 分析了Kirkpatrick-Baez(KB)显微镜的成像性质与周期多层膜元件间的关系。基于分辨力和集光效率要求,设计了KB显微镜的光学结构,模拟了KB系统的成像质量,用W/B4C周期多层膜反射镜进行了X射线成像实验,在±100 μm视场内得到优于5 μm的空间分辨力结果。实验与模拟结果的对比表明,加工精度和球差是影响中心视场分辨力的关键因素,有效视场的大小受多层膜角度带宽的限制。  相似文献

在激光间接驱动惯性约束聚变(ICF)领域中,获得具有极高空间分辨率(优于5μm)的X射线辐射图像,是研究烧蚀不稳定性、内爆流线等关键物理过程的数据基础。基于掠入射反射式成像原理的Kirkpatrick-Baez(KB)显微成像系统作为一种具有高空间分辨率和集光效率的X射线显微诊断设备,目前已成为国际ICF装置的X射线关键诊断设备。在神光Ⅱ和神光Ⅲ原型装置条件上开展了KB诊断技术及设备的研究,在KB系统的光学设计、光学元件和物镜与系统装调技术等方面取得了许多重要进展,研制了大视场KB、多色KB等高分辨率X射线显微成像系统。这些系统已应用于我国的ICF内爆芯部发光和流线测量、流体不稳定增长测量等实验中,为关键物理量的测量提供了高空间分辨率的清晰图像。  相似文献

Optical flow (OF) method has been used in ultrasound elastography to estimate the strain distribution in tissues. However the bias of strain estimation by OF has previously been shown to be close to 20%. The objective in this paper is to improve the performance of OF-based strain estimation, a two-step OF method with a local warping technique is proposed in this paper. The local warping technique effectively decreases the decorrelation of the signals, and hence improves the performance of strain estimation. Simulations on both homogeneous and heterogeneous models with different strains are performed. Experiments on a heterogeneous tissue-mimicking phantom are also carried out. Simulation results of the homogeneous model show that the two-step OF method reduces the bias of strain estimation from 23.77% to 1.65%, and reduces the standard deviation of strain estimation from 2.9 × 103 to 0.47 × 103. Simulation results of the heterogeneous model shows that the signals-to-noise ratio (SNRe) of strain estimation is improved by 2.1 and 5.3 dB in the inclusion and background, respectively, and the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNRe) is improved by 6.8 dB. Finally, results of phantom experiments show that, by using the proposed method, the SNRe is increased by 4.0 dB and 8.9 dB in the inclusion and background, respectively, while the CNRe is increased by 13.1 dB. The proposed two-step OF method is thus demonstrated capable of improving the performance of strain estimation in OF-based elastography.  相似文献

研究了Kirkpatrick-Baez(KB)显微镜成像系统的结构设计、元件制备。通过分析掠入射角、放大倍数和反射镜曲率半径对成像系统调制传递函数(MTF)的影响,确定了KB显微镜系统的初始结构参数,实现了2.5 keV能点多层膜KB显微镜的设计、制备以及装调,在神光Ⅱ强激光装置上完成了像质标定实验。结果表明:2.5 keV能点多层膜KB显微镜在100 m视场内观测周期为20 m平面调制靶时的MTF高于0.6,与OMEGA装置同类型KB系统的空间分辨能力相当,明显优于现有的针孔相机和点投影成像技术。该显微镜与条纹相机配合,已成功实现对短扰动波长平面调制靶烧蚀演化行为的动态诊断。  相似文献

The X-ray Kirkpatrick-Baez (KB) imaging experiment with single layer is implemented. Based on the astigmatism aberration and residual geometric aberration of a single mirror, a KB system with 16^x mean magnification and approximately 0.45°grazing incidence angle is designed. The mirrors are deposited with an Ir layer of 20-am thickness. Au grids backlit by X-ray tube of 8 keV are imaged via the KB system on scintillator charge-coupled device (CCD). In the ±80 #m field, resolutions of less than 5 #m are measured. The result is in good agreement with the simulated imaging.  相似文献

Twenty-two novel N-nitro-N′-substituted phenyl-N-(2,6-dibromo-4-fluorophenyl)urea derivatives were designed and synthesized via a simple and convenient BTC ‘one-pot’ procedure using DMAP as the catalyst. The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis, and a part has been identified by 13C NMR. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the target compounds possesses moderate herbicidal activity against Sorghum sudanense. However, some of the title compounds presented high plant growth regulating activity against rape.  相似文献

Schwarzschild microscope at 18.2 nm for diagnostics of hot electron transport in femtosecond laser-plasma interaction has been developed. Based on the third-order aberration theory the microscope is designed for numerical aperture of 0.1 and magnification of 10. Mo/Si multilayer films with peak throughput at 18.2 nm is designed and deposited by magnetron sputtering method. The 24 lp/mm copper mesh is imaged via Schwarzschild microscope, and resolutions of less than 3 μm are measured in 1.2 mm field. The diagnostics experiment of hot electron transport is performed on 286 TW SILEX-I laser facilities, and the spatial distribution of radiation caused by hot electron is imaged by Schwarzschild microscope.  相似文献
