摘    要:聚乙烯醇对烟碱与2,4-二硝基苯酚的荷移反应配合物的光吸收有显著的增强作用,据此建立了一种分光光度法测定烟碱的新方法。研究了酸度、试剂等多种因素对测定的影响。在最佳实验条件下,测定烟碱的线性范围为2.0—60.0mg/L,相关系数r=0.9969,检出限为0.85mg/L。本方法测定烟草中的烟碱含量,回收率为98.3%—105.6%。

Abstract:A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of nicotine was developed based on the inhancement of visible absorption of the complex formed from a charge transfer reaction between nicotine and 2,4-dinitrophenol by polyethylene alcohol.The influences of acidity,chemical and manifold facts on the determination were studied,Under the optimized conditions,the linear range for the determination of nicotine was 2.0-60.0mg/L with the detection limit of 0.85mg/L.The proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of nicotine in tobacco samples with the recovery of 98.3%-105.6%.
