The title complex was synthesized by the reaction of taurine 、salicylic and potassium hydrate in water-ethanol solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 267.34. and the crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c and cell parameters: a=2.0292(8)nm, b=0.7283(4)nm, c=0.7540(4)nm; β=94.15(1)°, V=1.1115(9)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.598 g·cm-3, μ=0.0663mm-1F(000)=552. The complex is a lamellar compound of infinite expansion. In addi-tion, the complex has been tested for its antibacterial active. The average diameter of complex antibacterial activing cycle: colibacillus is 9mm, pseudomonas aeruginosa is 8mm. CCDC: 194630.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [NaGa(dipic)2(H2O)2]n was synthesized by the reaction of gallium(Ⅲ) trichloride with Na-salt of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group Cc; the unit cell parameters are a=1.502 9(3), b=1.228 1(3) and c=0.872 38(17) nm, β=92.85(3)°, and Z=4, V=1.608 2(6) nm3, F(000)=920. Infrared, electronic absorption, 1H NMR spectra, as well as the thermal behavior are reported. The antibacterial activity of the gallium(Ⅲ) complex has been studied against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus in order to check its potential for chemotherapy agent. The title complex was synthesized by reaction of taurine salicylic schiff base(TSSB), O-phenanthroline(phen) and cupric acetate in water-ethanol solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 498.00. The crystal structure of the title complex belongs to orthorhombic system with space group Pbcn and cell parameters: a=3.107 2(4) nm, b=1.289 09(18) nm, c= 1.034 78(14) nm; and V=4.144 7(10) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.596 g·cm-3, μ=1.197 mm-1, F(000)=2 048. The compound is an one-dimensional chain complex of infinite length which are connected with hydrogen bonds. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and three nitrogen while the o atoms of Ac- groups did not participate in the coordination. The Cu(Ⅱ) formed a distorted tetragonal pyramid and the capacities of coordination to Cu(Ⅱ) of atoms was discussed. Besides, the TG-IR of the complex was analyzed. The kinetics of the thermal decomposition reaction of the complex was studied under a non isothermal condition by TG-IR. TG and DTG curves indicate that the complex decomposed in three stages: (?) The kinetic parameters were obtained from the analysis of TG,DTG cures by OZAWA-Flynn-Wall method, and the activation energy and the value of A of the three stages are 74.98 kJ·mol-1, 286.65 kJ·mol-1, 87.55 kJ·mol-1; 9.66×108 s-1,1.82×1028 s-1, 3.09×103s-1, respectively.  相似文献

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex, [CoL2(NCS)2]·2CH2Cl2, [L=4-(p-methylphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole], was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.867 40(17), b=1.453 9(3), c=1.781 9(4) nm, β=91.18(3)°, V=2.246 7(8) nm3 and Z=2. The cobalt atom is in a distorted octahedral environment with two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane and two NCS- ions in the axial positions. CCDC: 251658.  相似文献

A dinuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu2(MMBPT)2Cl4(H2O)2.5] (I) [MMBPT=3-Methyl-4-(4-Methylphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole] was synthesized by reaction of MMBPT with CuCl2·2H2O and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.273 4(3) nm, b=1.237 5(3) nm, c=2.403 2(5) nm, β=90.51(3)°. V=3.786 6(13) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.429 Mg·m-3, μ=1.445 mm-1, F(000)=1 660, and final R1=0.055 5, wR2=0.129 7. The crystal structure shows that the dinuclear Cu2N6 unit is almost planar in which each Cu(Ⅱ) ion was five-coordinated by one nitrogen atoms from MMBPT and two chlorine in the basal positions and two nitrogen atoms from two MMBPTs respectively in the axial one, to form a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal a relatively strong antiferromagentic interaction in the complex. CCDC: 720011.  相似文献

The compound is an one-dimensional chain complex of infinite length connecting with hydrogen bonds. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and three nitrogen while the O atoms of Ac- groups did not coordinate. At the same time the Cu(Ⅱ)formed a distorted tragonal cone. Besides the capacities of coordination to Cu(Ⅱ) of atoms were discussed.  相似文献

The pink powder of manganese L-threonate was obtained by extracting with alcohol the concentrated solution derived from the reaction between L-threonic acid solution prepared by double decomposition reaction of calcium L-threonate with oxalic acid and superfluous manganese oxide at 80℃ for certain time. The composition of the new compound was determined by chemical and elemental analyses and its formula fits Mn(C4H7O5)2·H2O, the IR spectra indicated that Mn2+ in the compound coordinates to oxygen atom of the carboxyl group, while the proton of the carboxyl group is dissociated, it was assumed that the coordination number of Mn2+ was 4. The results of TG-DTG showed that the compound have fairish stability, the intermediate and final product of the thermal de-composition of the compound are Mn(C4H7O5)2 and MnO2, respectively. The constant volume combustion energy of the compound, ΔcE, were determined by a precise rotating-bomb calorimeter at 298.15K, it was (-3384.30±1.21)kJ·mol-1, its standard enthalpy of Combustion,ΔcHm?,and standard enthalpy of formation,ΔfHm? , were calculated. They are (-3383.07±1.21)kJ·mol-1 and (-2 571.68±1.63)kJ·mol-1, respectively.  相似文献

Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2配合物与DNA作用的光谱法研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 complex and Herring Sperm DNA has been studied by UV-Vis spectral, Fluorescence spectral in buffer solution of Tris-HCl (pH=7.25) using Neutral Red (NR) as a probe. The intercalation and electrostatic manner are confirmed to be the two major modes for interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 complex and Herring Sperm DNA. The balance constant of Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 rare earth metal complex and Herring Sperm DNA is K=4.10 × 104 L·mol-1. The results indicate that biological functions of Herring Sperm DNA are changed to a certain extend due to the interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 rare earth metal complex and Herring Sperm DNA.  相似文献

[Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The Cu2+ coordinated with two TO molecule through its 2-nitrogen atom and four water molecules and showed an octahedral configuration.  相似文献

A ligand, (N,N′-dibenzylethane-1,2-diamine) (L), and its complex with copper acetate was synthesized and characterized by some spectral analyses. The copper(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated and exhibites octahedral coordination geometry, the coordination atoms are four nitrogen atoms from two(L) ligands and two carboxyl oxygen atoms from two acetic acid groups, respectively. After studying the interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA through UV and fluorescence spectra, we can find that there is a strong binding and a large affinity berween the complex and calf thymus DNA. A bipyrazolato-bridged tetra-palladium(II) cyclic complex, {[(dmbpy)Pd]2(μ-L)}·(PF6)4·2(C4H10O)·(H2O) ( μ-L=1,2-bis(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-4-yl)benzene), was synthesized and characterized by the 1H NMR, element analysis, and its single crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the Tetragonal space group P4/mbm with unit cell parameters: a=2.020 0(1) nm, b=2.020 0(1) nm, c=1.281 4(1) nm, and V=5.228 5(5) nm3, Z=2, R=0.047 8, wR=0.083 9. The crystal structure revealed that two [(dmbpy)Pd]2 moieties were bridged by two bipyrazolate ligands to form a tetra-palladium(II) cyclic complex. The Pd…Pd separation within the complex is 0.315 5(1) nm, indicat-ing weak interaction. CCDC: 645322.  相似文献

The interaction of ruthenium(Ⅱ) polypyridyl complex with DNA has been studied by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The results show that complex [Ru(phen)2PMIP]2+ {phen=1,10-phenanthroline, PMIP=2-(4-methylphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline} interacts with calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) in terms of a model for a single set of identical sites through intercalation. The results are in agreement with our previous observations from spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurements. In addition, the results further show that the driving force for DNA binding with the complex is mainly driven by the enthalpy changes, and the contribution from the entropy changes to this driving force is negligible.  相似文献

