气相色谱-质谱法测定富马酸二甲酯时内标物的选择

探讨了当采用气相色谱-质谱法测定富马酸二甲酯(DMFU)时内标物的选择问题。采用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱,在50℃～300℃范围内程序升温分离及采用在50～400amu范围内全扫描方式和选择离子监测模式检测。试验结果表明:以丙二酸二甲酯(DMM)、丙二酸二乙酯(DEM)和戊二酸二甲酯(DMG)作为内标物,既能保持DMFU与3种内标物有良好的分离度,又能保持长久的稳定性,且3种内标物与DMFU的保留时间差均小于2.8min。DMFU的线性范围均为0.005～5.0mg·L~(-1)。方法用于实际样品中DMFU的测定,以上3种物质作为内标,所得结果无显著差别,因此DMM、DEM、DMG均可作为比较理想的内标物用于日常用品中DMFU的检测。     

Methodological Study on AMS Measurement of U Isotope Ratios in Nanogram U Samples

The determination of uranium isotopic composition in trace samples is important in different fields. A new measurement method that uses an accelerator mass spectrometry （AMS） technique has been developed for the analysis of uranium isotopic ratios in ultra-trace uranium samples at the China Institute of Atomic Energy. As result, about 5-nanogram level uranium samples analyzed with AMS is achieved.

Primary result of ^236U measurement with accelerator mass spectrometry at CIAE

The rare isotope ^236U has a half-life of 2.342（3）×107 years, and is produced principally by thermal neutron capture on ^235U. The isotopic atom ratio of ^236U/^238U depends on the integral thermal neutron flux received by the material of interest. ^236U is potentially useful as a ＂fingerprint＂ for indicating the presence of neutron-irradiated uranium usually originating from nuclear activity. By extracting negative molecular ion UO^- from the uranium oxide target, simulating the ^236U^16O^- beam transport with ^238U^16O^- and ^208Pb2^16O^- pilot molecular ion beam, transporting the ^236U-containing ion beam with a high resolution injection magnet analyzer and electrostatic analyzer system, and finally identifying and detecting ^236U with a time-of-flight detector （TOF）, a method for AMS （Accelerator Mass Spectrometry） measurement of ^236U was established on the HI-13 Accelerator AMS system at China Institute of Atomic Energy.

富勒烯结构B_(80)分子静电势的理论研究

在混合密度泛函B3LYP理论下,用6-31G*基函数对富勒烯结构B80分子的3个异构体(1个具有Ih对称性,2个具有Th对称性)构型进行优化和分子静电势计算.结果表明:3个异构体球内全部为正电势,球外五元环中心所对应的区域都为负电势,B80Ih,Th(A)和Th(B)球外静电势的最大负值分别对应于20个六元环中心的B原子,五元环中心和12个六元环中心的B原子周围,它们组成了化学反应中最可能的活性点.     

Developments in accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) method for 182Hf

The present detection limit for ¹⁸²Hf at CIAE HI-13 AMS systems could not satisfy various applications (e. g. detection of a nearby supernovae signal). Therefore, techniques were developed in this work to improve the AMS measurement of ¹⁸²Hf mainly on building a new injector and using a method that based on solid-phase reaction for the preparation of HfF₄ samples from HfO₂. The experimental results show that mass resolution of the injector can reached 630, and the F^－/O－ and beam current of ¹⁸⁰HfF₅^－ for HfF₄ samples produced by dry method is about 2—3 times and 1.5 times of that by previously method, respectively.     

A Bragg curve detector and its application in AMS measurements for medium-weight nuclides

The schematic layout and principle of a Bragg curve detector were showed in this paper. A Bragg curve detector was systemically modified and its performance was improved. The total energy resolution of the detector is 0.9% for alpha particle at energy of 5.48 MeV from ²⁴¹Am source, and the Bragg Peak resolution is 1.6%. Measurement of medium-weight nuclides by using the Bragg curve detector were carried at CIAE-AMS system. series of ³⁶Cl and ⁴¹Ca standard samples were measured. The results showed that this Bragg curve detector could clearly identify isobars ³⁶Cl-³⁶S and ⁴¹Ca-⁴¹K. The results also showed that the ΔZ/Z of 1/47, corresponding to Bragg Peak resolution is 2.1% at ion atomic number of about 16. The Bragg curve detector can be successfully used for AMS measurement.     

探讨高校在当前核电发展中的作用

“十一五”规划中明确指出到2020年,中国将要建立30座核电站,然而根据中国目前的核技术发展水平,实现这一任务不可谓不艰巨。本文将通过阐述目前核电站发展的现状和原因,重点提出高校在核电发展中的作用和高校与核电企业合作的必要性,分析现有核电人才培养模式及我国高校与核电企业合作的前景。     

富勒烯C70及Sc3N@C70的密度泛函理论研究

在混合密度泛函B3LYP理论下,用6-31G*基函数对富勒烯C70、它的阴离子及内掺Sc3N富勒烯Sc3N@C70两种同分异构体的几何结构和电子结构进行了研究。计算结果表明,在C70的两种异构体中,满足五元环分离规则(IPR)的C70(D5h)稳定,C70q-(#7854)(q=4,6)比C70q-(D5h)稳定;在Sc3N@C70两种异构体中有三对两两相邻五元环的Sc3N@C70(#7854)稳定,C70(#7854)易于形成富勒烯金属包合物。
