利用辐照质粒DNA构象变化的分子模型,以DNA糖苷酶Fpg和AP核酸内切酶EndoIII识别并切割辐射所致DNA碱基损伤,将其转换为DNA断裂损伤,通过电泳分析DNA分子构象变化,研究比较γ射线、质子和7Li离子诱发DNA集簇性损伤。50Gy以上高剂量γ辐射对质粒DNA的损伤主要表现为单链断裂(SSB)和很少比例的双链断裂(DSB),并能产生一定水平的集簇性损伤。相比之下,高能质子束和高LET的7Li离子直接所致DNA的断裂损伤以及所产生的集簇性碱基损伤比γ射线的要严重,质子10Gy照射就可诱发明显的集簇损伤。 相似文献

为了探索一种更加紧凑的导轨型电磁推进基础实验用脉冲电源,以实验室现有高温超导储能脉冲变压器为单元模型,在单谐振电路脉冲成形方案的基础上,设计了环形结构的多模块脉冲电源,分析了环形结构中考虑互感的多模脉冲电源电路的充放电过程。通过对八模块环形结构脉冲电源进行仿真分析,得到了接近150kA的电流脉冲,原边电压限制13kV左右。可以得出,利用单谐振电路的多模块超导储能脉冲变压器并联放电方式,可以实现大电流脉冲的输出的要求,而且环形结构中各线圈存在的互感更有利于多模块脉冲电源。 相似文献

Transmission-type reconfigurable metasurface for linear-to-circular and linear-to-linear polarization conversions 下载免费PDF全文
We present a transmission-type polarization conversion metamaterial (PCM) whose functions can be dynamically switched among the linear-to-circular (LTC) and linear-to-linear (LTL) polarization conversions. The proposed PCM consists of a grating, a polarization conversion surface and a reconfigurable polarization selective surface incorporated with PIN diodes. By changing the states of diodes, the PCM can achieve the reconfigurable manipulations for incident waves. The Fabry-Pérot (F-P) resonances excited by the PCM contribute to the polarization conversions, as is illustrated. Moreover, through establishing the F-P-like cavity model and analyzing the electric field components of the transmitted waves, the conditions for realizing LTC polarization conversion are revealed, which can guide the construction of PCM. The prototype of PCM is fabricated and measured, which can achieve LTC and LTL polarization conversions within 3.31-3.56 GHz and 2.76-4.24 GHz, respectively, the polarization conversion ratios of two functions are higher than 0.95. The Chinese Evaluated Nuclear Parameter Library (CENPL) for the model calculations of nuclear reactions was developed in the past ten years. The International Atomic Energy Agency has constructed a Reference Input Parameter Library (RIPL) for the calculations of nuclear reaction data in the meantime. All data files of CENPL are adopted as the RIPL Starter Files. The model parameters estimated and recommended by our group are specially selected as recommended files. We have studied the densification behaviour, microstructure and electrical properties of WO_3 ceramics with V_2O_5 as the additive ranging from 0.5 to 15mol%. Scanning electron microscopic photos indicated that the grain size of WO_3-V_2O_5 specimens is smaller than that of pure WO_3. The addition of V_2O_5 to WO_3 showed a tendency to enhance the densification rate and to restrict the grain growth. Electrical properties of all specimens were measured for different electrodes at different temperatures. The formation of the grain boundary barrier layer was confirmed by the non-ohmic I-V behaviour. The nonlinear coefficient was obtained at the current density J=0.01, 0.1 and 1mA/cm^2 for a series of WO_3-V_2O_5 samples. The V0.5mol% specimen showed an abnormal phenomenon that the nonlinear characteristics appeared at 350℃ and disappeared at lower and higher temperatures. This implies that it could be applied as a high-temperature varistor. The double Schottky barrier model was adopted to explain the phenomena for the WO_3-V_2O_5 varistors. 相似文献
