制备了窄分布的含酞侧基聚芳醚砜(PES-C)级份样品,用光散射法测定样品重均分子量,粘度法测定样品在DMF、CHCl3和1,2-C2H4Cl2中的特性粘数和Huggins参数k'值。k'值远大于0.5反映了体系中存在特殊的溶解行为。得到PES-C在3种溶剂中的Mark-Houwink方程: [η]=2.79× 10-2Mw0.615,r=0.999 8(DMF,25℃) [η]=3.96× 10-2Mw0.58,r=0.999 5(CHCl3,25℃) [η]=7.40× 10-2Mw0.52,r=0.999 5(1,2-C2H4Cl2,25℃).  相似文献

The photoionization efficiency curve (PIE) of C2H3Cl+ formation from C2H3Cl has been measured in wavelength region 105.0- 130.0nm, by using synchrotron radiation single- photon ionization and a quadrupole mass spectromemter as a detector. A series of peaks in region 106.0-117.0nm arise from Rydberg autoionization converging to A2A' state of the vinyl chloride ion, the average quantum defects are δ(ns) = 1.87, δ(np) = 1.51,δ(nd) = 0.22 respectively. The Rydberg transitions of π(2a") → 4d, π(2a") →5d, π(2a")→6s, π(2a") →7s have been assigned also.  相似文献

Layered double hydroxide (LDH) with a Mg/Al molar ratio of 1 : 1 was synthesized by using a co-precipitation method and its calcined product (CLDH) was obtained by calcination of the MgAl-LDH at 500 ℃. The sorption removal of Pb^2+ from solution was investigated, finding that both LDH and CLDH show good sorption ability and they could be used as a new type of environmental sorbent for the removal of Pb^2+ from water. The sorption kinetics and the sorption isotherms of Pb^2+ on both LDH and CLDH can be described by the pseudo-second order kinetics and Freundlich isotherm, respectively, under the studied conditions. The sorption amounts of Pb^2+ on LDH and CLDH are independent of pH in a pH range of about 3-10. The presence of NaNO3 may inhibit the sorption of Pb^2+ on LDH while hardly affect that on CLDH. The sorption mechanism of Pb^2+ on LDH and CLDH may be attributed to the surface precipitation and the surface complex adsorption. The surface complex adsorption may be further distinguished to the chemical binding adsorption forming the inner-sphere surface complexes and the electrostatic binding adsorption forming the outer-sphere surface complexes. The sorption mechanism of Pb^2+ on LDH may be attributed to the surface precipitation and the electrostatic binding adsorption, while that on CLDH may be attributed to the surface precipitation and the chemical binding adsorption.  相似文献

Two readily-accessible molybdenum complexes with low sterically hindered S, N-bidentate ligands were designed for the reduction of nitrate to nitrite. The Lewis acid Sc(III) acted as a significant co-catalyst to enhance the catalytic efficiency by activating the N−O bond of nitrate. This study indicates that molybdenum complexes in cooperation with a Lewis acid offer functional Mo-catalyst systems, which present functional artificial models of the natural molybdenum enzymes.  相似文献

密度泛函B3LYP方法在6-311G*基组水平对四甲基脲(TMU)气态的几何构型进行全面优化,计算了最优构型的拉曼光谱,并与实验得到的拉曼光谱进行比较,对TMU的各拉曼谱带进行归属。实验测得了TMU与水不同体积比二元混合体系的拉曼光谱,得到了TMU分子的特征拉曼谱线在不同浓度下的频移情况,受氢键和缔合水分子空间位阻的共同作用,在H2O/TMU体积比小于2时,TMU羧基伸缩振动频率向低波数的变化与体积比成线性关系,当体积比大于2时,其振动频率为定值1585cm-1,其它拉曼带的频率受到溶剂的非专一化作用而随溶液中水的增加变化不大。  相似文献

实验发现, 重组灵芝免疫调节蛋白(rLz-8)可直接杀伤人急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞株NB4. 利用异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记rLz-8, 其相关的活性实验结果和晶体结构分析都表明, FITC没有影响rLz-8已知生物学功能. 通过激光共聚焦显微镜观察FITC-rLz-8在NB4细胞内的动态过程发现, FITC-rLz-8可识别细胞膜上的受体, 并可进入细胞质, 并最终富集在细胞核区域内. Annexin V-FITC双染检测结果显示, rLz-8对NB4细胞杀伤作用的可能机制是对NB4细胞凋亡的诱导作用, 在一定浓度范围内, 剂量与凋亡诱导率成正相关. 因此rLz-8能够诱导肿瘤细胞NB4发生凋亡的亚细胞学机制可定位在细胞核上.  相似文献

The effects of an anti-hydrogen bond on the ν1-ν12 Fermi resonance(FR) of pyridine are experimentally investigated by using Raman scattering spectroscopy.Three systems,pyridine/water,pyridine/formamide,and pyridine/carbon tetrachloride,provide varying degrees of strength for the diluent-pyridine anti-hydrogen bond complex.Water forms a stronger anti-hydrogen bond with pyridine than with formamide,and in the case of adding non-polar solvent carbon tetrachloride,which is neither a hydrogen bond donor nor an acceptor and incapable of forming a hydrogen bond with pyridine,the intermolecular distance of pyridine will increase and the interaction of pyridine molecules will reduce.The dilution studies are performed on the three systems.Comparing with the values of the Fermi coupling coefficient W of the ring breathing mode ν1 and triangle mode ν12 of pyridine at different volume concentrations,which are calculated according to the Bertran equations,in three systems,we find that the solution with the strongest anti-hydrogen bond,water,shows the fastest change in the ν1-ν12 Fermi coupling coefficient W with the volume concentration varying,followed by the formamide and carbon tetrachloride solutions.These results suggest that the stronger anti-hydrogen bond-forming effect will cause a greater reduction in the strength of the ν1-ν12 FR of pyridine.According to the mechanism of the formation of an anti-hydrogen bond in the complexes and the FR theory,a qualitative explanation for the anti-hydrogen bond effect in reducing the strength of the ν1-ν12 FR of pyridine is given.  相似文献

聚乙烯醇对烟碱与2,4-二硝基苯酚的荷移反应配合物的光吸收有显著的增强作用,据此建立了一种分光光度法测定烟碱的新方法。研究了酸度、试剂等多种因素对测定的影响。在最佳实验条件下,测定烟碱的线性范围为2.0—60.0mg/L,相关系数r=0.9969,检出限为0.85mg/L。本方法测定烟草中的烟碱含量,回收率为98.3%—105.6%。  相似文献

用射频溅射法制备了Fe71.5Cu1Cr2.5V4Si12B9单层膜和结构为(F/S)3/M/(F/S)3的多层膜,在制备过程中加72kA/m的纵向磁场.研究表明在制备过程中加磁场明显改善了材料的软磁性能,降低了材料的矫顽力.将样品经不同温度退火热处理后,发现经230℃退火1.5h的单层膜和多层膜具有最佳的软磁性能和最大的磁阻抗效应,单层膜最大横向磁阻抗比为37.5%,多层膜最大横向磁阻抗比高达277%.通过比较单层和多层膜磁阻抗效应随频率和磁场的变化,发现多层膜具有较低的磁阻抗效应的临界频率和峰值特征频率,和较大的磁阻抗变化率,而且有较低的横向磁阻抗效应的饱和场. 关键词: 铁基合金 多层膜 巨磁阻抗效应  相似文献
