Recently, it has been demonstrated that memristors can be utilized as logic operations and memory elements. In this paper, we present a novel circuit design for complementary resistive switch(CRS)-based stateful logic operations. The proposed circuit can automatically write the destructive CRS cells back to the original states. In addition, the circuit can be used in massive passive crossbar arrays which can reduce sneak path current greatly. Moreover, the steps for CRS logic operations using our proposed circuit are reduced compared with previous circuit designs. We validate the effectiveness of our scheme through Hspice simulations on the logic circuits.  相似文献

纳米磁性逻辑器件具有高抗辐射性、低功率、天然非易失性等优势,应用前景广阔.倾斜放置的纳磁体具有翻转倾向性,在控制时钟撤去后倾斜纳磁体倾向于翻转至长轴的一端.利用倾斜纳磁体的翻转倾向性,提出了一种应力调控的与(或)磁逻辑门,并建立了其动态磁化的数学模型.使用微磁学方法对逻辑门进行了仿真,结果验证了预期逻辑门功能.与现有的逻辑门相比,基于倾斜纳磁体的与(或)门结构具有能耗更低、可靠性更高和制造工艺更简单等优点.  相似文献

In nanoscale memristive switching devices, the statistical distribution of resistance values and other relevant parameters for device operation often exhibits a lognormal distribution, causing large fluctuations of memristive analog state variables after each switching event, which may be problematic for digital nonvolatile memory applications. The state variable w in such devices has been proposed to be the length of an undoped semiconductor region along the thickness of the thin film that acts as a tunnel barrier for electronic transport across it. The dynamical behavior of w is governed by the drift diffusion of ionized dopants such as oxygen vacancies. Making an analogy to scanning tunneling microscopes (STM), a closed-loop write scheme using current feedback is proposed to switch the memristive devices in a controlled manner. An integrated closed-loop current driver circuit for switching a bipolar memristive device is designed and simulated. The estimated upper limit of the feedback loop bandwidth is in the order of 100 MHz. We applied a SPICE model built upon the TiO2 memristive switching dynamics to simulate the single-device write operation and found the closed-loop write scheme caused a narrowing of the statistical distribution of the state variable w.  相似文献

设计并合成了荧光素酰腙类衍生物对羟基苯基荧光素酰腙(FHP),通过对荧光素的化学修饰,并采用酸碱以及二价铜离子为输入,实现了对由荧光素构成的二进制计算器加密的逻辑功能。该逻辑加密功能的实现是基于荧光素酰腙类衍生物对二价铜离子的特异性响应:在碱性环境中,二价铜离子催化FHP完全分解并释放出具有二进制计算器逻辑功能的荧光素分子;在酸性环境中,二价铜离子催化FHP部分分解并与二价铜离子配位形成稳定的二价铜离子配合物,该配合物既不能还原形成原化合物,也不能在碱性环境中释放出荧光素分子,导致该逻辑器件的逻辑功能被彻底破坏。基于该自毁装置的存在,使得该逻辑加密器件的安全性进一步提高。  相似文献

尺寸效应和拓扑阻挫能够在有限石墨烯纳米片段中形成磁有序,本文对能够产生大自旋或电子自旋反铁磁耦合的石墨烯有限片段进行合理分类,提出几种能够作为基本逻辑门的特殊结构并对其进行第一原理电子结构计算,为设计高密度超快自旋器件提供了有效方案和理论依据.计算结果证明:基于有限石墨烯片段的逻辑门结构能够在室温下进行错误率较低的可纠错运算.  相似文献

基于半导体光放大器(SOA)的交叉增益调制效应(XGM),提出了几种由基本逻辑与门构成的全光组合逻辑,包括一位比较器、带控制端口的2线-1线优先编码器、2线-4线译码器、2选1选择器,介绍了它们的基本结构、工作原理和真值表.利用扩展端口可进行多个组合逻辑级联,从而实现多端口、多位全光组合逻辑,如两个2线-1线优先编码器级联可实现4线-2线信号编码.结果表明基于SOA的XGM实现全光组合逻辑,原理简单、响应速度快、易于实现,是未来光子集成的一个重要发展内容.  相似文献

