化学专业公费师范生第二课堂建设的探索和实践——以北京师范大学化学学院卓越化学教师社团为例

北京师范大学化学学院对化学专业公费师范生的培养目标是面向全国各级各类中学培养卓越化学教师。但目前公费师范生培养存在低年级公费师范生主动摄取教师教育知识的意愿不强,高年级公费师范生无法快速适应自身从学生向职前教师的角色转变等问题。通过将北京师范大学化学学院卓越化学教师社团纳入公费师范生第二课堂,针对不同年级的学生开展分类别的、有针对性的教师教育活动,以实现“一、二课堂”互通共融,协同育人。2018至2019学年期间卓越化学教师社团活动的开展情况及有关成效,证明这种形式符合北京师范大学化学学院对公费师范生的培养要求,有助于在第一课堂学习的基础上提升公费师范生的各项能力。这种把社团作为第二课堂培养公费师范生的形式,对培养各专业公费师范生均具有一定的参考价值。     

“两层三步”战略提升公费师范生教学能力的培养实践——以四川师范大学化学专业为例

公费师范生政策对促进师资有效配置、推动义务教育均衡发展具有重要意义。相较于部属师范院校公费师范生，省属师范院校公费师范生的培养无论是在办学的客观条件还是学生的主观能力水平都具有一定差距。四川师范大学化学专业采用“两层三步”战略对公费师范生进行分层培养，因材施教。通过测试学生学情后对学生分层定级，优秀层级学生主要进行研究性学习与创新性实验学习，普通层级学生进行薄弱知识与基础实验技能的强化训练；建立质量评价体系，一段时间后实行学生层级的动态调整，以激发学生内在潜能。这一战略有效提升了公费师范生的学习动力和教学能力。     

化学教育走进雄安——白洋淀环保主题暑期实践活动

在京津冀一体化、雄安新区建设和"绿水青山就是金山银山"生态文明思想的三大政策背景下,由首都师范大学化学(师范)专业师生组成的京冀科育团队于2019年暑假走进雄安新区,以化学教育为核心、以环境保护为主题、以提升学科核心素养为导向,开展了兼具化学专业特色和教师教育特色的暑期实践活动。     

化学教学论课程实施中化学师范生教育教学能力的形成机理*

基于《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准》提炼了师范生教育教学能力体系,体系涵盖了师德践行能力、实践教学能力、综合育人能力和专业发展能力等4项能力及对应的10方面能力要素。以化学教学论课程为例,分析了其章节内容与4项能力的对应关系,探讨了课程实施中化学师范生教育教学能力形成的机理和途径。化学师范生4项能力的形成机理各有特点,需要师范生和教师积极互动。     

新时代化学教育教学改革与创新——评《化学课程与教学论》

胡志刚主编的《化学课程与教学论》(科学出版社2014年10月出版)以理论与实践、继承与创新相统一为原则,全面论述了新课程理念下化学教育教学的变革与创新.该书可作为高等院校化学专业学生的参考教材,也是化学教师和化学教学研究人员较为实用的一本工具书.     

基于教学反思的化学教师职前教育与专业发展

通过化学职前教师系列"反思性实践"课程，研究师范生教学反思的内容以及基于教学反思促进教师专业发展的有效途径，研究发现对个人教学实践、同课异构、课堂教学点评进行持续的反思，师范生的反思水平呈螺旋式上升，能从反思中发现自己的问题，并能找到原因和改进的策略，对问题或现象背后的原因进行综合分析。     

"化学专业拔尖人才"国际化培养模式的探索

扼要介绍了北京师范大学化学学院在加强化学专业拔尖人才培养方面所开展的一系列国际化培养模式的探索,包括借鉴国际一流大学的先进培养模式(例如加入美国大学生科研训练计划),推行连贯式分层次的国际化课程学习、科学训练、综合实践项目,以及开创基于慕课平台的中外合作混合教学等。期望通过总结与反思探索出一种化学专业拔尖人才培养的有效模式。     

第十二届全国化学课程与教学论学术年会纪要

<正>2015年10月16日至18日,由中国教育学会化学教学专业委员会主办、北京师范大学化学学院承办的"第十二届全国化学课程与教学论学术年会"在北京师范大学召开。本次会议与东亚科学教育学会2015年国际会议合办。来自全国的200余名专家学者和研究生参加了此次年会。     

提高化学师范学生实践与创新能力的实践探索

师范生教育实践和创新能力是教师培养的薄弱环节,为此,西北师范大学化学化工学院通过实施教师教育能力和科研创新能力提升计划等举措,着重加强对学生教学实践和创新能力的培养,主要采用实践环节教学与中学教学实际相结合、专业学习与科研创新有效结合等方法,有效提高了化学师范生的实践与创新能力。     

化学师范生对“课堂体态语”认识的调查与思考

旨在为改善化学师范生对课堂体态语认识提供参考的调查显示:多数师范生对体态语的作用与用法有正确的认识,但不清楚对"手势"、"表情"的规范使用;不少师范生不懂得教师的衣着服饰也属于课堂体态语。原因是领导与教师缺少对体态语的重视,学生学习与训练机会少。教学学院应对体态语教学有要求、有安排,教育学或化学教学论教师应组织有关体态语教材,在课堂上引领学生学习与训练。     

