当△=AC—B^2=0时,对二元函数极值的探讨

设二元函数f(x,y)有稳定点P(x_0,y_0),并设f_(xx)(x_0,y_0)=A,f″_(xy)(x_0,y_0)=B,f″_(yy)(x_0,y_0)=C,△=AC-B~。当△=AC-B~2=0时,f(x,y)在点P(x_0,y_0)处是否有极值的问题,一般教科书都未进行过具体地讨论,本文对这一问题进行了初步地探     

ON THE SINGULAR DIRECTIONS OF VALUE DISTRIBUTION OF HOLOMORPHIC CURVES IN P^n（C）

This article proves the existence of singular directions of value distribution theory for some transcendental holomorphic curves in the n-dimensional complex projective space Pn(C). An example is given to complement these results.     

厄米—双曲余弦—光斯光束的瞄准稳定性

用失调叠加积分的方法，对厄米－双曲余弦－高斯光束的瞄准稳定性作了研究，得到了厄米－双曲余弦－高斯光束失调因子|ηm|^2的精确解析公式和近似解析公式，并用数值计算了相对横向偏移和相对角向偏移对失调因子|ηm|^2的影响以及对精确解析公式和近似解析公式的适用范围作了分析和说明。     

关于局部对称空间中2-调和子流形

本文研究局部对称完备黎曼流形中的紧致2－调和子流形，得到了这类流形第二基本模式长平方的Pinching定理及推广的J．Simons型积分不等式。     

Exciton—Phonon Scattering in CdSe／ZnSe Quantum Dots

A temperature-dependent photoluminescence measurement is performed in CdSe/ZnSe quantum dots with a ZnCdSe quantum well.We deduce the temperature dependence of the exciton linewidth and peak energy of the zero-dimensional exciton in the quantum dots and two-dimensional exciton in the CdSe wetting layer.The experimental data reveal a reduction of homogeneous broadening of the exciton line in the quantum dots in comparison with that in the two-dimensional wetting layer,which indicates the decrease of exciton and optical phonon coupling in the CdSe quantum dots.     

宽带Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体及其低维结构的生长和光学性质研究进展

本文系自1979年以来，宽带Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体研究组取得的主要研究成果的简要介绍。取得的主要研究成果可分为如下六个方面：第一，系统地研究了宽带Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体在电场激发下的自由激子发射；第二，创造性地提出并实 利用宽带Ⅱ-Ⅵ族超晶格的室温激子效应来实现在蓝绿区快响应的光学双稳的物理思想；第三，深入研究了宽带Ⅱ-Ⅵ族超晶格中的激子行为以及激子与元激发态的相互作用，为利用激子获得有效蓝色自发和受激发射提供物理基础和实验途径；第四，研究了ZnSe基非对称双量子阱和组合超晶格中激子的隧穿以及激子的自发和受激发射；第五，CdSe和ZnSeS自组装量子点的生长及其形成机理；第六，ZnO薄膜的生长及其紫外发射特性。     

Exact Solution of an Extended Hubbard Model with Electron—Lattice Interaction for an Organic Ferromagnetic Polymer

Using an exact diagonalization method,we study an extended Hubbard model with an electron-lattice interaction for an organic ferromagnetic chain with radical coupling.The result shows that the ferromagnetic ground state originates from the antiferromagnetic correlation between adjoining sites,which is enhanced by the on-site e-e repulsion.The intersite e-e repulsion induces the inhomogeneous distribution of the charge density.The dimerization is decreased by the e-e interaction and the radical coupling.The electron-lattice interaction and the radical coupling can transfer the spin density and charge density between the main chain and the radicals.     

Zn1-xCdxSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的跃迁能量和压力系数

考虑压力下势垒高度、激子结合能的改变等诸多因素的影响后数值研究了Ⅱ－Ⅵ族ZnCdSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的跃迁能量和压力系数，特别是压力系数随阱宽的变化规律。计算表明在SCPA近似下跃迁能量的计算与实验值吻合较好，而在压力系数的计算中必须计及材料的体积弹性模量随温度和压力的变化。证实了ZnCdSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的压力系数随阱宽增大而减小的结论。     

无K1,r图中的哈密顿圈（英文）

本文借助对图的本质独立集和图的部分平方图的独立集的研究，对于K1,r图中哈密顿圈的存在性给出了八个充分条件。我们将利用T－插点技术对这八个充分条件给出统一的证明，本文的结果从本质上改进了C－Q.Zhang于1988年利用次形条件给出的k-连通无爪图是哈密顿图的次型充分条件，同时。G.Chen和R.H.Schelp在1995年利用次型条件给出的关于k-连通无K1，4图是哈密顿图的充分条件也被我们的结果改进并推广到无K1,r图。     

奇异黎曼度量下Г—等变分歧问题的Г—C°接触等价d决定性（下）

研究了奇异黎曼度量之下的 Γ-等变分歧问题中的 Γ- C°接触等价性 ,提供了 Γ- C°等价的判别法 .它们是 Percell.P.B,ZOU Jiang- chen,SU N W Z关于分歧问题有限决定性 C0理论中的有关结果的推广 .使用奇点理论及紧群表示方法给出了相关定理的证明
