Magnetic anisotropy manipulation and interfacial coupling in Sm3Fe5O12 films and CoFe/Sm3Fe5O12 heterostructures 下载免费PDF全文
The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm3Fe5O12 (SmIG) films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully. By switching the orientation of the Gd3Ga5O12 substrates from (111) to (001), the magnetic anisotropy of obtained SmIG films shifts from in-plane to out-of-plane. Similar results can also be obtained in the films on Gd3Sc2Ga3O12 substrates, which identifies the universality of such orientation-induced magnetic anisotropy switching. Additionally, the interfacial spin coupling and magnetic anisotropy switching effect on the spin wave in CoFe/SmIG magnetic heterojunctions have also been explored by utilizing the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect technique. It is intriguing to find that both the frequency and effective damping factor of spin precession in CoFe/SmIG heterojunctions can be manipulated by the magnetic anisotropy switching of SmIG films. These findings not only provide a route for the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy acquisition but also give a further path for spin manipulation in magnetic films and heterojunctions. 相似文献

新型激光装置前端系统激光时间脉冲整形技术 总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3
对惯性约束聚变实验而言,激光时间脉冲整形具有非常重要的意义。随着惯性约束聚变技术的不断发展,对终端脉冲的时间填充因子的要求越来越高,直接导致了对前端系统时间脉冲整形技术的要求也越来越高。为了满足惯性约束聚变实验对前端时间脉冲整形技术的要求,自行设计了“刀口器”装置。利用这一装置,并结合改进的时空变换脉冲整形技术,在“神光—Ⅱ”的升级装置上,实现了大功率激光装置上的激光时间脉冲整形,在终端得到了脉宽1.16ns、上升沿337ps、下降沿360ps、时间填充因子为81.2%的方波激光脉冲,满足了物理实验对前端系统激光时间脉冲整形的要求。同时,提出了进一步改进的措施,以满足今后物理实验的更高要求。 相似文献

High-quality epitaxial LaRhO_3(LRO) thin films on SrTiO_3(110) single-crystalline substrates are fabricated by pulsed laser deposition and their photoconductivity properties are studied. The transient photoconductivity(TPC) effect is found in this semiconductor LRO film at room temperature. The magnitude of TPC increases almost linearly with the laser power intensities and the photon energies in visible light range. Moreover, the difference in the TPC results under two airflow conditions confirms that both intrinsic photoinduced carrier accumulation and extrinsic photoinduced heating effects contribute to the magnitude of TPC effect. 相似文献

Photo-generated carriers may diffuse into the adjacent cells to form the electrical crosstalk, which is especially noticeable after the pixel cell size has been scaled down. The electrical crosstalk strongly depends on the structure and electrical properties of the photosensitive areas. In this work, time-dependent crosstalk effects considering different isolation structures are investigated. According to the different depths of photo-diode(PD) and isolation structure, the transport of photo-generated carriers is analyzed with different regions in the pixel cell. The evaluation of crosstalk is influenced by exposure time. Crosstalk can be suppressed by reducing the exposure time. However, the sensitivity and dynamic range of the image sensor need to be considered as well. 相似文献

In this paper, a division-of-amplitude photopolarimeter(DOAP) for measuring the polarization state of a free-electron laser(FEL) pulse is described. The incident FEL beam is divided into four separate beams, and four Stokes parameters can be measured in a single-shot. In the crossed-planar undulators experiment at the Shanghai deep ultraviolet FEL test facility, this DOAP instrument constructed in house responsed accurately and timely while the polarization-state of fully coherent FEL pulses were switched, which is helpful for confirming the crossed-planar undulators technique for short-wavelength FELs. 相似文献

The performance of double gate GaSb nMOSFETs with surface orientations of(100) and(111) are compared by deterministically solving the time-dependent Boltzmann transport equation(BTE).Results show that the on-state current of the device with(111) surface orientation is almost three times larger than the(100) case due to the higher injection velocity.Moreover,the scattering rate of the(111) device is slightly lower than that of the(100) device. 相似文献

将席夫碱锰配合物与硅钨酸结合制备出一种新颖的无机-有机杂化固体催化剂, 通过红外光谱和热重表征数据推测出这种催化剂的组成和结构, 并将其用于磷酸与等摩尔月桂醇酯化制备长链单烷基磷酸酯 (MAP). 结果表明, 采用 L1-Mn-SiW (L1: 双水杨醛缩-1,6-己二胺) 催化剂, 在优化的反应条件下, 酯化反应可获得 93% 的 MAP 收率和高达 98% 的 MAP 选择性. 催化剂的重复使用测试表明, 液-固多相酯化体系中该固体催化剂可方便地回收, 且具有优异的稳定性, 重复使用 6 次后催化剂活性未见下降, 结构没有变化, 是高效绿色催化剂. 该催化剂作用下的磷酸酯化是固体碱催化过程. 相似文献