化学教育，情暖隆德——厦门大学“化在宁夏”暑期社会实践

2019年7月20日至7月28日,厦门大学"化在宁夏"实践队前往宁夏隆德县进行以教育为主旨的暑期社会实践,其中包含三个具体的实践方向:科普化学知识、帮扶学生学业、增长爱国情怀。     

华东师范大学青少年化学科普基地的探索与实践

为激发青少年科学兴趣、培养青少年化学探究与创新能力和拓展高等院校的社会服务功能,华东师范大学建设了面向社会开放的青少年化学科普基地。科普基地以化学探索工作室、化学实践工作室和化学实验数字化工作室为主体,在空间布局上突出化学特色,具有科技展馆的视觉效果。科普基地开设了系列化学科普讲座、系列趣味化学实验及化学探究课题,构建了"中小学生、在校师范生和中小学教师"三位一体的教学实践模式,在青少年化学知识普及和实践创新能力培养方面取得了较好的实践效果。华东师范大学化学科普基地实现了青少年科普基地与学校常规教学工作的有机结合,有效地解决了高校自身培养目标与服务社会之间的矛盾,希望能为高等院校科普基地的建设提供有益的借鉴。     

浅析项目性实践在化学学科教学环节的重要意义——以2019年暑期三下乡为例

Project-based practical teaching is a new type of tentative daily teaching method for undergraduates at South-Central University for Nationalities. This paper introduced the Yanan summer social practice special event "Following the Red Footprint, Caring for the Development of the Sacred Land" for undergraduate students in 2019, and analyzed its significance in chemistry teaching. This practice is an exploration and implementation of integrated project-based practical teaching, to further promote the "theory, thinking, hands-on" integrated project-based practical teaching training mode, to deeply integrate practical teaching and classroom teaching. As the consequence, Engineering students with "rational thinking" could better mobilize their enthusiasm of learning, diverge their thinking, and examine problems from different perspectives.     

“双一流”背景下高等农业院校有机化学基础课程教学新模式的构建及实践

The crop science of Sichuan Agricultural University is an authorized first-class discipline. As the strategic supporting department for innovative talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry major, we are facing a long-term challenge in reforming the teaching mode for basic course-organic chemistry and cultivating talented students with solid basic knowledge and strong sense of innovation. Herein a thorough survey was performing to establish the executable teaching programs for this course during the "Double-First Class Universities Plan" period. A multidimensional teaching resource library for organic chemistry course was also constructed. The new classroom teaching mode "Interest cultivation-Creative thought development-Autonomous and Cooperative learning", along with a stepwise practice teaching mode "Foundation skills-Integrated application-Innovative trial" was proposed and practiced among thirty-five majors including agriculture, forestry and veterinary, to improve the quality for innovative talent cultivation and support our first-class discipline construction. This research could probably serve as a reference for congeneric agricultural university.     

以学生为中心的物理化学远程教学初探

During the fight against the new coronavirus epidemic, the "Physical Chemistry" team of Beijing Normal University used various network platforms and tools, such as MOOC of China University, Rain Classroom and WeChat Group in the teaching process. The exploration and practice of online learning of "Physical Chemistry" is carried out based on MOOC teaching, with student learning as the center and teacher guidance as the support. Taking the most difficult chapter of "fundamentals for statistical thermodynamic" as an example, we designed a complex teaching program that includes previews, watching MOOC videos in class, real-time online exercises, teachers' answers, and after-class reflection and questioning. The students were encouraged to learn independently through the reserved information, designed activities and assignments. Practice shows that the online course has cultivated the students' self-management ability, trained their critical thinking skills, and achieved good teaching results.     

以竞赛为抓手,提高化学师范生综合素质

To improve normal university students' comprehensive quality has become a tendency in current innovation of teacher education. Combining with the teaching practice and obtained achievements of students studying in College of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science of Guangxi Normal University, this paper discusses the functions of chemistry competitions in cultivating excellent quality, knowledges and skills of normal students, and emphatically introduces principles and implementation strategies.     

加强实验教学环境内涵建设 提高环境育人质量

在实验室里的实验教学过程涉及到教书育人、管理育人、服务育人和环境育人。一个良好的实验环境不仅能够对学生起到潜移默化的教育作用,而且对教书育人、管理育人和服务育人工作的开展和实施也能起到推动和促进作用。本文主要介绍厦门大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心"以学生为中心",在强化实验教学环境内涵建设、提高实验环境育人质量方面的一些做法和体会,以期更好地为实验教学"思政"提供可复制、可推广的建设方案。     

中国近代化学教育家——张贻侗

张贻侗是中国近代著名的化学教育家。他对北京师范大学、北平大学、西北师范大学及西北大学的化学教育作出了积极贡献,同时他也积极投身科学普及工作。本文介绍了张贻侗的生平简历、科学成就及其思想,以纪念这位对中国化学高等教育做出杰出贡献的化学家。     

通识教育课程“生活中的化学”教学探索与实践

General course education is an important way to cultivate innovative talents with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical and aesthetic and broad basic knowledge. As a central, practical and creative subject, chemistry plays an indispensible role in the general education system to develop the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students. This paper summarizes the teaching practice and characteristic feature of the general education course "Chemistry in Our Lives" offered by the author, aiming to further improve the teaching quality and achieve better teaching effect.
