JMI-TPL模式下的供应链成本核算及利益分配

在货存第三方的联合库存管理(JMI)实现方式基础上,将第三方物流企业引入该方式中,形成基于第三方物流的联合库存管理模式(JMI-TPL).同时以一个二级供应链为例建立模型,从供应链角度,对JMI-TPL库存管理模式进行成本核算.通过定量分析方法在理论上论证了JMI-TPL模式能有效降低供应链成本,并应用Shapley值法,根据供应链节点企业重要性及贡献大小进行较为公平的利益分配,为节点企业间的利益分配提供合理方案,提高节点企业实施JMI-TPL库存管理模式的积极性.
