基于灰度关联分析的冬小麦叶片含水量高光谱估测   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
尝试应用灰色关联分析方法(GRA)分析典型的水分植被指数(WVI)和水分含量(LWC)间的关联度,然后选择对冬小麦叶片水含量敏感的指数,比较SRM-PLS(逐步回归-偏最小二乘)方法和PLS方法估算LWC的精度。首先,对冬小麦WVI与LWC进行灰色关联分析,筛选出对冬小麦LWC敏感的WVI;其次,利用筛选出的敏感WVI,分别用PLS-SRM方法和PLS两种方式估算冬小麦LWC;然后对两种方式进行比较,选择最高决定系数(R2)和最小均方根误差(RMSE)的LWC估算模型来估算冬小麦LWC。结果表明:在整个生育期用PLS和PLS-SRM方法估算LWC, R2和RMSE分别为0.605和0.575,4.75%和7.35%。研究表明:先使用GRA对WVI和LWC进行关联度分析,再用PLS或PLS-SRM方法可以提高冬小麦的LWC估算精度。  相似文献

近红外漫反射光谱法测定整粒小麦单株蛋白质含量   总被引:18,自引:2,他引:16  
应用近红外漫反射光谱技术(波长为1 100~2 498 nm,分辨率为2 nm),以整粒小麦为材料建立适合于小麦单株分析的蛋白质含量分析系统。首先选取籽粒蛋白质含量具有梯度差异的小麦样品,然后对样品扫描得到原始光谱信息,通过散射校正及数学处理来消除原始光谱噪声,最后分别采用多元线性回归、主成分分析法和偏最小二乘法法建立回归方程。结果表明,优化各项参数后,光谱经过标准乘性散射校正和一阶导数处理后,回归分析采用修正的偏最小二乘法(MPLS)得到的定标模型效果最佳。最终得到的预测方程定标相关系数(RSQ)、交叉验证标准误差(SECV)、交叉验证相关系数(1-VR)分别为0.94,0.42,0.87。数学模型经过验证样品集检验,预测相关系数达到0.88。该模型达到了快速、无损分析单株小麦的要求,非常适合于品质育种的早代选择。  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱测定小麦中9种氨基甲酸酯类农药的多残留检测方法.样品经乙腈提取,中性氧化铝填充柱净化,然后采用HPLC-ESI(+)-MS/MS测定.着重探讨了液质联用体系的稳定性、测定中普遍存在的基体效应及其校正的可能方法.结果表明,本研究建立的方法简便、快捷、准确,适合大批量样品的测定.  相似文献

Linear viscoelastic properties (LVP) were determined for five durum wheat doughs and five common wheat doughs (representing four different classes of Canadian common wheat) of different strength using creep testing. A creep time of 10,000 s was sufficient to reach a state of steady state flow for all of the doughs. Creep compliances were analyzed in terms of a Burgers model. For the durum doughs, the entire elastic compliance curve was shifted to higher values as the strength of the dough (as measured by extensigraph) decreased, while the steady state viscosity increased with strength. For common wheat doughs, the elastic compliance curves were steeper and the steady state viscosities were lower than for durum doughs of comparable extensigraph strength. The retardation strengths associated with a maximum in the retardation spectra were lower for the stronger durum doughs than for common wheat doughs of comparable strength. Differences in the LVP between durum and common wheat doughs of similar extensigraph strength were interpreted in the context of physical gels with crosslinks and entanglements, whose contributions to material properties are difficult to distinguish in short-time creep or dynamic measurements. The increased extensibility of common wheat doughs relative to durum doughs of comparable extensigraph strength was attributed to a higher molecular weight fraction in the polypeptide chains, similar in some respects to end-linked bimodal polymer networks. An evaluation of the grain functional components of Italian durum wheat cultivars was conducted. The raw material was obtained from the field trial performed in 2006–2007 at the Experimental Farm of the University of Bologna, (Bologna, Italy). The aim of this study was to define the phytochemical profile of ten varieties, comprised of old and modern durum wheat genotypes, including quantitative and qualitative phenolic and flavonoid content (free and bound forms). The results showed that mean values of total phenolic compound and total flavonoid content in old wheat varieties (878.2 ± 19.0 μmol gallic acid equivalent/100 g of grain and 122.6 ± 25.4 μmol catechin equivalent/100 g of grain, respectively) did not differ significantly from those detected in modern genotypes (865.9 ± 128.9 μmol gallic acid equivalent/100 g and 123.5 ± 20.6 μmol catechin equivalent/100 g, respectively). However, the HPLC–ESI-TOF-MS analysis highlighted remarkable differences between modern and old cultivars. The interpretation of the mass spectra allowed the identification of 70 phenolic compounds, including coumarins, phenolic acids, anthocyanins, flavones, isoflavones, proanthocyanidins, stilbenes and lignans. The free extracts of ancient wheat varieties showed the presence of a mean number of phenolic compounds and isomer forms (8.7 ± 2.5 and 7.7 ± 4.7 respectively) significantly higher than in modern genotypes (4.4 ± 2.9 and 2.0 ± 2.4, respectively). A similar trend was observed also for the bound phenolic fraction. Moreover, the phytochemical profiles showed the presence of unique phenolic compounds in both free and bound fractions of some of the investigated wheat genotypes. Results highlighted that investigated old wheat cultivars may offer unique nutraceutical values for their peculiar contents in bioactive phytochemicals, suggesting their uses into a wide range of regular and specialty products naturally enriched with health-promoting compounds.  相似文献

