For an integer s0, a graph G is s-hamiltonian if for any vertex subset S?V(G) with |S|s, G?S is hamiltonian, and G is s-hamiltonian connected if for any vertex subset S?V(G) with |S|s, G?S is hamiltonian connected. Thomassen in 1984 conjectured that every 4-connected line graph is hamiltonian (see Thomassen, 1986), and Ku?zel and Xiong in 2004 conjectured that every 4-connected line graph is hamiltonian connected (see Ryjá?ek and Vrána, 2011). In Broersma and Veldman (1987), Broersma and Veldman raised the characterization problem of s-hamiltonian line graphs. In Lai and Shao (2013), it is conjectured that for s2, a line graph L(G) is s-hamiltonian if and only if L(G) is (s+2)-connected. In this paper we prove the following.(i) For an integer s2, the line graph L(G) of a claw-free graph G is s-hamiltonian if and only if L(G) is (s+2)-connected.(ii) The line graph L(G) of a claw-free graph G is 1-hamiltonian connected if and only if L(G) is 4-connected.  相似文献

A composite of FeOOH nanocubes anchored on carbon ribbons has been synthesized and used as a cathode material for Li/O2 batteries. Fe2+ ion-exchanged resin serves as a precursor for both FeOOH nanocubes and carbon ribbons, which are formed simultaneously. The as-prepared FeOOH cubes are proposed to have a core–shell structure, with FeOOH as the shell and Prussian blue as the core, based on information from XPS, TEM, and EDS mapping. As a cathode material for Li/O2 batteries, FeOOH delivers a specific capacity of 14816 mA h g−1cathode with a cycling stability of 67 cycles over 400 h. The high performance is related to the low overpotential of the oxygen reduction/evolution reaction on FeOOH. The cube structure, the supporting carbon ribbons, and the -OOH moieties all contribute to the low overpotential. The discharge product Li2O2 can be efficiently decomposed in the FeOOH cathode after a charging process, leading to higher cycling stability. Its high activity and stability make FeOOH a good candidate for use in non-aqueous Li/O2 batteries.  相似文献

Poly(4‐methyl‐1‐pentene) (PMP) membranes were modified through isothermal annealing to investigate the change of their crystalline structure and rigid and mobile amorphous fractions (RAF and MAF), assuming a three‐phase model, affected the gas transport behavior. The crystalline structure was characterized by wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD) and small‐angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS) techniques, and the free volume properties were analyzed by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. Compared with the pristine membrane, the annealed membranes show higher crystallinity; the crystals undergo partial structural change from form III to form I. The lamellar crystal thickness, rigid amorphous fraction thickness, and long period in the lamellar stacks increase with crystallinity. The annealed PMP membranes exhibit higher permeability due to the increase in larger size free volumes in MAF and higher selectivity due to the increase in smaller size free volumes in RAF, respectively. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of air‐stable spiro‐fused ladder‐type boron(III) compounds has been designed, synthesized, and the electrochemistry and photophysical behavior have been characterized. By simply varying the substituents on the pyridine ring and extending the π‐conjugation of the spiro framework, the emission color of these compounds can be easily fine‐tuned spanning the visible spectrum from blue to red. All compounds exhibit a broad and structureless emission band across the entire visible region, assigned as an intramolecular charge‐transfer transition originating from the thiophene of the spiro framework to the pyridine‐borane moieties. In addition, these compounds demonstrate high photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 0.81 in dichloromethane solution and 0.86 in doped thin films. Some of the compounds have also been employed as emissive materials, in which solution‐processed organic light‐emitting devices (OLEDs) with tunable emission colors spanning the visible spectrum from blue, green to red have been realized, demonstrating the potential applications of these boron compounds in OLEDs.  相似文献