分析了雾产生的原因、相关数学模型及其对大气激光通信系统的影响.为了克服雾对无线光通信链路的影响,将LDPC码作为信道编码应用到大气激光通信系统中,并结合置信传播迭代译码算法和副载波PSK强度调制方案,在有雾的大气信道中进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:LDPC码具有优越的纠错能力,并获得了较大的编码增益,该方案可以满足大气激光通信系统的需要.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a spatial ternary coding scheme for optical code-division multiple access systems. Since the multiple access interference (MAI) and beat noise leads to the error floor effect, using error correction mechanism is a preferable manner to further enhance the system performance. The proposed spatial ternary coding scheme possesses larger free distance, which is an effective way to relieve such deteriorating effect. It is expected that more users accommodated in the network can obtain higher throughput, while the side effects of MAI and beat noise will turn out to be more serious. To further reduce such adverse impact, the optical hard-limiter is also proposed. Once the channel condition is improved, it will give rise to the more powerful utilization of error correction code. The countermeasures utilized in the proposed system can effectively fight against the MAI and beat noise, and can allow more simultaneous users accommodated in the network. Therefore, it is a promising way for future high-speed optical access networks.  相似文献

将具有氨基功能团的不对称中位四苯基卟啉以共价嫁接的形式固载于介孔二氧化硅薄膜.当将含有卟啉化合物的介孔薄膜材料置于酸性或碱性溶液中并取出时,卟啉在酸性或碱性环境中的状态会被完整的保存下来,进而实现对具有逻辑记忆功能的反馈回路(Feedback loop)的模拟.这种分子逻辑器件兼具了介孔薄膜材料的优异性质:相对较大的表面积不但有利于输入介质与响应单元更有效地接触,还有益于输入介质的彻底清除,避免其残留下来影响下次逻辑输入;周期性排布的均一孔道结构更加有利于器件的后期加工;高的透过性使得输出(Output)更容易被光学仪器所检测.  相似文献

We propose a new structure containing multimode interference waveguides with partial nonlinear Kerr-like material whose function is like a phase shifter for all-optical logic gates. It has the advantages of compactness and insensitivity to relative phase difference between the incident beams. This paper introduces an incorporated spectral-amplitude coding (SAC) optical code-division multiple-access (OCDMA) scheme. One novel class of optical signature codes based on combinatorial designs is employed with M-ary pulse-position modulation (PPM) signaling to improve the system performance beyond the interference limit. A union upper bound on the bit error rate (BER) is derived and the performance characteristics are then discussed with a variety of system parameters. Furthermore, fuzzy logic (FL) control is proposed to provide tolerance of different degrees of reliability in multirate transmission and to achieve distinct service differentiation for multimedia applications. It is shown that the proposed system can effectively suppress noise effects and offer improved adaptation capabilities for multi-quality network requirements in comparison with systems without optimization.  相似文献

In the quantum mechanical Hilbert space formalism, the probabilisticinterpretation is a later ad-hoc add-on, more or less enforced by theexperimental evidence, but not motivated by the mathematical model itself. Amodel involving a clear probabilistic interpretation from the very beginningis provided by the quantum logics with unique conditional probabilities. Itincludes the projection lattices in von Neumann algebras and hereprobability conditionalization becomes identical with the state transitionof the Lüders - von Neumann measurement process. This motivates thedefinition of a hierarchy of five compatibility and comeasurability levelsin the abstract setting of the quantum logics with unique conditionalprobabilities. Their meanings are: the absence of quantum interference orinfluence, the existence of a joint distribution, simultaneous measurability, and the independence of the final state after two successive measurements from the sequential order of these two measurements. A further level means that two elements of the quantum logic (events) belong to the same Boolean subalgebra. In the general case, the five compatibility and comeasurability levels appear to differ, but they all coincide in the common Hilbert space formalism of quantum mechanics, in von Neumann algebras, and in some other cases.  相似文献

