三元配合物钯（Ⅱ）-2,2''-联吡啶-L-天冬氨酸与DNA作用研究

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex.

用ＰＨ－电位滴定法测定了３７℃、Ｉ＝０．１ｍｏｌ．ｄｍ＾－３（ＫＮＯ３）、乙醇／水混合溶剂中配合物Ｃｄ（Ａａ）ｎ（Ａａ－＝甘氨酸、苯丙氨酸，ｎ＝１，２的一、二级稳定常数ｌｇｋ１、ｌｇｋ２及配体Ａａ＾－的酸解离常数ｐｋ１、ｐｋ２。     

钯(Ⅱ)-芳香氮碱-氨基酸三元配合物中的电子效应和芳环堆积作用

用pH-电位滴定法测定了Pd(L)(Aa)+三元配合物及相应的二元配合物,在25±O.5℃,30%的乙醇水溶液(体积分数),I=0.1(KNO3)条件下的稳定常数及表征常数.其中L=邻菲罗啉(phen)、苯并咪唑邻菲罗啉(PIP)、邻菲罗啉-5,6-二酮(dophen)、2,9-二甲基邻菲罗啉(dmphen)和联吡啶3,3′-二羧酸(BDA);Aa为甘氨酸(gly)、苯丙氨酸(phe)、酪氨酸(tyr)、S-苄基-半胱氨酸(bcys)、谷氨酰胺(glu)和γ-谷氨酰-α-萘胺(gnapa).从配合物配体间的电子效应和芳环堆积等观点对配合物的附加稳定性进行了讨论,并计算了电子效应和芳环堆积效应各自对三元配合物附加稳定性的贡献.     

混合配体配合物钯(Ⅱ)-联喹啉-苯乙基丙二酸根与DNA作用研究

The mixed ligand complex [Pd(biqu)(pmal)]·H₂O (where biqu is 2,2′-biquinoline, pmal is phenethylmalonate) has been synthesized and its interaction with sperm DNA was determined by fluorescent spectra、 UV-Vis spectra and CD-spectra. The binding constant (K_b) of the complex and sperm DNA is 1.26×10⁴ and its interaction with pBR322 plasmid DNA was also determined by gel electrophoresis. The results show that the complex interact with DNA mainly by intercalative mode.

高功率准连续激光二极管抽运的Nd：YVO4激光器

对高功率准连续激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YVO4固体激光器进行了实验研究。研究了抽运功率、温度、重复率及输出镜的透过率对激光器输出功率的影响。当激光二极管重复率达到720Hz、抽动功率33.2W时,激光输出最大平均功率为11W。     

二维网状Pd(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、晶体结构及电化学性质(英文)

A novel palladium(Ⅱ) complex [Pd(H2bpdc)Ala]Cl·3H2O (where H2bpdc is 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicar- boxylic acid and Ala is L-alanine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.685 5(2) nm, b=0.988 4(4) nm, c=1.349 6(4) nm, α=98.375(8)°, β= 97.900(15)°, γ=90.118(15)°, V=0.895 9(5) nm3, Z=2. In the molecule, Pd(Ⅱ) atom is four-coordinated and located at the centre of a planar quadrangle. The complex is assembled via intramolecular π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, which forms 2D network. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also investigated.     

毛细管电泳发光二极管诱导荧光对免疫球蛋白G的检测

采用自行设计、组装的毛细管电泳光导纤维发光二极管诱导荧光检测装置,建立了一种直接测定免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的方法。以蓝色发光二极管(LED)为荧光检测器的激发光源,荧光素异硫氰酸酯(FITC)为柱前衍生试剂,采用毛细管区带电泳,以20 mmol/L硼砂缓冲溶液(pH9.2)为背景电解液进行分离检测。通过对衍生反应条件和电泳分离条件进行优化,确定了最佳实验条件,在该条件下,IgG的线性范围为4.5×10-8~1.2×10-6g/L,检出限为2.0×10-8g/L。该方法简单、高效、选择性好,无需前处理,可用于人血清中IgG含量的测定。
