铜氧化合物高温超导体正常态的电子输运一直是人们关注的焦点问题之一,根据最近研究的Bi2Sr2CuOy单晶a-b平面内电阻率随温度的变化关系,发现许多直接生长的晶体在高温呈金属性而低温下出现电子局域化现象,对低温呈强局域化行为的样品进行了磁阻测量,发现在较低温区的低场,样品具有正磁阻效应,而高场下,样品具有负磁阻效应,最大正磁阻对应的磁场则随着温度的升高向低场漂移,在高温区,无论是低场和高场,样品不再具有正磁阻效应而只存在负磁阻效应,同时还发现样品的磁阻效应随着温度的增加而变得不明显,通过对横向磁阻与纵向磁阻的比较,发现这种磁阻主要是轨道效应的贡献。把实验结果与强局域化区域轨道磁阻的理论工作进行了比较,对正、负磁阻的起源进行了讨论。 相似文献

We report on a comparative optical investigation on EuFe2As2 and LaFeAsO polycrystalline samples. The spin-density wave (SDW) partial gap is observed for both compounds. The gap-like absorption peaks in the real part of conductivity for EuFe2As2 and LaFeAsO scale with their respective T SDW. Most remarkably, the study reveals a substantial difference in optical reflectance spectra for the two prototype compounds of 122 and 1111 systems: EuFe2As2 shows a much higher reflectivity with fewer phonon modes than that of LaFeAsO. This yields optical evidence for much stronger anisotropy between ab-plane and c-axis in 1111-type compounds. 相似文献

A series of layered (Sr1-xKx)Fe2As2 compounds with nominal x = 0-0.40 are synthesized by solid state reaction method. Similar to other parent compounds of iron-based pnictide superconductors, pure SrFe2As2 shows a strong resistivity anomaly near 210 K, which was ascribed to the spin-density-wave instability. The anomaly temperature is much higher than those observed in LaOFeAs and BaFe2As2, the two prototype parent compounds with ZrCuSiAs- and ThCr2Si2-type structures. K-doping strongly suppresses this anomaly and induces superconductivity. Like in the case of K-doped BaFe2As2, sharp superconducting transitions at Tc ~ 38 K is observed. We perform the Hall coefficient measurement, and confirm that the dominant carriers are hole-type. The carrier density is enhanced by a factor of 3 in comparison to F-doped LaOFeAs superconductor. 相似文献

研究了典型的层状钙钛矿结构超导单晶Sr2RuO4在c方向的磁阻(Δρ/ρ0)(H∥ab,J∥c)的变化.实验发现,磁阻表现出强烈的各向异性,并且随着温度T的降低,磁阻效应越明显;当在平面ab内旋转磁场H的方向时,磁阻成周期性变化;实验表明,磁场沿(110)方向时,出现磁阻的极大值.分别从Sr2RuO4的费米面的各向异性、载流子散射率、c方向能带色散的各向异性等方面来解释这些输运性质.

Two-coupled structural modulations in charge-density-wave state of SrPt_2As_2 superconductor 下载免费PDF全文
Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) study of SrPt2As2 reveals two incommensurate modulations appearing in the charge-density-wave(CDW) state below TCDW≈ 470 K. These two structural modulations can be well explained in terms of condensations of two-coupled phonon modes with wave vectors of q1= 0.62a*on the a*–b*plane and q2=0.23a*on the a*–c*plane. The atomic displacements occur along the b-axis direction for q1and along the c-axis direction for q2, respectively. Moreover, the correlation between q1and q2can be generally written as q1=(q2+ a*)/2 in the CDW state, suggesting the presence of essential coupling between q1and q2. A small fraction of Ir doping on the Pt site in Sr(Pt1-xIrx)2As2(x ≤ 0.06) could moderately change these CDW modulations and also affect their superconductivities. 相似文献

The Hg-doped T1-based 2201 and 2212 phase layered cuprates have been successfully syn-thesized at ambient pressure and identified by X-ray powder diffraction and electron diffraction analysis. Compared with pure T1-based 2212 phase compound, there are indications that the corresponding Hg-doped T1-based compound (T11.8Hg0.2)Ba2CaCu2Oz exhibits much higher Tc (> 132K). 相似文献
