垂直磁各向异性稀土-铁-石榴石纳米薄膜在自旋电子学中具有重要应用前景.本文使用溅射方法在(111)取向掺杂钇钪的钆镓石榴石(Gd0.63Y2.37Sc2Ga3O12,GYSGG)单晶衬底上外延生长了2—100 nm厚的钬铁石榴石(Ho3Fe5O12,HoIG)薄膜,并进一步在HoIG上沉积了3 nm Pt薄膜.测量了室温下HoIG的磁各向异性和HoIG/Pt异质结构的自旋相关输运性质.结果显示,厚度薄至2 nm的HoIG薄膜(小于2个单胞层)在室温仍具有铁磁性,且由于外延应变,2—60 nm厚HoIG薄膜都具有很强的垂直磁各向异性,有效垂直各向异性场最大达350 mT;异质结构样品表现出非常可观的反常霍尔效应和“自旋霍尔/各向异性”磁电阻效应,前者在HoIG厚度小于4 nm时开始缓慢下降,而后者当HoIG厚度小于7 nm时急剧减小,说明相较于反常霍尔效应,磁电阻效应对HoIG的体磁性相对更加敏感;此外,自旋相关热电压随HoIG厚度减薄在整个厚度范围以指数方式下降,说明遵从热激化磁振子运动规律的自旋塞贝克效应是其主要贡献者.本文结果表明HoIG纳米薄膜具有可调控的垂直磁各向异性,厚度大于4 nm的HoIG/Pt异质结构具有高效的自旋界面交换作用,是自旋电子学应用发展的一个重要候选材料.  相似文献

用量子理论计算了Dy3Al5O12的晶场能谱、Zeeman劈裂能级和波函数. 在外磁场He为0<He<9 T, 温度为3<T<42 K 范围内, 计算了该晶体的磁矩、磁熵变, 计算结果与相关实验数据吻合较好. 该计算结果表明, Dy3Al5O12内磁性离子间的交换作用非常微弱, 可以忽略. 从理论上给出了绝热退磁过程中温度变化ΔTT的关系, 并与Gd3Ga5O12晶体进行了比较, 发现不同外磁场下, Dy3Al5O12和Gd3Ga5O12的低温制冷性能在不同温区有差别. 在进行低温(T<10 K)制冷时, 若外磁场较低, 选择Dy3Al5O12作为磁制冷材料较好; 若外磁场较高, 选择Gd3Ga5O12作为磁制冷材料较好.  相似文献

We investigate the electronic structure and magnetic properties of layered compound Sr3Fe2O5 based on first-principles calculations in the framework of density functional theory with GGA+U method. Under high pressure, the ladder-type layered structure of Sr3Fe2O5 is transformed into the infinite layered structure accompanied by a transition from G-type anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) insulator to ferromagnetic (FM) metal and a spin transition from S=2 to S=1. We reproduce these transformations in our calculations and give a clear physical interpretation.  相似文献

Compensated ferrimagnetic insulators are particularly interesting for enabling functional spintronic,optical,and microwave devices.Among many different garnets,Gd_3 Fe_5 O_(12)(GdIG) is a representative compensated ferrimagnetic insulator.In this paper,we will study the evolution of the surface morphology,the magnetic properties,and the magnetization compensation through changing the following parameters:the annealing temperature,the growth temperature,the annealing duration,and the choice of different single crystalline garnet substrates.Our objective is to find the optimized growth condition of the GdIG films,for the purpose of achieving a strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA) and a flat surface,together with a small effective damping parameter.Through our experiments,we have found that the surface roughness approaching 0.15 nm can be obtained by choosing the growth temperature around 700℃,together with an enhanced PMA.We have also found the modulation of magnetic anisotropy by choosing different single crystalline garnet substrates which change the tensile strain to the compressive strain.A measure of the effective magnetic damping parameter(α_(eff)=0.04 ± 0.01) through a spin pumping experiment in a GdIG/Pt bilayer is also made.Through optimizing the growth dynamics of GdIG films,our results could be useful for synthesizing garnet films with a PMA,which could be beneficial for the future development of ferrimagnetic spintronics.  相似文献

为了提高太阳能电池的性能,研究磁性纳米粒子在外加磁场的作用下对聚合物太阳能电池有源层P3HT:PCBM成膜及太阳能电池性能的影响。本文采用热分解法制备了磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子,将不同质量分数的Fe3O4纳米粒子掺入到P3HT:PCBM溶液中,旋涂后在外加磁场的作用下自组成膜。通过TEM、XRD对制备的Fe3O4纳米粒子进行表征,并利用偏光显微镜、原子力显微镜对成膜质量进行探究。结果表明,采用热分解法制备的Fe3O4纳米粒子直径在10 nm左右,在外加磁场作用下,Fe3O4纳米粒子对成膜有一定的调控作用。当Fe3O4纳米粒子掺杂质量分数为1%时,太阳能电池器件的开路电压增加3.77%,短路电流增加24.93%,光电转换效率提高7.82%。  相似文献