The transition metal and alkaline earth metal heterobinuclear complex[CuMg(TS)(H2O)·H2O],where TS is the schiff base N,N′-bis(3-carboxylsalidene)trimethylenediamine, was synthesised and its crystal structure was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method at room temperature. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n. The lattice parameters are a=12.041(2)?, b=14.736(3)?, c=12.062(2)?, β=118.00(3)°, Z=4 with R1=0.0364. A new binuclear copper (Ⅱ) complex with 1,10-phen and fluoroquinolone ligands, [Cu2(cfc)2(phen)2(pip)](NO3)2(CO)2,was synthesized and its crystal structure was solved.The formula of the complex is C28H24ClCuFN5O7, and the crystallography data are as follows, triclinic, space group P1, a=0.80372(6)nm, b=0.94712 (7)nm, c=1.67826(13)nm, α=88.5650(10)°, β=80.9920(10)°, γ=70.2780(10)°, V=1.18722(6)nm3, Z=2, D=1.848g· cm-3, F(000)=676. R1=0.0627 and wR2=0.1684 (I>2σ(I)). The copper atom is five- coordinate with square-based pyramidal geometry and involves two nitrogen atoms from phen, two oxygen atoms from cfc and one nitrogen atom from pip anion. The stacking effect between cfc and phen ligands from two neighboring molecules was observed. FT-IR spectrum of the complex was also discussed. Both ligand and complex were assayed against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria by doubling dilutions method; the complex shows the same mini-mal inhibitory concentration (MIC) as the corresponding ligand against S. Aureus, E. Coli and M. Lutens bac-teria. The inhibitory effect of the ligand and complex on leukemia HL-60 cell line and liver cancer BEL-7402 cell line have been measured by using MTT (Methyl-Thiazol- Tetrozolium) and SRB (Sulphurhodamin B) assay meth-ods, respectively. The results indicated that the complex has strong inhibitory effect on HL-60 and BEL-7402 cell line. CCDC: 203964.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex belongs to orthorhombic space group Pbca and cell parameters: a=0.853 31(12) nm, b=0.820 42(12) nm, c=3.989 4(6) nm. V=2.792 8(7) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.600 g·cm-3, μ=0.699 mm-1, F(000)=1 400. The compound is an one-dimension chain complex of infinite length which are connected with hydrogen bond and bridging coordination water. The difference and same of the complexes were discussed. The single-crystal of [CuCo(TS)(H2O)·H2O],where TS is the schiff base N,N'-bis(3-carboxylsalidene)trimethylenediamine, was obtained and its crystal structure was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method at room temperature. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The lattice parameters are a=11.855(2)?, b=14.722(3)?, c=12.080(2)?, β=117.32(3)°, V=1879.4(7)?3 , Z=4 with R1=0.0330. The structure is made of heterobinuclear units . The copper atom is coordinated by two nitrogens, two phenolic oxygens, in a square-planar manner. And the cobalt atom is coordinated by two phenolic oxygen atoms, two equatorial carboxyl oxygen atoms and one axial water oxygen atom, in a distorted square pyramid. Two metal atoms are bridged by two phenolic oxygens. In the crystal packing, the neutral molecules built layers. Within these layers the molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds. And the thermal property of the complex according to crystal structure is also investigated.  相似文献

[Mn(ECZ)3](NO3)2 is newly prepared by the aqueous solutions of Mn(NO3)2 and ethyl carbazate (ECZ). The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. It belongs to monoclinic with space group of P21/n. The crystal parameters are: a=1.3974(2) nm, b=0.8796(2) nm, c=3.4322(7) nm, β=91.25(1) °, V= 4.2175(1) nm3, Z=8. Its molecular weight is 491.30. Mn2+ is located on the center of the molecular structure. Ethyl carbazate serves as a bidentate ligand which coordinates to the metal cations with its carbonyl oxygen atom and the terminal hydrazine nitrogen atom, forming five-member chelating rings, and three such rings are formed in each molecule. The coordination number of the metal ion is six and the coordination configuration of the central ion is octahedral. Specially, antimer configuration phenomenon is found in the molecule. The complex is further characterized by element analysis and IR measurements. The thermal decomposition mechanism is studied by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques. CCDC: 215675.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, with a formula of C6H12CaCuO12 and Mr=379.78 has been sy-nthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is Orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=0.669 21(5) nm, b=1.370 23(5) nm, c=1.322 39(10) nm, V=1.212 59(16) nm3Dc=2.080 g·cm-3, μ=2.288 mm-1F(000)=772 and Z=4. The final R=0.054 0 and wR=0.112 8 for 1 189 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CuO6 elongated octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation, on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Cu(Ⅱ) cation, which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Cu…Cu distance of 0.762 46(6) nm. The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. Its thermo gravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques. CCDC: 663184.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-tungsten(Ⅵ) complex, (NH2CH2CH2NH2)[(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2WO2(NHC6H4NH)2]2·H2O is synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of sodium tungstate with o-phenylenediamine. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/ c, a=0.712 8(2) nm, b=3.081 1(10) nm, c=0.981 9(3) nm, β=102.615(4)°, V=2.104 4(11) nm3, Z=2, μ=55.26 cm-1, F(000)=1 176. Compared the complex with its analogous biomimetic complexes of the cofactor of molybdoenzymes and tungstoenzymses, it is found that the variance of the coordination atoms and the metal ions center have no influence on the coordination feature, and exhibits distored octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo o-phenylenediamine. A complex [Cd(NCS)2(Vim)4] (where Vim=1-vinylimidazole) was synthesized and it′s crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The compound crystallizes in the Monoclinic space group P21/c with the parameters: a=0.858 50(17) nm, b=0.909 90(18) nm, c=1.782 3(4) nm, β=100.14(3)°, V=1.370 5(5) nm3, Z=2. In the structure, each Cd atom is coordinated by four 1-vinylimidazole ligands and a pair of monodentate isothiocyanic groups, affording a compressed octahedral CdN6 core. The NCS- anions are trans and four N atoms from the 1-vinylimidazole ligands define the equatorial plane. From the cyclic voltammogram measurement in H2O, we know that the electrode reaction was a quasi-reversible process. CCDC: 630897.  相似文献
