使用配备有EDS和ECP附件的SEM、AEM、和STM研究在750和800℃的Zr(Y)O2衬底上磁控溅射沉积的大面积YBCO超导薄膜的表面组织。YBCO薄膜为c轴取向单晶,但衬底温度为800℃时,膜表面的突出组织多为CuO颗粒,小坑较多,表面粗糙;衬底温度为750℃时,突出组织多为棒状和多边形123结构,很少小坑,表面较平整。 相似文献

利用能谱仪的图像处理程序研究和微量混合稀土元素添加剂对YT14硬质合金粒度的影响。结果表明:添加不影响硬质相WC和粘结相Co的粒度,但可以抑制YT类硬质合金C固溶体晶粒长大,细化晶粒,使晶粒大小均匀。 相似文献

We have systematically investigated the structures, morphologies, microwave surface resistance, DC performances and the substrate qualities of three YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) thin films 30mm in diameter. The three samples deposited by the same process have been proved of different properties.
