在酸性溶液中加入对铝、钛过量的EDTA标准溶液,在PH4.0煮沸下,铝(Ⅲ)、钛(Ⅳ)与EDTA生成稳定的络合物。以5-Br-PAN-S作指示剂,用到铜标准溶液返滴定过量的EDTA,铝钛合量,再用置换法测定钛的量。终点变色敏锐,准确度高,方法用于硅酸盐矿物中铝钛的连续测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种快速制备α-Ti(HPO4)2·H2O晶体的新方法,该法以硫酸钛为原料,先制得稳定的Ti(O2)OH(H2O4)4^+配离子溶液,将其加入磷酸溶液后,加热使Ti(O2)OH(H2O)4^+分解,逐步释放出钛与磷酸反应,在2小时内制得α-Ti(HPO4)2·H2O。在实验温度120-155℃范围内,此法几乎不受温度和时间的影响。  相似文献

首次研究了含羟基的HMS(c)和含十四胺模板剂的HMS(u)以及用3-氨丙基三乙基氧基硅烷改性的HMS(m)三种中孔载体与Ti(OPr)4的交换反应规律,发现载体表面官能团对交换反应有明显影响,对HMS(c),在低温交换下可获得更高的钛交换量,提高交换温度钛交换量反而下降;对HMS(u)和HMS(m),则是随交换温度的升高,钛交换量增加,这表明含羟基的载休比含氨基的载体更易与Ti(OPr)4交换,交换温度会影响Ti(OPr)4与HMS(c)表面羟基作用的数目,对含氨基载体则无此影响,苯乙烯环氧化结构表明,用HMS(c)组装的钛催化剂氧化活性最高,以HMS)u)组装的钛催化剂环氧化选择性最好,氨基和酒石酸二乙酯(DET)配体对钛活性中心的调变作用会造成其活性下降,而选择性上升。  相似文献

本文较详细研究了在H_2SO_4介质中,Ti(Ⅳ)-F ̄--o-NPF-CPC体系水相光度法测定痕量钛的新方法。四元体系的最大吸收峰在565nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.1×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),Sandell灵敏度为2.28×10 ̄(-4)μgTi/cm ̄2。钛含量在0~4μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于土壤、粮食、牧草、蔬菜和中草药中钛的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

钛硅分子筛TS-1的制备研究是催化领域的一个热点,采用异丙醇为溶剂调节TiCl4的水解活性,并对其为钛源在TPABr(四丙基溴化铵)-NH4OH体系中合成出了晶粒尺寸为3*2μm的钛硅分子筛TS-1,用XRD、IR、UV-Vis、SEM等手段对所制备的样品进行了表征。通过对不同溶剂所起的作用的对比,发现醇溶剂分子的体积对钛硅分子筛的合成及着重要影响,其中异丙醇的使用能够有效的降低TiCl4的水解活性,使其与硅源的性质相匹配并促进沸石骨架上钛原子的引入;制得的分子筛TS-1在丙烯与过氧化氢的环氧化反应中表现出优异的催化性能。  相似文献

本文利用I-V曲线法测定了锂和钠离子在二元混合氯化物体系(LiCl-KCl;NaCl-KCl)中的析出电位,为利用熔盐电解法制备低钠高纯铝-锂合金提供了理论依据。根据锂离子在铝阴极上产生的去极化值求出铝和锂发生合金化反应的热力学意义,提出二元合金类型与极化类型之间的经验关系。首次通过研究锂离子在铝合金电极上的去极化行为,发现某些第三合金元素的存在可以加强锂离子的去极化作用,为进一步制取低钠高纯三元铝-锂-M合金系列提供了参考。还研究了在氯化钾-氯化锂体系中,氯化锂浓度对锂离子在铝阴极上析出电位的影响,求出了氯化锂的平均活度系数。  相似文献

