基于多元线性回归的逐步分析算法 ,依据小麦粉的近红外吸收特性机理 ,对小麦粉的近红外光谱(10 0 0~ 2 5 0 0nm)划分三波段 (Ⅰ :10 0 0~ 14 0 0nm ;Ⅱ :14 0 0~ 186 0nm ;Ⅲ :186 0~ 2 5 0 0nm) ,并进行了各波段的光谱信息提取 ,确定了回归特征波长 ,对不同波段建立的回归模型进行了比较 ,给出了各段回归的最佳数学模型。通过对小麦粉近红外谱的信息提取及蛋白质成分的定量分析 ,比较和讨论了不同波段所建模型对小麦粉蛋白质含量的近红外分析结果 ,在应用中有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

以几种具有较好应用前景的细胞质雄性不育型小麦为材料,对分蘖期小麦叶片中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性进行了测定,实验结果表明,亲本中国春的谷胱甘肽的含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的比活最高,华麦8号次之,细胞质雄性不育小麦均低于保持系中国春与华麦8号,这可能意味着细胞质雄性不育小麦在分蘖斯植株体内清除活性氧代谢的能力的能力低于可育品种,是小麦以后发育过程花粉走向败育的内在原因之一。  相似文献

建立了粮食样品中镰刀菌氧萘满酮(TDP-1)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)的高效液相色谱-荧光检测分析方法。粮食样品在碱性和中性条件下用乙腈-水(3:1,V/V)提取,经正己烷脱脂,过Florisil柱净化,最后用反相高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定。该法的最低检出灵敏度:玉米赤霉烯酮为5×10^-9g,镰刀菌氧萘满酮为1×10^-9g。玉米中镰刀菌氧萘满酮和玉米赤霉烯酮的回收率分别为100.2%和92.4  相似文献

利用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)检测了在不同电泳条件下分离小麦种子醇溶蛋白的效果。结果显示,用碱性缓冲液(0.06mol/L硼酸钠,pH9.0,并含有20%乙腈和1%SDS)及47cm×50μmi.d.毛细管柱,在15kV电压和30℃的条件下可获得较高的分辨度和重复性。  相似文献

A series of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 solid acid catalysts with different Zr(SO4)2 loadings were prepared by water-soluble-impregnation method at room temperature. Then, the prepared catalysts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum, X-ray diffraction, adsorption/desorption of N2, and temperature-programmed desorption of NH3. The results showed that the active component Zr(SO4)2 was successfully adhered to the mesoporous SiO2, and the acid amount of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 increased with the increasing of the Zr(SO4)2 loadings. Finally, the wheat stalk was used as raw material and depolymerized over Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 to produce ethyl levulinate (EL). The reaction mixture was separated and purified by filtration and vacuum distillation. The kinetic characteristics and the reaction pathway were also studied. A comparative study showed that 20 wt.% Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 exhibited higher catalytic activity. When reaction temperature, time, catalyst dosage and Zr(SO4)2 loadings were 190 °C, 50 min, 20 wt.% and 30 wt.%, the EL yield reached a maximum of 17.14%. The relative content of EL exceeded 90% after three steps of distillation.  相似文献

基于激光吸收光谱技术的农田氨挥发研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
氨挥发是农田氮素向环境输出的重要途径,也是我国空气中PM2.5形成的主要因素,给环境和农业生产带来了诸多不利影响。传统的农田氨挥发测定大多依赖酸吸收法,但因采样时间长、劳动量大,难以获取氨挥发日内动态变化规律。基于开放光程可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术进行田间痕量氨气测定时,测量精度高、选择性好、系统响应速度快,不需要复杂的采样操作,就可以实现激光发射器与反射镜之间数十至数百米的高时间分辨率的氨气浓度原位快速监测。其与微气象反向拉格朗日随机扩散模型相结合(TDLAS-BLS法)是目前农业源氨挥发监测技术领域的研究热点。通过田间试验,分析比较TDLAS-BLS法与微气象水平通量积分法(IHF法)测定的氨挥发速率及氨挥发损失结果,实现对TDLAS-BLS法测定大面积农田氨挥发的可靠性验证。利用监测获取的高时间分辨率数据研究冬小麦追肥期氨挥发日内变化规律及影响因素。结果表明:TDLAS-BLS法和IHF法测定农田氨挥发速率基本一致(斜率为0.97,R2=0.97,n=14),TDLAS-BLS法测定氨挥发速率仅比IHF法低3%,总氨挥发损失仅低6%,证明TDLAS-BLS法可用于冬小麦追肥期大面积农田氨挥发监测中。冬小麦追肥期白天氨浓度明显高于夜间,且受风速波动影响,氨浓度瞬时波动较大。氨挥发速率在追肥后缓慢升高,施肥后第6天出现氨挥发速率峰值8.9 kg N·ha^-1·d^-1,随后逐渐降低,至第15天与背景接近。氨挥发损失主要集中在施肥后的第5~8 d(79~175 h),该时段氨挥发损失占总氨挥发损失的69%。整个监测期间TDLAS-BLS法测定总氨挥发损失为8.8 kg N·ha-1(占施氮量6.3%),较低的损失量与沟施覆土的施肥方式及低温、低光照强度有关。TDLAS-BLS法实现了在线监测大面积农田氨挥发日内变化规律,高时间分辨率数据可更准确地评估气象因素对氨挥发的影响。冬小麦追肥期氨挥发日内波动较大,存在明显的昼高夜低变化规律,与温度、风速、光照有很高的相符性。相关分析表明风速、光照、土壤温度、降水都与氨挥发有显著相关性,异常天气下主导气象因素(如降水)是氨挥发主要控制因素。  相似文献

