一种吲哚螺吡咯多取代杂环化合物的合成及其晶体结构

利用多组分1,3偶极环加成反应方法,合成了一种新的螺环结构1'-甲基-3'-吡啶甲酰基-4'-(2-噻吩基)螺[吲哚啉-3,2'-吡咯啉]-2-酮化合物,并对该化合物进行了红外光谱、核磁共振谱及X-射线单晶衍射表征.单晶衍射结果表明:该晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶体参数为a=0.899 9(1)nm,b=0.914 4(1)nm,c=1.271 1(2)nm,α=92.852(1)°,β=107.305(2)°,γ=101.580(1)°.在分子晶体结构中,吡咯啉环采用了信封式构象,通过螺碳原子与吲哚啉环相连,形成刚性螺环结构,2个环接近垂直构型,其二面角为84.15(2)°.

微波辐射下三组分“一锅法”合成5-芳基-1,5,6,7,8,9-六氢化-2H-吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉-6-酮

在微波辐射下以芳醛、1,3-环己二酮或达米酮和氨基吡唑为原料, 用乙二醇作能量转移剂, 三组分“一锅法”快速合成了一系列吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉类化合物. 该方法速度快(30～90 s), 产率高(88%～98%), 环境友好. 产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析证实, 化合物4e的单晶经X射线衍射分析, 进一步确证了产物结构.     

用硼酸作催化剂一锅法合成双（二氢化嘧啶酮-4-基）苯

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.     

微波辐射下"一锅煮"法合成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-4H,5H-吡喃-[3,2-c]苯并吡喃-5-酮

以芳醛、4-羟基香豆素、丙二腈为原料,乙醇为能量转移剂,哌啶为催化剂,在微波辐射下一步合成了一系列2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-4H,5H-吡喃-[3,2-c]苯并吡喃-5-酮,反应在40～60s时间内完成,产率60%～97%.     

微波辐射下"一锅煮"法合成9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-9H-二苯并[c,h]-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽

以芳醛、4-羟基香豆素为原料,乙醇为能量转移剂,在微波辐射下一步合成了一系列9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-9H-二苯并[c,h]-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽,反应在4～8min内完成,产率57%～97%.     

微波促进下6-氨基-4-芳基-5-氰基-3-甲基-1-苯基吡啶[2,3-c]并吡唑的合成

5-氨基-3-甲基-1-苯基吡唑与芳亚甲基丙二腈在少量乙二醇中, 经微波辐射得到6-氨基-4-芳基-5-氰基-3-甲基-1-苯基吡啶[2,3-c]并吡唑衍生物, 反应4～8 min完成, 产率为71%～90%, 产物结构通过红外、核磁共振、元素分析及单晶X射线分析表征.
