酚醛型吸附树脂对咖啡因吸附性能的研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
利用 3种自制吸附树脂JDW 1、JDW 2、JDW 3和DuoliteS 761对咖啡因进行了静态和动态吸附研究 .结果发现 3种自制树脂对咖啡因的吸附性能明显优于DuoliteS 761 ;在吸附咖啡因的初始阶段 ,即达到 3 2 %~5 1 %平衡吸附百分率时 ,吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合 ,证实吸附咖啡因是粒扩散控制过程 ;酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附咖啡因的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程 ,相关系数在 0 99以上 ,因此 ,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附咖啡因属单分子层吸附 ;用 1mol LHCl和 40 %的甲醇溶液复合使用 ,效果很好  相似文献

A solid ion-pair material produced from ammonium tetraphenylborate (ATPB) and naphthalene has been used for the preconcentration of uranium from the large volume of its aqueous complex samples. Uranium reacts with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) to form a water insoluble, coloured complex. This complex is quantitatively retained on the ATPB-naphthalene adsorbent filled in a column in the pH range 7.0–9.5 and at a flow rate of 2 ml/min. The solid mass from the column is dissolved with 5 ml of dimethylformamide (DMF) and uranium is determined by fourth-derivative spectrophotometry. The calibration curve is linear over the concentration range of 0.13–15.0 g of uranium in 5 ml of the final DMF solution. Seven replicate determinations of 6 g of uranium gave a mean peak height (peak-to-peak signal between 592 nm and 582 nm) of 1.02 with a relative standard deviation of 0.95%. The sensitivity is 0.8419 (d4A/d4)/(g ml–1) found from the slope of the calibration curve. The interference of a large number of anions and cations on the estimation of uranium has been studied and the method applied for the determination of uranium in coal fly ash, Zr-base alloy and some synthetic samples corresponding to standard alloys.  相似文献

以木屑为原料,在低温条件下一步法制得活性炭基吸附剂,考察了吸附剂制备条件和液-固、气-固吸附条件对吸附剂脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,吸附剂的最佳制备条件为,浸渍液与木屑质量比为1:1,浸渍液中硝酸质量分率为30%、吸附剂表面NiO负载量为5%,常温下浸渍24 h,400℃焙烧3 h。该吸附剂在0.2 g吸附剂/10 mL模拟油、温度为40℃及时间为5 h的液-固吸附脱硫的条件下,脱硫率为28.36%,吸附四次后饱和吸附硫容量可达2.34 mgS/g;在气-固吸附温度为250℃、空速为6.3 h-1的条件下,饱和吸附硫容量为2.37 mgS/g;高温气-固吸附脱硫对吸附剂的影响表明,与脱硫前相比,吸附剂在比表面积、总孔体积、微孔体积均有明显提高,这说明气-固吸附脱硫过程同时实现了活性炭的扩孔活化。甲苯溶剂再生实验表明,经五次再生后吸附剂的再生性能均可达90%以上。  相似文献

To obtain the desired specific adsorbents for carbaryl to enrichment, separation, and analysis of trace pesticide residues in environmental water, molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization using carbaryl, methacrylic acid (MAA), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), and acetonitrile as template, functional monomer, cross‐linker, initiator, and porogen, respectively. Molecular modeling software was used to compute rational interaction between the template molecule and function monomer. The adsorption properties of carbaryl in acetonitrile for imprinted microspheres were evaluated by equilibrium rebinding experiments. Scatchard plot analysis revealed that there was one class of binding sites populated in the imprinted polymer microspheres with dissociation constants of 3.3 × 10?2 mol/l and an apparent maximum number of 1.95 µmol/g. The specificity of the imprinted microspheres was investigated by binding analysis using carbaryl and structurally related carbamate pesticides. The interaction of hydrazine (N2H4) molecule with pristine and Si-doped aluminum nitride (Al12N12) nano-cage was investigated using the density functional theory calculations. The adsorption energy of N2H4 on pristine Al12N12 in different configurations was about –1.67 and –1.64 eV with slight changes in its electronic structure. The results showed that the pristine nano-cage can be used as a chemical adsorbent for toxic hydrazine in nature. Compared with very low sensitivity between N2H4 and Al12N12 nano-cage, N2H4 molecule exhibits high sensitivity toward Si-doped Al12N12 nano-cage so that the energy gap of the Si-doped Al12N12 nano-cage is changed by about 31.86% and 37.61% for different configurations in the SiAl model and by about 26.10% in the SiN model after the adsorption process. On the other hand, in comparison with the SiAl model, the adsorption energy of N2H4 on the SiN model is less than that on the SiAl model to hinder the recovery of the nano-cage. As a result, the SiN Al12N11 is anticipated to be a potential novel sensor for detecting the presence of N2H4 molecule.  相似文献

A rapid column-adsorption method has been developed for concentrating traces of copper, cadmium, and lead in water prior to their determinations by graphite-furnace atomic-absorption spectrometry. The adsorbent used was prepared by loading a strongly basic anion-exchanger QAE-Sephadex A-25 (50 mg) with thiacalix[4]arenetetrasulfonate (20 mol). Two-hundredfold preconcentration of the analyte elements was achieved by passing 100 mL of sample solution (pH 8.0) through a column packed with the adsorbent (6 mm i.d.×7 mm high) at a flow rate of 10 mL min–1 and by the subsequent elution with 500 L of aqueous nitric acid solution (1 mol L–1). The practical applicability of the proposed method was evaluated by analyzing certified reference seawater samples.  相似文献

以天然牛皮为原料,经胃蛋白酶处理制得水解胶原;通过胶原-黑荆树单宁-醛反应制备了胶原-单宁树脂(C-TR)吸附材料,并表征了材料的形貌,测定了材料的比表面积、热变形温度等性质。系统研究了C-TR对水溶液中UO22 的吸附特性。结果表明,C-TR对UO22 有较强的吸附能力。当温度为303K、pH=5.0、UO22 的初始浓度2.5mmol.L-1时,吸附容量达到1.49mmolU/g。升高温度,平衡吸附量增大。pH对吸附容量的影响较大,适宜的pH范围为5.0-6.0。C-TR对UO22 的吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程。吸附动力学可用拟二级速度方程来描述。C-TR对UO22 的吸附基本不受NaCl影响,该吸附材料可望用于海水中铀的富集和分离。  相似文献
