水杨醛缩天冬酰胺Schiff碱稀土配合物的合成与抗·O-2生物活性

合成了水杨醛缩天冬酰胺的系列稀土配合物, 通过熔点测定、元素分析、摩尔电导率、磁化率、 TG-DTA、 UV、 IR、 1H-NMR、 EPR谱等对配体及配合物的组成进行了表征, 得到配合物的可能组成为RE3(AS)2(NO3)5·3C2H5OH·H2O. 磁化率数据表明配合物为三中心结构, 摩尔电导率数据表明配合物为1∶2型电解质, 即2个NO3-在外界, 3个NO3-在内界. TG-DTA, IR, 1H-NMR等分析表明水分子参与配位, CO2-, NO3-均以双齿配位, Nd3+的顺磁位移效应使与之相邻质子的1H-NMR位移值增大. 抗超氧阴离子自由基(·O-2)实验表明, 配合物具有显著的抗·O-2生物活性.     

五种氨基酸钆络合物的ESR波谱

迄今未见任何稀土氨基酸络合物的ESR波谱报道,本文在合成Gd³⁺分别与甘氨酸、β-丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸和天冬酰胺五种氨基酸络合物的基础上,测定了不同温度下,水溶液、粉末及分子筛吸附样品的ESR谱,讨论了络合物中晶体场强,对称性及成键特性。     

钆（Ⅲ）天冬酰胺席夫碱配合物的EPR波谱

考察了两类新的Ｇｄ＾３＋氨基酸席夫碱配合物在不同温度下的多晶粉末和有机溶剂中的ＥＰＲ波谱，首次测定了水扬醛缩天冬酰席夫碱钆配合物在ＤＭＳＯ中变温ＥＰＲ特性，发现随温度降低线宽单调减小，纵向弛豫时间下Ｔ１依次增大，用自旋晶格相互和机理作了解释。     

过渡金属L丙氨酸席夫碱配合物的合成及其抗O_2~(.-)性能

合成了Ｌ－丙氨酸缩邻香草醛席夫碱及其过渡金属Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）和Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）等的配合物．通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、电子光谱、热分析及顺磁共振波谱等手段对它们进行了表征，并探讨了它们对Ｏ·－２的清除作用     

VO（Ⅱ）—组氨酸—π受体三元混配配合物的ESR波谱

钒的氨基酸配合物具有重要的生物和医学意义。VO(Ⅱ)-组氨酸配合物及VO(Ⅱ)-π受体二元配合物的ESR研究已有报道。但是VO(Ⅱ)-氨基酸-π受体三元配合物的结构及其ESR研究至今未见报道。本文考察了VOSO_4与组氨酸(His)和邻菲啰啉(Phen)及α,α′-联吡啶(bipy)三元体系在不同酸度(pH=1～14)的乙二醇/水(1:1)溶液中低温(173K)ESR波谱,获得了不同pH条件下配合情况的详细信息。     

Study on EPR Spectra of Three Gadolinium Complexes With Noncyclic Polyether Schiff Bases

The EPR spectra of three new gadolinium complexes with noncyclic polyether Schiff bases in powder and those of these complexes in organic solvents were investigated at different temperatures. It was observed that EPR spectra of nine and four peaks of Gd(Ⅲ) complexes in polycrystalline powder and freezing samples appeared at low temperature respectively for the first time. The interpretations of these results obtained on the basis of spin Hamiltonian of s = 7/2 system are satisfactory. The correlations of EPR feature between crystal-field strength in complexes and local symmetry around Gd3+ ions were revealed. The crystal-field parameters b20 and the asymmetry parameters λ' of complexes were estimated. A series of interesting regularity and new results were obtained.     

天冬酰胺Schiff碱稀土配合物的合成、表征与抗O-·2性能

合成了天冬酰胺－邻香草醛Schiff碱稀土配合物，用元素分析，摩尔电导率，磁化率测定，差热分析，红外与紫外光谱，1H NMR谱等手段对配合物进行了组成与结构表征，并采用EPR技术对化合物的抗超氧阴离子自由基性能进行了探讨。     

~(14)N ENDOR Study on Bis(2-Hydroxylphenyl Ketoxime)-~(63)Cu(Ⅱ) Complex

The ENDOR spectrum of ~(14)N-~(63)Cu-HAP complex in DMSO/EtOH (5:1) freezing solution at 20 K has been studied using orientational selective method in this paper. The anisotropic superhyperfine coupling tensor and qusdrupole coupling tensor of ligand ~(14)N nucleus, and the superhyperfine coupling tensor of various ~1H nuclei have been measured precisely. Comparing the superhyperfine coupling tensor of ~(14)N-nucleus with previous work shows that the analytical method of spectrum is reasonable and the data are reliable in our previous work.

STUDY ON ESR SPECTRUM OF BIS(2-HYDROXYL-PHENYLKETOXIME)-COPPER (Ⅱ) COMPLEX

A better resolution of ESR spectrum of bis(2-hydroxyl-phenylketoxime)copper (Ⅱ) complex intetrahydrofuran (THF) solution, measured at liquid nitrogen temperature, was analyzed. From thespectrum, we have not only got hyperfine splitting of the ~(63)Cu and ~(65)Cu, but also very nice super-hyperfine splitting arising from ~(14)N nucleus. The g_x, g_y, g_z; A_x~(63), A_y~(63), A_z~(63); A_x~(65), A_y~(65), A_z~(65); A_∥~N andA_⊥~N etc. tensor parameters were determined rather reasonably. From these, we calculated the bondingparameters of this complex, and discussed its electronic structure.
