Synthesis of a Nine-atom Germanium Cluster K_(0.5)[K(18-crown-6)]_(1.5)Ge_9·1.5en with Unprecedented “up” and “down” Chain Arrangement of Unit [-(Ge_9-K-Ge_9)~(3-)-]

A new complex K0.5[K(18-crown-6)]1.5Ge9·1.5en(1) which contains unprecedented "up" and "down" chain arrangement of unit [-(Ge-9-K-Ge9)3-] has been prepared by the reaction of K4Ge9 with HgS in ethylenediamine(en) in the presence of 18-crown-6(1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane), and characterized by X-ray structure analysis. The color of the title crystals(black), which is darker than that of the reported three compounds with chains of germanium clusters, may result from the naked K+ and their interactions with the chain. And the structure differences between 1 and the reported three compounds with chains of germanium have also been discussed.     

Mo_8~ⅤW_2~ⅥO_(26)(C_5H_5N)_8·2H_2O: A Novel Mixed-valence Heterometal Polyoxometalate

A new mixed-valence heterometal cluster Mo8VW2VIO26(C5H5N)8·2H2O has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR, UV-vis and XPS spectroscopy. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.708(3), b = 12.018(4), c = 13.316(4) , a = 112.184(4), β = 97.844(4), r = 110.043(3)o, V = 1551.9(8) 3 and Z = 1 at 293(2) K. The final full-matrix least-squares refinement converged to R = 0.0414 for 4460 observed unique reflections with I 2σ(I) and w R = 0.1290 for all data(5352) and S = 1.015. In addition, its thermal stability and fluorescent property have also been investigated.

使用MP2／6-311G方法得到了四硫富瓦烯自由基正离子二聚体（TTF·^＋ -TTF·^＋）能量极小点的结构．这显示这种正离子间的吸引作用存在．这种新的吸引作用是望远镜形状的20中心2电子分子间共价π/π键．这种共价π/π键的键能约为-21kcal·mol^-1,它被正离子间的库伦排斥作用掩盖．有负离子围绕的四硫富瓦烯自由基正离子二聚体（TTF·^＋ -TTF·^＋）体系是稳定的．     

High throughput N-modular redundancy for error correction design of memristive stateful logic

Memristive stateful logic is one of the most promising candidates to implement an in-memory computing system that computes within the storage unit. It can eliminate the costs for the data movement in the traditional von Neumann system. However, the instability in the memristors is inevitable due to the limitation of the current fabrication technology, which incurs a great challenge for the reliability of the memristive stateful logic. In this paper, the implication of device instability on the reliability of the logic event is simulated. The mathematical relationship between logic reliability and redundancy has been deduced. By combining the mathematical relationship with the vector-matrix multiplication in a memristive crossbar array, the logic error correction scheme with high throughput has been proposed. Moreover, a universal design paradigm has been put forward for complex logic. And the circuit schematic and the flow of the scheme have been raised. Finally, a 1-bit full adder (FA) based on the NOR logic and NOT logic is simulated and the mathematical evaluation is performed. It demonstrates the scheme can improve the reliability of the logic significantly. And compared with other four error corrections, the scheme which can be suitable for all kinds of R-R logics and V-R logics has the best universality and throughput. Compared with the other two approaches which also need additional complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuits, it needs fewer transistors and cycles for the error correction.

采用有限元方法研究了球形弹丸对铝和碳酚醛平板靶冲击，给出了动态响应的理论计算和图形分析结果。     

多气隙电阻板室抗辐照性能研究

给出了为RHIC-STAR飞行时间探测器设计的多气隙电阻板室(MRPC)的辐照实验结果. 实验采用100mCi⁶⁰Co γ源, 采用不同的剂量率对MRPC进行辐照. 一个室在大剂量率2.87×10^－2Gy/h下辐照了24h后, 其性能如噪声计数率, 暗电流等均大大退化. 另一个室在相对低剂量率5.31×10^－4Gy/h下辐照了530h, 其性能没有见到任何变坏. 实验的目的是为了了解这种探测器在几年的运行中经过大剂量的辐照后的性能变化情况.

Negative Refraction and Near-Field Imaging of an Elliptical-Rod Photonic Crystal Slab in the Second Band

Negative refraction and imaging properties of the electromagnetic wave through a two-dimensional photonic crystal （PC） slab, which consists of a square lattice of elliptical dielectric rods immersed in the air background, is studied by the plane-wave expansion method and the finite-difference time-domain method. A point source placed in the vicinity of the PC slab can form a good-quality image spot through the PC slab for the incident frequencies within the second photonic band. The calculated result also shows that negative refraction occurs in this kind of PC slab.     

APPLICATION OF MSW-X_α METHOD WITH OVERLAPPING ATOMIC-SPHERE TO IONIZATION POTENTIALS FOR SOME PLANAR ORGANIC MOLECULES

Application of multiple scattered-wave X_α method with overlapping atomic-sphere to ionization potentials is reported for benzene, pyridine, pyrazine, pyrrole and imidazole. The calculated results show that the orbital charges in the intersphere region are non-negative and the energy levels get improvements in orderings.     

Employing a Cerenkov detector for the thickness measurement of X-rays in a scattering background

The variation in environmental scattering background is a major source of systematic errors in X- ray inspection and measurement systems. As the energy of these photons consisting of environmental scattering background is much lower generally, the Cerenkov detectors having the detection threshold are likely insensitive to them and able to exclude their influence. A thickness measurement experiment is designed to verify the idea by employing a Cerenkov detector and an ionizing chamber for comparison. Furthermore, it is also found that the application of the Cerenkov detectors is helpful to exclude another systematic error from the variation of low energy components in the spectrum incident on the detector volume.
