钒掺杂对Pb_2Sr_2Nd_（1．5）Ce_（0．5）Cu_3O_（10＋δ）

本文着重研究了钒对Ｐｂ－３２２２相成相的影响．当Ｎｄ３＋／Ｃｅ４＋为３：１时，通过钒掺杂简单方便地制备了单相性较好的Ｐｂ－３２２２相样品．本文还讨论了钒在Ｐｂ２Ｓｒ２—Ｎｄ１．５Ｃｅ０．５Ｃｕ３Ｏ１０＋δ中的可能位置．     

SYNTHESIS AT AMBIENT PRESSURE AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF Hg-DOPED TI-BASED DOUBLE [(T1, Hg)-O]-LAYERED CDPHATES

The Hg-doped T1-based 2201 and 2212 phase layered cuprates have been successfully syn-thesized at ambient pressure and identified by X-ray powder diffraction and electron diffraction analysis. Compared with pure T1-based 2212 phase compound, there are indications that the corresponding Hg-doped T1-based compound (T1_1.8Hg_0.2)Ba₂CaCu₂O_z exhibits much higher T_c (> 132K).