Wheat gluten (WG)/silica (SiO2) hybrids were prepared through in-situ synthesis of SiO2 in WG dispersion of aqueous ammonia. The hybrids with different SiO2 contents were mixed with glycerol plasticizer to form cohesive dough and the dough was compressively molded to form cross-linked sheets. Morphology, moisture absorption, protein solubility in water, tensile mechanical properties and dynamic rheological behavior of the WG/SiO2 composites were investigated in relation to SiO2 contents. 针对高维小样本光谱数据所显现的函数型数据(Functional data)特性、与性质参数的非线性关系及变量间存有的严重共线性,采用了样条变换集成罚函数偏最小二乘回归新技术.它首先以三次B基样条变换实现非线性光谱数据的线性化重构,随后将重构的新光谱矩阵交由罚函数偏最小二乘法(Penalized PLS)构建其与性质参变量间的校正模型,其中罚函数中的光滑因子由交叉验证优化确定以调控模型的拟合精度.最后,通过小麦样品水分含量的近红外光谱定量分析,结果显示该技术光谱数据重构稳健,去噪明显,并有效解决高维小样本的过拟合和变量间的共线性,而预测集的均方根误差(RMSEP)为0.1808%,方法的非线性校正模型预测能力得到了明显提高.  相似文献

小麦粉中甲醛的提取问题是一个比较复杂的多因素问题。采用正交实验法,选用L9(34)正交实验表,在提取试剂、提取温度、提取时间等多个因素和水平中优选小麦粉中甲醛振荡提取的最佳条件。实验中甲醛提取量采用Nash试剂柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定。结果表明,提取温度是小麦粉中甲醛提取的最主要因素,最佳的提取条件为提取温度30℃、提取液为硫酸钠、提取时间为40min。  相似文献

Wheat leaves with natural microstructures as substrates were covered by the silver nanoislands by magnetron to prepare a low-cost, environment-friendly and mass production surface-enhanced fluorescence (SEF) substrate (Ag-WL substrate). The best SEF substrate was selected by repeatly certifying the fluorescence intensity of 10-5 M Rhodamine B (RB) and 10-5 M Rhodamine 6G (R6G) aqueous solutions. The abundant semi-spherical protrusions and flake-like structures on the surface of the Ag-WL substrate produce high-density hot spots, which provides a new and simple idea for the preparation of biomimetic materials. The results of 3D finite-different time-domain (FDTD) simulation show that the nanoisland gap of semi-spherical protrusions and flake-like structures has produced rich hotspots. By adjusting the time of magnetron sputtering, the enhancement factor (EF) was as high as 839 times, relative standard deviation (RSD) reached as low as 10.7%, and the substrate was very stable and repeatable, which shows that Ag-WL substrate is trustworthy. Moreover, semi-spherical protrusions provide stronger surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effects compared to flake-like structure. What is more surprising is that the detection limit of the substrate for toxic substance crystal violet (CV) is as low as 10-10 M.  相似文献
