Using an exact diagonalization method,we study an extended Hubbard model with an electron-lattice interaction for an organic ferromagnetic chain with radical coupling.The result shows that the ferromagnetic ground state originates from the antiferromagnetic correlation between adjoining sites,which is enhanced by the on-site e-e repulsion.The intersite e-e repulsion induces the inhomogeneous distribution of the charge density.The dimerization is decreased by the e-e interaction and the radical coupling.The electron-lattice interaction and the radical coupling can transfer the spin density and charge density between the main chain and the radicals.  相似文献

We numerically investigate the magneto-optical Cotton-Mouton effect in an alternating multilayer structure with a nonlinear dielectric constant. The multistability and polarization of the transmission of electromagnetic field near the edges of the stop gap are studied in detail. The resonant transmission is accompanied by solitons of intensity of the field. This investigation provides a way to select the transmission property with different polarizations since both the amplitude and the phase of the output field can be adjusted by the input power and by the magneto-optical coefficient depending on the external magnetic field.  相似文献

We study the nonlinear excitation (solitons) in a ferrimagnetic polymer chain by using a total Hamiltonianconsisting of Su-Schrieffer-Heeger Hamiltonian and a Hubbard term. At half-rifling, the distortion of latticesforms domain wall solitons, while the spin configuration forms envelope solitons. The soliton pair is obtained ina range of the electron-electron (e-e) interaction U, which depends on the electron-phonon (e-ph) interaction.The spin solitons corresponding to the left domain wall and the right domain wall of the displacement are quitedifferent.  相似文献

The quantum phase transition and the electronic transport in a triangular quantum dot system are investigated using the numerical renormalization group method.We concentrate on the interplay between the interdot capacitive coupling V and the interdot tunnel coupling t.For small t,three dots form a local spin doublet.As t increases,due to the competition between V and t,there exist two first-order transitions with phase sequence spin-doublet-magnetic frustration phase-orbital spin singlet.When t is absent,the evolutions of the total charge on the dots and the linear conductance are of the typical Coulomb-blockade features with increasing gate voltage.While for sufficient t,the antiferromagnetic spin correlation between dots is enhanced,and the conductance is strongly suppressed for the bonding state is almost doubly occupied.  相似文献

利用Hubbard模型,采用数值计算的方法研究了空化缺陷附近的碳原子问的跳跃移{分(l2)和在位库仑相互作用(U)对碳纳米管的铁磁基态的影响.当l2><0.5时,系统基态具有亚铁磁性,并且单佗缺陷的自旋S=1/2,体系磁件主要来源于缺陷附近和纳米管两端格点自旋.随着l2增大到临界值l2后,体系的亚铁磁基态变得不稳定,并t2c的大小依赖于在位的库仑相互作用U.白旋密度计算表明:t2能抑制自旋关联并使体系的亚铁磁性基态不稳定.  相似文献

We study the charge oscillation in the triangular quantum dots symmetrically coupled to the leads.A strong charge oscillation is observed even for a very small level difference.We attribute this oscillation behaviour to the manybody effect in the strongly correlated system instead of the physical scenarios based on the mean-field approach in the previous works for the two-level dot.The level difference induces the difference of the occupations between different dots,while the symmetry of the many-body states favours the homogeneous distribution of the charge density on the three dots.The interplay of these two factors results in the charge oscillation.  相似文献

在链间耦合中同时计入相邻链相同格点间电子跳跃积分和相邻链次近邻格点间电子跳跃积分,研究了链间耦合对电荷密度和自旋密度分布的影响.结果表明,链间耦合可以导致主链上出现电荷密度波,不同格点间的链间耦合诱导自旋密度在侧基和主链间发生不同的转移. 关键词:  相似文献
