以尿素为固体氮源,甲醇为溶剂,AlCl3·6H2O为铝源,采用尿素溶液法制备了纳米AlN粉体.采用FT-IR对前驱盐进行了结构分析,并通过XRD和SEM分别对最终煅烧产物进行了结构和形貌的表征.重点研究了尿素/金属摩尔比R值和煅烧温度对合成产物的晶体结构和形貌的影响.结果发现: AlN的纯度随R值的增加而增大,R值大于6可以获得单一AlN相,R值小于6获得AlN和Al2O3的混合相;此外,R值也直接影响到AlN纳米粉体和团聚颗粒的形貌,所制备AlN纳米粉体的粒径和团聚的球状颗粒的粒径随R值的增加出现细化的趋势. 相似文献

Effect of monovalent salts on morphology of calcium carbonate crystallized in Couette‐Taylor reactor
Monovalent ionic additives, Na+, K+ and NHequation/tex2gif-stack-1.gif impact on the morphology and agglomeration of CaCO3 crystals. As increasing the additive concentration, the regular shaped crystals such as rhombohedron and spindle are changed to irregular one due to the inclusion of Na+ and K+ into the crystal structure. The inclusion of Na+ and K+ is detected using ICP‐AES. The partition of coefficients of Na+ and K+ are estimated as 9.74 × 10–4, 9.73×10–4, respectively and the amount of inclusion in the crystals is about 2×103 ppm. However, the inclusion of ions does not modify a crystal structure of calcite. Since NH4+ is large in radius, it is not included in crystal but shifts the spindle shape of crystal to the rhombohedral one. It is interesting to find that such modification of crystal morphology begins to appear at high additive concentration (0.05 M). This work reports on the morphology of nanopores and their spatial position in group III-Sb based multilayer heterostructures grown by molecular beam epitaxy on Si(0 0 1) substrates. By using electron tomography based on dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy, quantitative information in real space is obtained about individual nanopores unintentionally embedded in GaSb layers. For this purpose adequate needle-shaped samples have to be specifically prepared from the compact material system by focused ion beam. The three-dimensional reconstruction of the probed volume allows the determination of the spatial arrangement of the pores and the analysis of the detailed shape, i.e. the crystallographic facets. Based on these results, the nanopore's geometric shape is discussed with respect to the minimization of surface tension. The formation process can be explained by an agglomeration of vacancies which are generated during the heterostructure growth. 相似文献

A frequent configuration in computational fluid mechanics combines an explicit time advancing scheme for accuracy purposes and a computational grid with a very small portion of much smaller elements than in the remaining mesh. Two examples of such situations are the travel of a discontinuity followed by a moving mesh, and the large eddy simulation of high Reynolds number flows around bluff bodies where together very thin boundary layers and vortices of much more important size need to be captured. For such configurations, multistage explicit time advancing schemes with global time stepping are very accurate but very CPU consuming. In order to reduce this problem, the multirate (MR) time stepping approach represents an interesting improvement. The objective of such schemes, which allow to use different time steps in the computational domain, is to avoid penalizing the computational cost of the time advancement of unsteady solutions that would become large due to the use of small global time steps imposed by the smallest elements such as those constituting the boundary layers. In the present work, a new MR scheme based on control volume agglomeration is proposed for the solution of the compressible Navier-Stokes equations equipped with turbulence models. The method relies on a prediction step where large time steps are performed with an evaluation of the fluxes on macrocells for the smaller elements for stability purpose and a correction step in which small time steps are employed. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are evaluated on several benchmarks flows: the problem of a moving contact discontinuity (inviscid flow), the computation with a hybrid turbulence model of flows around bluff bodies like a flow around a space probe model at Reynolds number 106, a circular cylinder at Reynolds number 8.4 × 106, and two tandem cylinders at Reynolds number 1.66 × 105 and 1.4 × 105. 相似文献

燃煤电厂亚微米颗粒物排放是造成大气环境污染和影响人体健康的重要因素。本文搭建亚微米颗粒湍流团聚实验平台,通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对亚微米颗粒的团聚形貌进行微观表征以及扫描电迁移率粒径谱仪(SMPS)对亚微米颗粒团聚前后的粒径分布特性进行宏观测量。结果表明:亚微米颗粒湍流团聚形成多分叉颗粒树聚团结构,进口流速为0.8?5.3m/s条件下,PM1和PM0.1的脱除效率分别为5.6%?18.6%和7.0%?21.4%,且PM1和PM0.1的脱除效率曲线随速度变化呈现二次函数规律。 相似文献

The synthesis of nanosized nickel colloids is investigated by using nickel chloride as the precursor, hydrazine as the reducing agent and palladium as the nucleation agent. High purity nickel can be obtained when the reaction temperature is above 80°C. At a lower reaction temperature, nickel hydroxide is also present in the precipitate form. Starting concentration of nickel ion is a dominant factor in affecting colloidal sizes, while other parameters such as reaction temperature and quantity of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) exhibit only minor effects. Although PVP has some dispersion power, it is not capable of preventing nickel colloids from gradual agglomeration. Our study shows that the subsequent addition of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) after synthesis can help to stabilize the nickel suspension. This stabilized suspension can then be de-stabilized by changing pH to lower than 4 and vice versa. This reversible stabilization–de-stabilization process is likely due to the behaviour of PVP–PAA complex in the aqueous solutions. 相似文献

High temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-π (YBCO) nanopowders were successfully prepared by a citrate pyrolysis technique. The phase formation and microstructure of the nanopowders were studied. The microstructure analysis shows that the obtained YBCO powders have very fine grains with a size around several tens of nanomaters. The suoerfine morphology reveals that the thermal agglomeration of the particles decreases with decreasing the annealing temperature and shortening the annealing time. In addition, the complete phase formation of YBCO depends upon the annealing temperature and the annealing time as well. So far, these nanopowders have been used to fabricate the melt-textured YBCO bulk materials. 相似文献