采用离子束溅射技术(IBS)在碳纤维布基底上制备PtRu/C合金薄膜作为燃料电池电极催化材料. 应用XPS、XRD、GIXD、AFM等分析手段研究了PtRu薄膜表面的成分、化学状态、表面形貌以及PtRu薄膜的表层、次表层和体相的结构. 结果表明, 在双束离子沉积过程中, 由于溅射产生的Pt+和Ru+之间的相互作用, 使薄膜表面的化学状态和薄膜表层(15-40 nm范围内)结构发生了变化, 并影响PtRu薄膜的催化性能. 当xPt/xRu=0.64时, PtRu薄膜出现Ru固溶体在表层富集, 并在表层诱发形成Pt39Ru61非晶相.  相似文献

A comparison of quantitative surface analyses of Fe? Ni alloy thin films by various methods has been proposed as a pilot study by the Surface Analysis Working Group of the Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance (CCQM). To test the suitability of Fe? Ni for this purpose, alloy films with different compositions were grown on Si(100) wafers by ion‐beam sputter deposition and the compositions were certified by an isotope dilution method using inductively coupled plasma‐mass spectrometry. The alloy compositions measured with X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) using sensitivity factors determined from pure Fe and Ni metal films agreed with the certified mean values to better than 2%. The alloy compositions quantified by secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) with a C60 ion source agreed to better than 4% with the certified compositions if one of the alloys was used to establish the relative sensitivity factors (RSFs). These results indicate that the quantification of the Fe? Ni alloy is a good method for a CCQM pilot study because matrix effects and ion‐sputtering effects are small for these analytical methods. Cu + Au alloy particles electrodeposited on an amorphous carbon electrode at the underpotential region of Cu in both perchloric acid and sulfuric acid solutions were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy. The fraction of Cu in the Cu + Au alloy particles grown in both acid solutions with a concentration of 1 mM Au ion increased while the underpotential deposition (UPD) potential was decreased. However, it was independent of the concentration of Cu ion in solution. It is inferred that the composition of the Cu + Au alloy particles is dependent on the UPD potential. The fraction of Cu in the Cu + Au alloy particles grown at around the reversible Nernst potential of Cu in 0.1 mM HAuCl4 + 50 mM Cu(ClO4)2 containing perchloric acid solution was 505. This result suggests a layer-by-layer formation of the Cu + Au alloy particles. The fraction of Cu in the Cu + Au alloy particles formed in the presence of sulfate was lower than that in the perchloric acid solution as the UPD potential and the concentration of Cu ion were the same. This is attributed to an influence of coadsorbed sulfate ions.  相似文献

Sputtering yields, positive secondary ion yields and relative degrees of ionization of sputtered atoms under bombardement of 10keV O2+-ions have been determined for the single-phase binary alloy system Au/Pd. A weak minimum of the total sputtering yields was observed at a Pd-concentration around 75% atomic.Strong surface topography was found after high-dose ion bombardment. Sputtering yields, together with surface enrichment factors determined by Auger Electron Spectroscopy have been used to calculate surface binding energies for both alloy components.The apparent degree of ionization for positive ions shows a different behaviour for the two alloy components; whereas an almost constant value was found for Au, a distinct maximum at a Pd-concentration of about 40% was observed for Pd. The measurements indicate that, in the concentration range investigated, the concept of constant relative sensitivity factors would yield large analytical errors when applied to the quantization of secondary ion mass spectra of Au/Pd alloys.  相似文献

An ion microprobe has been used to identify silicon as the embrittling agent responsible for the tensile failure of a Pt-30Rh-8W alloy. 通过电化学方法研究了以次磷酸钠为还原剂, 柠檬酸钠为络合剂的化学镀铜体系. 应用线性扫描伏安法, 检测了温度、pH值、镍离子含量对次磷酸钠阳极氧化和铜离子阴极还原的影响. 结果表明, 升高温度能够加速阳极氧化与阴极还原过程; pH值的提高可促进次磷酸钠氧化, 但抑制铜离子还原; 镍离子的存在不仅对次磷酸钠的氧化有强烈的催化作用, 而且与铜共沉积形成合金. 该合金有催化活性, 使化学镀铜反应得以持续进行.  相似文献
