电机驱动微装配在双光子制备微结构中的应用

对微结构的制作、微装配系统进行了研究. 采用飞秒激光双光子聚合微加工技术制作有底座、精细的三维立体“拱形”微结构, 其高250μm、长300μm、厚50μm. 将此微结构与实验室自主搭建的二维微装配平台相结合, 利用自主编程的人机交互界面驱动步进电机, 远程操控微装配设备; 将荧光闪烁陶瓷粉末装配到微结构中, 对装配后的微结构进行荧光光谱表征发现, 纯荧光粉末和微结构中的荧光粉末的发射光谱在测量误差范围内基本一致, 表明荧光粉末的光学性质未发生改变. 利用该装置可以将各类微纳米级材料和微结构进行装配, 形成含有不同材料的微结构系统.

Bicomponent Cocatalyst Decoration on Flux-assisted CaTaO2N Single Crystals for Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction under Visible Light

Cubic-like CaTaO₂N photocatalysts with high crystallinity and uniform particle size were successfully prepared by the flux-assisted nitridation method. The growth of CaTaO₂N single crystals under different synthesis conditions was systematically investigated to understand the effects of the crystallinity and optical property on photocatalytic performance of CO₂ reduction. Moreover, the modification of CaTaO₂N single crystals with core-shell Ni−Ag bicomponent cocatalyst by two-step decoration process gave a 2.4 times higher amount of CO evolution than the deposition of sole Ag cocatalyst, because of the synergistic effects of bicomponent cocatalyst on the interfacial electron transfer and surface catalytic process. This study provides a valuable way to construct high-crystalline photocatalysts with effective bicomponent cocatalyst for visible-light-driven CO₂ reduction with H₂O.

基于流量测点的热网变动阻力系数优化辨识

随着供热计量系统的普及，系统可以根据负荷的变化进行调整，管网的阻力系数随即发生变化。对变动阻力系数进行优化辨识是了解供热管网实时运行状况的有效手段。提出一种基于流量监测数据的供热管网变动阻力系数优化辨识方法，并利用遗传算法进行求解。对洛阳市某小区供暖季管网实际运行数据进行验证，辨识结果的相对误差在5%以内。结果表明：该方法可以在只有流量观测数据时得到精度较高的供热管网变动阻力系数，为供热系统的运行调节提供指导。

阳离子交换皂石黏土在基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱分析中的应用

将一种人工合成的无机聚合物——蒙脱石皂石黏土（smectite，Sm）应用于基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱分析（matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry, MALDI-TOF-MS），以检测糖类化合物。 将传统的有机基质2，4，6-三羟基苯乙酮（trihydroxyacetophenone, THAP）与阳离子交换后的皂石黏土混合制备成新型复合基质，应用于糖类化合物的检测。通过比较不同的制样方法，测定不同分子直径的糖类化合物，发现由于受复合基质晶面间距的限制，只有小分子糖类化合物能进入晶面间隙充分接触有机基质并被离子化，从而实现对小分子糖类化合物的选择性检测。

超声共振法测定圆柱体材料弹性常数的影响因素分析

为明确超声共振频谱分析法(RUS)测定圆柱体试样弹性常数的影响因素, 由此针对各向同性圆柱体开展实验, 观察圆柱体试样测量结果的分散性和稳定性, 且主要研究横纵比和有效模态数量对测量结果的影响, 并与拉伸试验的结果进行比较. 以测量结果标准差、变异系数和95%置信度下均值的区间估计3个指标来衡量结果的稳定性和分散性, 且从模态简并角度对实验结果进行分析. 最终结果表明, 当超声共振频谱分析法的有效模态数量在17左右、试样横纵比接近1时, 测量结果的稳定性和分散性较小.
