 1.0357)independent reflections and 3290 observed ones (I> 2σ(Ⅰ)). Structural analysis shows that coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) is a planar square, and the title complex exhibits a 2-D framework supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献
