One-pot synthesis of substituted chromeno[3,4-b]quinoline derivatives was developed by three-component reaction of aldehydes, dimedone or 1,3-cyclohexadione, and 4-aminocoumarin in the presence of nicotinic acid-supported cobalt ferrite [CoFe2O4@SiO2@Si(CH2)3Cl@NA] as a novel magnetic catalyst in chloroform at reflux conditions. Nicotinic acid-supported cobalt ferrite was characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometry. Moreover, the catalyst could be easily recovered by magnetic separation and recycled up to five times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. The products formed in excellent yields over appropriate reaction times under environmentally friendly conditions. High efficiency and easy isolation of the catalyst from products by simple magnetic attraction are some of the considerable advantages of this procedure.  相似文献

In this study, Fe3O4@TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized as a new Positron Emission Tomography/Magnetic Resonance Imaging (PET/MRI) hybrid imaging agent and radiolabeled with 89Zr. In addition, Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized and radiolabeled with 89Zr. Df-Bz-NCS was used as bifunctional ligand. The nanoconjugates were characterized with transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and dynamic light scattering. Radiolabeling yields were 100%. Breast and prostate cancer cell affinities and cytotoxicity were determined using in vitro cell culture assays. The results demonstrated that Fe3O4@TiO2 nanoparticles are promising for PET/MR imaging. Finally, unlike Fe3O4 nanoparticles, Fe3O4@TiO2 nanoparticles showed a fluorescence spectrum at an excitation wavelength of 250 nm and an emission wavelength of 314 nm. Therefore, in addition to bearing the magnetic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles, Fe3O4@TiO2 nanoparticles display fluorescence emission. This provides them with photodynamic therapy potential. Therefore multimodal treatment was performed with the combination of PDT and RT by using human prostate cancer cell line (PC3). The development of 89Zr-Df-Bz-NCS-Fe3O4@TiO2 nanoparticles as a new multifunctional PET/MRI agent with photodynamic therapy and hyperthermia therapeutic ability would be very useful.  相似文献

An effective one-pot, convenient process for the synthesis of 1- substituted 1H-tetrazoles from triethyl orthoformate, amines, and sodium azide is described using copper (II) doped and immobilized on functionalized magnetic hydrotalcite (Fe3O4/HT-NH2 CuII) as a novel recyclable catalyst. The application of this catalyst allows the synthesis of a variety of tetrazoles in good to excellent yields in water. The new catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), vibration sample magnetometry (VSM) and inductively coupled plasma analysis (ICP-OES). This new procedure offers several advantages such as short operational simplicity, practicability, and applicability to various substrates and the absence of any tedious workup or purification. The loading amount of CuII (doped and immobilized) on functionalized magnetic hydrotalcite was indicated to be 4.66 mmol g−1, obtained from the ICP-OES analysis. Also, the excellent catalytic performance, thermal stability, and separation of the catalyst make it an excellent heterogeneous system and a useful alternative to other heterogeneous catalysts. Also, the catalyst could be magnetically separated and reused six times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Nickel Schiff-base complex immobilized on silica-coated Fe3O4 as a heterogeneous catalyst was designed and characterized by different techniques, such as Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET). The synthesized nanocatalyst has been explored as a new and efficient recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for the one-pot three-component synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran derivatives. The reaction proceeds smoothly to supply the respective products in excellent yields and low reaction times. The catalyst can be easily recovered by a magnetic field and reused for eight consecutive reaction cycles without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

A novel series of mixed-ligand complexes of 5,5′-{(1E,1E′)-1,4-phenelynebis(diazene-2,1-diyl)}bis(quinolin-8-ol) (H2L1) as a primary ligand and 4-aminoantipyrine(L2) as a secondary ligand with Mn(II) ion were prepared using two general formulae: [Mn2(H2L1)2(L2)2X4].4Cl (X = OH2( 1 ), ONO2( 2 ), Cl=nil; OAc( 3 ), Cl = nil) and [Mn2(H2L1)(L2)2(O2SO2)2]( 4 ). Free ligands and their complexes were characterized. Electronic absorption spectra of the mixed-ligand complexes indicate a distorted octahedral geometry around the central metal ion, and the anions X are in the axial positions for all compounds. The ligands behave in a neutral bidentate manner, through nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms of the carbonyl group (L2), whereas H2L1 coordinated through nitrogen and OH groups as a neutral bidentate ligand. All complexes do not contain coordinated water molecules, but complex ( 1 ) contains four water molecules. The water molecules are removed in a single step. The complexes exhibited magnetic susceptibility corresponding to five unpaired electrons. The antimicrobial activity of the Mn(II) mixed-ligand complexes ( 1–4 ) against two gram-positive bacteria, three local gram-negative bacteria, and three fungi species was tested. Mn(II) mixed-ligand complex ( 2 ) exhibited significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas sp. Mixed-ligand complex ( 2 ) exhibited a high potential cytotoxicity against the growth of human lung cancer cells.  相似文献

In this study, quinazolinone derivatives have been synthesized via a suitable and efficient procedure by one-potmulti-component reactions of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole or 2-aminobenzimidazole, dimedone and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of Fe3O4@TiO2-IL as nanocatalyst under solvent-free condition. The products were prepared in good to excellent yields using Fe3O4@TiO2-IL magnetic nanocatalyst. The Fe3O4@TiO2 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were prepared using beet juice extract and functionalized with IL based on DABCO. Moreover, the core-shell structured magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2-IL has been characterized by different techniques such as 1H-NMR, FT-IR, VSM, XRD, SEM, TGA, TEM and EDX. To the best of our knowledge, the prepared ionic liquid displayed a good protective and activator agent for magnetic nanocatalyst.  相似文献

The cascade heterocyclization of 1,2-diamino-4-phenyl-imidazole with ethyl 2-arylidene-2-cyanoacetates affords 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile derivatives as mixtures of diastereomers. The experimental data and quantum chemical calculations were used to propose processes. The three-component processing with above-mentioned diamine, ethyl cyanoacetate and aromatic aldehydes leads to the same products in generally lower yields.  相似文献

Hydrogels are attractive materials for generating 4D shapes due to their ability to undergo pronounced volume changes in response to several stimuli, including light. We previously reported shape-changing hydrogels actuated by long-wave UV and visible light in the presence of live cells using poly(ethylene glycol) macromers incorporating different photodegradable ortho-nitrobenzyl (o-NB) groups. In this comprehensive study, we determine the effect of chemical structure of different o-NB macromers (which influences molar absorptivity and rate constant of degradation), composition (macromer weight percent), fabrication design (initial gel thickness) and environment (ionic strength of solution) on light-induced hydrogel folding. We demonstrate successful photopolymerization and subsequent photodegradation of hydrogels, multistep folding, and live-cell encapsulation. This hydrogel system may be useful as new tool in stem cell differentiation and developmental biology research, facilitating the in vitro investigation of processes that are sensitive to both physical and temporal stimuli.  相似文献