采用提拉法生长出了高浓度掺铒(35 at%)钇钪镓石榴石(Er:YSGG)激光晶体.测试了该晶体在340—1700 nm波段内的吸收光谱,对其中Er3+的实验能级进行了分析指认.用Er:YSGG的102个实验Stark能级,拟合了它的自由离子参数和晶体场参数,均方根误差(拟合精度)σ为10.34 cm-1.结果表明,参数化Stark能级的拟合结果与实验光谱符合得较好.将拟合得到的Er:YSGG实验结果与文献中已报道Er:YAG的自由离子参数和晶体场参数进行了比较.指出Er:YSGG具有较强的晶体场相互作用或许是其激光效率较高的主要原因之一.  相似文献

Pure and rare earth doped gadolinium oxide (Gd2O3) waveguide films were prepared by a simple sol–gel process and dip-coating method. Gd2O3 was successfully synthesized by hydrolysis of gadolinium acetate. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to study the thermal chemistry properties of dried gel. Structure of Gd2O3 films annealed at different temperature ranging from 400 to 750 °C were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that Gd2O3 starts crystallizing at about 400 °C and the crystallite size increases with annealing temperature. Oriented growth of (4 0 0) face of Gd2O3 has been observed when the films were deposited on (1 0 0) Si substrate and annealed at 750 °C. The laser beam (λ=632.8 nm) was coupled into the film by a prism coupler and propagation loss of the film measured by scattering-detection method is about 2 dB/cm. Luminescence properties of europium ions doped films were measured and are discussed.  相似文献

以Al2(SO4)3·18H2O、尿素为原料,采用水热-热解法制备了球形α-Al2O3粉体。以自制α-Al2O3、Y2O3及CeO2为原料,固相法制备了白光LED用Y2.93Al5O12∶0.07Ce3+黄色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及荧光光谱(PL)等对产物的物相、形貌及光致发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:水热-热解法制备出了物相纯净、分散性良好的球形α-Al2O3粉体,以该α-Al2O3为原料,合成出可被460 nm蓝光有效激发,发射光谱为峰值在550 nm宽带的Y2.93Al5O12∶0.07Ce3+荧光粉,色坐标为(0.453,0.531 9),采用GSAS软件对Y2.93Al5O12∶0.07Ce3+荧光粉的XRD图进行了Rietveld结构精修,精修图与XRD测试图完全吻合,Y,Al,Ce,O四元素均匀地分布在黄色荧光粉产物中,Y2.93Al5O12∶0.07Ce3+黄色荧光粉的激发光谱由两个部分组成,在340和460 nm处有两个非常明显的吸收峰,Ce3+的4f能级由于自旋-耦合而劈裂为两个光谱支项2F7/2和2F5/2,其中2F5/2为基谱项。340 nm的激发峰对应于2F5/2→5D5/2的跃迁,460 nm的激发峰属于2F7/2→5D3/2的跃迁,并且460 nm处的激发强度强于340 nm处激发强度。以460 nm为监测波长得到的发射光谱,最强发射峰位于550 nm,Y2.93Al5O12∶0.07Ce3+荧光粉是一种适用于白光LED的高性能黄色荧光粉。  相似文献

Multifunctional luminescent materials are attracting attention nowadays. In this work, monoclinic Gd2O3:Er3+ nanoparticles, which possess up-conversion luminescence and down-conversion luminescence properties, were successfully synthesized by laser ablation in liquid (LAL) technique. Up-conversion luminescence and down-conversion luminescence of monoclinic Gd2O3:Er3+ nanoparticles were got under the excitation of 980 nm and 379 nm, respectively. In addition, tunable luminescence was got. Furthermore, the cytotoxicity of the nanoparticles is low and the fluorescence of the nanoparticles in cell is also strong enough. The results indicate that the Gd2O3:Er3+ nanoparticles synthesized by LAL technique are promising candidates for bio-imaging or other fields that require controllable fluorescence.  相似文献

The magneto-optical Kerr effects (MOKE) of epitaxial Y3Fe5O12/Gd3Ga5O12 (YIG/GGG) garnet superlattices grown on (1 1 1)GGG previously by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) were measured. A series of superlattices were investigated with the thickness of the ferrimagnetic YIG layer varied from six unit cells to only one unit cell while keeping the Curie paramagnetic GGG fixed at one unit cell. It was demonstrated that the ellipsometric technique employing photoelastic modulators (PEM) is sensitive enough to measure the MOKE signals of these ultrathin oxide samples. The Curie temperatures, determined by MOKE, are fit with a power law, yielding a shift exponent λ = 3.1 ± 1.2.  相似文献

Solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors with metal-semiconductor-metal structure were fabricated based on β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3/β -Ga2O3 film grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. It was known that various surface states increase dark current and a large number of defects can hinder the transport of carriers, resulting in low switching ratio and low responsivity of the device. In this work, β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 films are used as surface passivation materials. Owning to its wide band gap, we obtain excellent light transmission and high lattice matching with β -Ga2O3. We explore the change and mechanism of the detection performance of the β -Ga2O3 detector after β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 surface passivation. It is found that under the illumination with 254 nm light at bias 5 V, the β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3/β -Ga2O3 photodetectors show dark current of just 18 pA and high current on/off ratio of 2.16×105. The dark current is sharply reduced about 50 times after passivation of the β -Ga2O3 surface, and current on/off ratio increases by approximately 2 times. It is obvious that β -Ga2O3 detectors with β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 surface passivation can offer superior detector performance.  相似文献

磁性薄膜磁学特性电场调控的相关研究对开发新型低功耗磁信息器件具有突出意义.本文基于电场调控磁性的基本理论,以OOMMF(Object Oriented Micro-Magnetic Frame)微磁学仿真软件为工具,研究了电场对生长于PZN-PT单晶衬底上Fe_3O_4单晶薄膜磁学特性的调控.研究结果显示:无外加电场时,薄膜表现出典型的软磁特性;沿衬底[001]方向施加的外加电场可以使得薄膜矫顽力、矩形比等磁学特性发生显著改变:当外加磁场沿[100]([010])时,施加正值(负值)电场强度可以显著增大薄膜的矫顽力与矩形比,当电场强度不小于0.6 MV/m时薄膜矩形比达到1.这是因为外加电场导致薄膜产生单轴应力各向异性,使得薄膜的等效磁各向异性发生了从无外电场下的面内四重磁晶各向异性向高电场下的近似单轴磁各向异性的过渡.外加1 MV/m与-1 MV/m的电场时等效易磁化轴分别沿[100]与[010]方向.另外,外加1 MV/m(-1 MV/m)的电场强度可以使得铁磁共振的频率增大(减小)接近1 GHz.  相似文献

利用Na2CO3作为助熔剂,采用高温固相反应方法制备了三价铕离子激活的Gd2Mo3O9红色荧光粉。利用XRD和荧光光谱,研究了助熔剂的量、制备时的温度以及激活剂Eu3+的浓度对荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能的影响。测试结果表明,这种新型的荧光粉可以被紫外光280nm,近紫外光395nm和蓝光465nm有效激发,发射主峰位于613nm,并且证明Eu3+离子在晶体结构中占据了非反演对称中心的位置。395,465nm的吸收与目前广泛应用的紫外和蓝光LED芯片的输出波长相匹配。因此,这种荧光粉是一种可能应用在白光LED上的红色荧光粉材料。  相似文献

基于Newman的晶场叠模型与微观自旋哈密顿理论,建立了ZnGa2O4:Fe3+晶体材料中磁性离子Fe3+局域结构与其自旋哈密顿(spin-Hamiltonian,SH)参量(包括二阶零场分裂(zero-field splitting,ZFS)参量D,四阶ZFS参量(a-F),Zeeman g因子:g//,g⊥,△g(=g//-g⊥))之间的定量关系.采用以全组态完全对角化方法为理论背景的CFA/MSH(Crystal Filed Analysis/Microscopic Spin Hamiltonian)研究软件,研究了ZnGa2O4:Fe3+材料中磁性离子Fe3+的SH参量与其局域结构的依赖关系.研究表明:对于ZnGa2O4:Fe3+晶体材料,当磁性离子Fe3+的局域结构畸变参数△R=0.0487 nm,△θ=0.192°时,其基态SH参量理论计算结果与实验测量符合很好,进一步表明Fe3+掺入晶体材料后将引起磁性Fe3+离子局域结构的微小畸变,但其仍然保持D3d点群对称局域结构.在此基础上研究分析了SH参量的微观起源,结果表明:ZnGa2O4:Fe3+晶体材料的SH参量主要来源于SO(spin-orbit)磁相互作用机理,来自其他磁相互作用机理(包括SS(spin-spin),SOO(spin-other-orbit),OO(orbit-orbit),SO-SS-SOO-OO)的贡献比较小.  相似文献

