Synthesis and characterization of insulin-5-Fu conjugate,enabling insulin as multi-drug carrier via dendritic approach

To enable insulin as multi-drug carrier, we designed and synthesized dendritic linker molecule bearing three 5-Fluorouracil residues at the branch ends. The new conjugate showed excellent water solubility. The stabilities under different conditions were investigated. The results showed that the conjugate was a potential prodrug to release free 5-Fu.

New conversion of Friendlnder reaction of 3-amino-1H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitriles with cyclohexanone

Two different skeletons of heterocyclic compounds,quinoline and quinazolinone analogs could be obtained by a novel one-pot synthesis from substituted 3-amino-1 H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile derivatives and cyclohexanone in DMF in the catalyst of anhydrous zinc chloride under reflux.A plausible mechanism was proposed.     

原子力显微术轻敲模式中探针样品接触过程及相位衬度研究

借助简单的有阻尼受迫振子模型，研究了原子力显微术轻敲模式中探针与样品接触时间t_c、样品的表面形变D_z和相位衬度对探针设置高度z_c及样品杨氏模量E_s的依赖关系.结果发现,t_c与D_z均随E_s及z_c的增大而减小，同时探针与样品作用过程伴随很小的能量耗散.对轻敲过程中相移量φ的研究表明，E_s较大的样品有较小的φ，且φ随 关键词： 原子力显微术 轻敲模式 相位衬度     

晶格失配对异质外延超薄膜生长中成核特性的影响

利用动力学蒙特卡罗方法模拟了异质外延超薄膜生长中的成核过程.研究了薄膜与衬底的晶格失配对超薄膜生长中成核密度、平均核尺寸、标度关系及生长模式的影响.结果发现产生压（张）应变的晶格负（正）失配使生长过程更早（迟）从成核区进入过渡区，失配越大，这一效应越明显.在相同的沉积条件下，负失配导致超薄膜形成较低的成核密度与较大的平均核尺寸，而正失配则相反.成核密度满足标度关系Ns≈(F/D)χ，随着失配度从-0.04增加到0.02，标度系数χ从0.37逐渐减小到0.33，对应超薄膜生长过程从包含二聚体扩散模式转变到无 关键词： 薄膜生长 成核 晶格失配 蒙特卡罗模拟     

开口悬挂端对单壁碳纳米管电子输运特性的影响

采用紧束缚模型研究了悬挂端对单壁碳纳米管电子输运特性的影响.结果表明：有限长悬挂端开口碳纳米管的电导在费米能级附近作周期性振荡.椅型(armchair)碳纳米管的振荡同时具有快、慢两个准周期，而锯齿型(zigzag)碳纳米管的振荡仅有一个周期；碳纳米管电导在费米能级附近的振荡周期随着悬挂端的增长而减小.研究还发现：有限长悬挂端开口碳纳米管的平均电导随探针与碳纳米管间耦合强度的增加而增大，其大小约为无限长悬挂端开口碳纳米管平均电导的两倍. 关键词： 输运特性 碳纳米管 紧束缚模型