To achieve the inherent parallelism in optics a suitable number system and efficient encoding/decoding scheme for handling the data are very much essential. Binary number is accepted as the best representing number system in almost all types of existing electronic computers. But, binary number (0 and 1) is insufficient in respect to the demand of the coming generation. Multi-valued logic (with radix >2) can be viewed as an alternative approach to solve many problems in transmission, storage and processing of large amount of information in digital signal processing. Here, in this paper all-optical scheme for the conversion of binary to quaternary number and vice versa have been proposed and described. Simulation has also been done. In this all-optical scheme the numbers are represented by different discrete polarized state of light.  相似文献

Tri-state logic plays a significant role in carry free arithmetical operation. Design of all-optical scheme of three basic tri-state logical operation (NOT, AND, OR) with the help of polarization encoded semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA)-assisted Sagnac interferometric switch has been studied and investigated in this present paper. Numerical simulation is also presented, which verifies the theoretical results. In this note we collect several observations on state extensions. They may be instrumental to anyone who pursues the theory of quantum logics. In particular, we find out when extensions (resp. signed extensions) exist in the “concrete” concrete logic of all even-element subsets of an even-element set (Th. 2.3 and Th. 2.9). We also mildly add to the study of difference-closed logics as initiated in Ovchinnikov (1999) by finding an extension theorem for subadditive states. Our results suplement the research carried on in De Simone (2000), Gudder (1979), Gudder and Marchand (1980), Navara and Pták (1983), Navara (1989), Ovchinnikov (1999), Pták (2000), Pták and Pulmannová (1991), Prather (1980), Sherstnev (1968), Sultanbekov (1992), and Svozil (1998). 2000 AMS Classification: 06C15, 81P10. 提出了一种新型的基于高非线性光纤(HNLF)中非线性 偏振旋转(NPR)效应的全光逻辑门实现方案. 将两路非归零码数据信号A和B以及一路直流光同时注入HNLF, 光功率变化导致的非线性双折射在两个偏振分量上引入非线性相对相移, 从而导致光信号的偏振态旋转. 在HNLF输出端, 通过波分解复用器和偏振分束器同时滤出数据信号和直流光的正交偏振态, 从而同时实现多种基础组合逻辑, 并可以在同一段HNLF中实现较为复杂的半加器、半减器逻辑功能. 理论分析了信号光在HNLF中的偏振态演化, 以及利用HNLF中的NPR效应同时实现多种全光逻辑门的原理. 并在实验中得到了10 Gbit/s全光信号"与”、"非”、"或”、"同或”、"异或”、"A· B”、"A·B”、半加器、半减器等逻辑功能, 验证了方案的可行性.  相似文献

纳磁逻辑电路具有低功耗、非易失和可常温下制备等优点, 实现低功耗片上时钟是其集成化的必备条件. 本文提出了一种基于交换作用的纳磁逻辑电路片上时钟结构, 用载流铜导线产生的奥斯特场将铁磁体薄膜覆层进行磁化, 然后依靠铁磁体层与纳磁体界面存在的交换作用场使后者磁化方向发生翻转. 与轭式铁磁体时钟用外磁场控制纳磁体磁化方向相比, 该方案在功耗方面降低了5/6, 时钟边界杂散场强度降低了2/3, 达到降低功耗、减轻串扰的目的. 此外, 采用微磁仿真进一步验证了该时钟结构上的纳磁体逻辑阵列可以实现逻辑功能. 关键词: 纳磁逻辑 片上时钟 交换作用  相似文献

In this paper, for the first time to our knowledge, we propose and describe a novel design of single circuit capable of generating all the possible 27 logic functions for single input ternary (3-valued) logic system in all-optical domain. Here the different logical states have been represented by different polarized state of light. Terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD) based interferometric switch plays a significant role as ultra-fast all-optical switching device.
