In the present article, a dataset of 63 quinoxaline derivatives were taken for antimalarial activity and pharmacophore were developed. Atom based method was used to develop a three dimensional quantitative structure activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model. On comparison of all statistical parameters, model AHRRR23 was found to be the most effective and predictive QSAR model as it satisfied all statistical parameters of a good model. The model AHRRR23 showed an adequate R2 value for the training set 0.9446, good predictive power with Q2 of 0.6409, good F- value, low SD 0.1218 value and outstanding Pearson-R values and low RMSE 0.2779 values of the model. The docking studies also gives very good results with good RMSD values. 3D QSAR, docking and ADME studies exhibits that the developed model could be employed as a potential lead for further study as antimalarial drug.  相似文献

Complexes of the general formula [ReIII(L)Cl(PPh3)2] have been synthesised by reacting H2L and [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] in ethanol. Here H2L represents imines of α-amino acids (glycine, l-alanine, l-valine, l-phenylalanine) derived from salicylaldehyde and naphthaldehyde. The crystal structure of one complex has been determined. The complexes are mononuclear, paramagnetic and display paramagnetic 1H NMR in CDCl3 solution. Their spectral and redox properties are scrutinised.  相似文献

The green colored complexes of the type Re(V)O(L(SB))Cl(2), 1, have been synthesised by reacting NBu(4)[ReOCl(4)] with HL(SB) in dry ethanol. Here, L(SB)(-) are the deprotonated forms of N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-2-picolylamine (HL(SB)(1)); N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N',N'-dimethylethylenediamine (HL(SB)(2)) and N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N',N'-diethylethylenediamine (HL(SB)(3)). Similarly, NBu(4)[ReOCl(4)] reacted with N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-2-picolylamine (H(2)L(1)); N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N',N'-dimethylethylenediamine (H(2)L(2)); N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N',N'-diethylethylenediamine (H(2)L(3)); [N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N-(2-pyridylmethyl)]-2-aminoethanol (H(2)L(4)); [N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N-(2-pyridylmethyl)]-2-methyl-2-amino-1-propanol (H(2)L(5)); N,N-bis(1-hydroxyethyl)-2-picolylamine (H(2)L(6)), to give the monochloro complexes Re(V)O(L)Cl, 2. The X-ray structures of the complexes are reported. The molecular structures observed in the solid state are preserved in solution ((1)H NMR). In acetonitrile solution the Re(V)O(L)Cl, 2, display a one-electron couple, Re(VI)O(L)Cl(+)-Re(V)O(L)Cl, near 1.0 V vs SCE. The electrogenerated hexavalent complexes [Re(VI)O(L)Cl]ClO(4), 3, are paramagnetic and display sextet EPR spectra in solution at room temperature (A(av) approximately 417 (G), g approximately 1.914).  相似文献

Achieving predictable and programmable two-dimensional (2D) structures with specific functions from exclusively organic soft materials remains a scientific challenge. This article unravels stereocomplex crystallization-driven self-assembly as a facile method for producing thermally robust discrete 2D-platelets of diamond shape from biodegradable semicrystalline polylactide (PLA) scaffolds. The method involves co-assembling two PLA stereoisomers, namely, PY-PDLA and NMI-PLLA , which form stereocomplex (SC)-crystals in isopropanol. By conjugating a well-known Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) donor and acceptor dye, namely, pyrene ( PY ) and naphthalene monoimide ( NMI ), respectively, to the chain termini of these two interacting stereoisomers, a thermally robust FRET process can be stimulated from the 2D array of the co-assembled dyes on the thermally resilient SC-PLA crystal surfaces. Uniquely, by decorating the surface of the SC-PLA crystals with an externally immobilized guest dye, Rhodamine-B, similar diamond-shaped structures could be produced that exhibit pure white-light emission through a surface-induced two-step cascade energy transfer process. The FRET response in these systems displays remarkable dependence on the intrinsic crystalline packing, which could be modulated by the chirality of the co-assembling PLA chains. This is supported by comparing the properties of similar 2D platelets generated from two homochiral PLLAs ( PY-PLLA and NMI-PLLA ) labeled with the same FRET pair.  相似文献

<正>In pursuit for better antiepileptic drug and the importance of semicarbazones and 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles as anticonvulsant pharmacophore,a series of novel N-({5-[(6-methyl-1-benzofuran-3-y1)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl}carbamothioyl) -2/3/4-substitutedbenzamide were designed,synthesized and evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity.The findings of the present studies confirmed that the pharmacophore model with four binding sites is crucial for anticonvulsant activity. Abstract  The title complexes and have been synthesized in excellent yields by reacting Co(OAc)2·4H2O with H2L1 and H2L2, respectively, in acetonitrile solution. Here, [L1]2− and [L2]2− are the deprotonated forms of N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine and N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-2-picolylamine, respectively. The crystal structures of and were determined by x-ray crystallography. In , each cobalt atom has distorted trigonal bipyramid geometry, while in , each cobalt atom has distorted octahedral geometry. Variable temperature magnetic moment measurements show weak antiferromagnetic interaction in . The magnetic characterization for is in agreement with the presence of Co(II) and Co(III) centers. The N4O3 coordinating heptadentate ligand afforded the mononuclear [FeIII(HL)][BPh4] (1) and binuclear [Fe2IIIL(OAc)2][BPh4] (2) complexes. In complex 1, the ligand binds in a trianionic N2O3 fashion whereas in the case of 2 the ligand binds in the trianionic N4O3 form in which the iron ions are held together by μ-phenoxo and bis μ-acetato bridges. In 1, the Fe(III) center has a trigonal bipyramidal geometry (τ = 0.84) whereas in 2 both the Fe(III) centers have a distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 2 shows an intramolecular weak antiferromagnetic interaction. Gas phase geometry optimizations have been performed using density functional theory without any symmetry constraints. The gas phase optimized structures agree well with the X-ray structure.  相似文献