Shaped single crystals of (LuxGd1−x)3Ga5O12 (0.0x1.0) and (Yb0.05LuxGd0.95−x)3Ga5O12 (0.0x0.9) were grown by the modified micro-pulling-down method. Continuous solid solutions with garnet structure and a linear compositional dependency of crystal lattice parameter in the system Yb:(Gd,Lu)3Ga5O12 are formed. Measured optical absorption spectra of the samples show 4f–4f transitions related to Gd3+ ion at 275 and 310 nm, and also an onset of charge transfer transitions from oxygen ligands to Gd3+ or Yb3+ cations below 240 nm. A complete absence of Yb3+ charge transfer luminescence under X-ray excitation in any of the investigated samples was explained by the overlapping of charge transfer absorption of Yb3+ by that of Gd3+ ions. For specific composition of Lu1.5Gd1.5Ga5O12 an intense defect-host lattice-related emission, which achieve of about 40% integrated intensity compared with Bi4Ge3O12, was found.  相似文献

A special Fe_3O_4nanoparticles–graphene(Fe_3O_4–GN) composite as a magnetic label was employed for biodetection using giant magnetoresistance(GMR) sensors with a Wheatstone bridge. The Fe_3O_4–GN composite exhibits a strong ferromagnetic behavior with the saturation magnetization M_S of approximately 48 emu/g, coercivity H_C of 200 Oe, and remanence M_r of 8.3 emu/g, leading to a large magnetic fringing field. However, the Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles do not aggregate together, which can be attributed to the pinning and separating effects of graphene sheet to the magnetic particles. The Fe_3O_4–GN composite is especially suitable for biodetection as a promising magnetic label since it combines two advantages of large fringing field and no aggregation. As a result, the concentration x dependence of voltage difference |?V| between detecting and reference sensors undergoes the relationship of |?V| = 240.5 lgx + 515.2 with an ultralow detection limit of 10 ng/mL(very close to the calculated limit of 7 ng/mL) and a wide detection range of 4 orders.  相似文献

磁通钉扎性能对GdBa2Cu3O7-δ超导块材的实际应用具有重要的影响, 而引入合适的第二相粒子可以改善GdBa2Cu3O7-δ 超导块材的磁通钉扎性能.本文采用顶部籽晶熔融织构法成功地制备出纳米微粒BaFe12O19(<100 nm)掺杂的超导块材, 样品的最终组分为Gd123+ 0.4 Gd211+ x BaFe12O19 (x=0, 0.2 mol%, 0.4 mol%, 0.8 mol%)+ 10 wt%Ag2O+ 0.5 wt%Pt. 通过研究不同掺杂量的BaFe12O19微粒对GdBa2Cu3O7-δ 超导块材微观结构和超导性能的影响, 结果表明当掺杂量为0.2 mol%时, 样品的临界电流密度几乎在整个外加磁场下都有明显的提高.在零场下, 临界电流密度达到5.5× 104 A/cm2. 纳米微粒BaFe12O19不仅可以保持掺杂前的化学组成, 作为有效的钉扎中心存在于超导块材中, 并且能够改善Gd2BaCuO5粒子的分布和细化Gd2BaCuO5粒子, 使Gd2BaCuO5粒子的平均粒径由未掺杂时的1.4 μ m减小到掺杂后的0.79 μ m, 进而提高了超导块材的临界电流密度和俘获磁场, 明显提高了GdBa2Cu3O7-δ 超导块材的超导性能.临界温度TC也有所提升, 并能够维持在92.5 K左右. 该结果为进一步研究纳米磁通钉扎中心的引入并改善GdBa2Cu3O7-δ 超导块材的性能有着重要的意义.  相似文献

A detailed study of the in-plane magnetotransport properties of spin valves with one and two Fe3O4 electrodes is presented. Fe3O4/Au/Fe3O4 spin valves exhibit a clear anisotropic magnetoresistance in small magnetic fields but no giant magnetoresistance (GMR). The absence of GMR in these structures is due to simultaneous magnetization reversal in the two Fe3O4 layers. By contrast, a negative GMR effect is measured on Fe3O4/Au/Fe spin valves. The negative GMR is attributed to an electron spin scattering asymmetry at the Fe3O4/Au interface or an induced spin scattering asymmetry in the Au interfacial layers.  相似文献

提出了一种以Fe3O4纳米颗粒和聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)组成的复合材料为介质的平行板磁电容结构,并对其产生的磁电容效应的特点以及影响磁电容效应的因素进行了研究.对不同粒径的Fe3O4纳米颗粒按不同比例与PDMS混合形成的复合材料进行了测试.研究表明,与无磁场情况相比,在外磁场作用下,Fe3O4纳米颗粒/PDMS复合材料的电容值和介电损耗均发生了改变,产生了磁电容效应.由该复合材料磁电容效应所产生的电容变化量随着纳米颗粒混合浓度的增大而增大,并且当纳米颗粒粒径尺寸大于常温超顺磁临界尺寸时,材料的电容变化量随着颗粒尺寸的减小而增大.  相似文献