Thermally processed rhizomes of Atractylodes macrocephala (RAM) have a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating various disorders, and have been an integral part of various traditional drugs and healthcare products. In TCM, herbal medicines are, in most cases, uniquely processed. Although it is thought that processing can alter the properties of herbal medicines so as to achieve desired functions, increase potency, and/or reduce side effects, the underlying chemical changes remain unclear for most thermally processed Chinese herbal medicines. In an attempt to shed some light on the scientific rationale behind the processes involved in traditional medicine, the RAM processed by stir-frying with wheat bran was investigated for the change of chemical composition. As a result, for the first time, five new chemical entities, along with ten known compounds, were isolated. Their chemical structures were determined by spectroscopic and spectrometric analyses. The possible synthetic pathway for the generation of such thermally-induced chemical entities was also proposed. Furthermore, biological activity evaluation showed that none of the compounds possessed cytotoxic effects against the tested mammalian cancer and noncancer cell lines. In addition, all compounds were ineffective at inhibiting the growth of the pathogenic microorganisms.  相似文献

Wheat represents one of the most important cereals for mankind. However, since wheat proteins are also the causative agent of several adverse reactions, during the last decades, consumers have shown an increasing interest in the old wheat genotypes, which are generally perceived as more “natural” and healthier than the modern ones. Comparison of nutritional value for modern and old wheat genotypes is still controversial, and to evaluate the real impact of these foods on human health comparative experiments involving old and modern genotypes are desirable. The nutritional quality of grain is correlated with its proteomic composition that depends on the interplay between the genetic characteristics of the plant and external factors related to the environment. We report here the label-free shotgun quantitative comparison of the metabolic protein fractions of two old Sicilian landraces (Russello and Timilia) and the modern variety Simeto, from the 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 growing seasons. The overall results show that Timilia presents the major differences with respect to the other two genotypes investigated. These differences may be related to different defense mechanisms and some other peculiar properties of these genotypes. On the other hand, our results confirm previous results leading to the conclusion that with respect to a nutritional value evaluation, there is a substantial equivalence between old and modern wheat genotypes. At present, little information is available in the scientific literature related to the durability (weathering resistance) of fire-retarded wood and natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. In this work, thermoplastic profiles for façade applications based on high-density polyethylene, wheat straw particles, and fire-retardants were extruded and their reaction-to-fire performance before and after artificial weathering evaluated. Profile geometries were either solid or hollow-core profiles, and fire-retardants (FR) were added either in the co-extruded layer or in the bulk. Various FR for inclusion in the co-extruded layer were screened based on UL-94 tests. For profile extrusion, two types of FR were chosen: a coated intumescent combination based on ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and an APP coated with melamine and without formaldehyde. Before weathering, the peak heat release rate (pHRR) and the total heat release (THR), which were determined using cone calorimeter measurements, were reduced by up to 64% and 67% due to the FR. However, even before weathering, pHRR of the profiles was relatively high, with best (lowest) values between 230 and 250 kW/m2 under the test conditions. After 28 days of artificial weathering, changes in reaction-to-fire performance and color were evaluated. Use of the APP in the co-extruded layer worsened color change compared to the formulation without APP but the pHRR was not significantly changed. The influence of weathering on the fire behavior was small compared to the difference between fire-retarded and non-fire-retarded materials. Results from the cone calorimeter were analyzed with regard to ETAG 028, which provides requirements related to the durability of fire performance of building products. In many formulations, increase in THR was less than 20% compared to before weathering, which would place some of the profiles in class C or better (EN 13501-1). However, due to the high pHRR, at best, class D was obtained under the conditions of this study. In addition to cone calorimeter measurements, results from the single flame source test, limiting oxygen index determination and thermogravimetric analysis, are shown and discussed. Strength properties, water uptake and swelling of the profiles, thermal conductivity, and energy dispersive X-ray data are also presented.  相似文献
