Simultaneous determination of three dipeptides (JBP485, Gly–Sar and JBP923) in the cell lysates by liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry: application to identify the function of the PEPT1 transfected cell

A simple and rapid liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of JBP485, Gly–Sar and JBP923 in the cell lysates using methanol as a deproteinization solvent was developed and validated. Detection was performed by turbo ionspray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring mode using the transitions of m/z 147.1 → m/z 90.1 for Gly–Sar, m/z 201.1 → m/z 86.1 for JBP485, m/z 219.1 → m/z 86.1 for JBP923 and m/z 152.0 → m/z 110.0 for paracetamol (internal standard). The analytes were separated on a Hypersil ODS C₁₈ HPLC column using isocratic elution mode with a mobile phase containing 0.1% formic acid in water–methanol (97:3, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The calibration curves were demonstrated to be linear over the concentration range of 5.00?5000 nm with coefficient of 0.9968 for Gly–Sar, 0.9975 for JBP485 and 0.9952 for JBP923. The intra‐ and inter‐day precisions were <10.2% for each quality contro; level, and the accuracy was within ±5.6% for each analyte. The matrix effect, the extraction recovery and stabilities of LC‐MS/MS analysis were also investigated. This validated method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of JBP485, Gly–Sar and JBP923 in the cell lysates for identification of stably transfected HeLa cells with human PEPT1. 基于多导航源融合的下滑道稳定性控制

下滑道构型畸变将造成航空器进近不稳定,严重时将导致航空器俯仰姿态过大,低高度失速或下降率超限等不安全事故;针对以上问题,在传统仪表着陆系统的基础上,提出了基于惯导、气压高度表和卫星导航等多导航源融合的下滑道稳定性控制模型,采用卡尔曼滤波进行数据融合,解决了下滑道畸变情况下航空器水平位置与高度匹配性差的难点并进行了可行性分析,避免了航空器追随畸变下滑台信号而带来的进近不稳定,最后对所建模型进行了航空器下滑轨迹仿真;结果表明该模型有效地增强了下滑道的稳定性,提高了航空器进近成功率,进一步保证了飞行安全。     

酵母发酵液直接催化4-氯-乙酰乙酸乙酯不对称还原生成4-氯-3-羟基-丁酸乙酯

 考察了面包酵母发酵液直接催化4-氯-乙酰乙酸乙酯(COBE)的不对称还原反应,并进行了手性添加物的筛选和反应条件的优化实验. 结果表明,以β-环糊精为手性添加物时,酵母发酵液催化COBE不对称还原生成光活性产物(S)-4-氯-3-羟基-丁酸乙酯((S)-CHBE)的产率和ee值分别高达76%和92%. 在一定条件下,增大β-环糊精浓度,有利于(S)-CHBE的生成. 最佳酵母菌培养时间为16～18 h, 最佳反应温度和pH值分别为29～31 ℃和7.2.     

一个负偶数齐次核的Hilbert型积分不等式

通过估算权函数,建立一个核含多参数且为-2n(n∈Z+)齐次的新的Hilbert型积分不等式及其等价式,并用实分析和代数的方法论证及表述最佳常数因子.     

电动流动分析的色谱分离研究

建立了一种基于增压电渗泵驱动、整体柱分离和紫外检测相结合的电动流动分析系统。研究了载流溶液中甲醇的体积分数对电渗泵空载流量、输出压强、移动相流量和分离度的影响。在4950V的外加电压下,以含0.5mmol/L六亚甲基四胺的45%甲醇溶液为泵载流,电渗泵的流量和输出压强分别为0.58mL/min和0.79MPa,以泵载流为流动相,该系统对苯和萘进行了反相色谱分离。电动流动分析系统设备简单、操作方便、功能多样。对苯和萘的分离结果表明,电动流动分析系统可用于样品的色谱分离。     

Global wellposedness of magnetohydrodynamics system with temperature-dependent viscosity

The initial boundary value problem of the one-dimensional magneto-hydrodynamics system, when the viscosity, thermal conductivity, and magnetic diffusion coefficients are general smooth functions of temperature, is considered in this article. A unique global classical solution is shown to exist uniquely and converge to the constant state as the time tends to infinity under certain assumptions on the initial data and the adiabatic exponent γ. The initial data can be large if γ is sufficiently close to 1.
