运用大型有限元软件Patran/Nastran分析了大开口复合材料加筋壁板的稳定性,并对不同加筋方式下壁板屈曲特征值和屈曲模态图进行了比较。结果表明:补强提高了大开口复合材料壁板的稳定性,但往往无法达到很好的效果,需要通过加筋改善其稳定性;加筋复合材料壁板稳定性较原有模型有较大提高;加筋大开口复合材料壁板屈曲特征值随筋条距开口中心距离的增加而减小,其屈曲分界线均位于筋条布置处;纵筋大开口复合材料加筋壁板一阶屈曲特征值为2.13,而横筋只达到1.08;纵筋布置对复合材料壁板稳定性影响明显高于横筋布置,可在实际工程应用中适当增加纵筋的布置。 相似文献

Dempster–Shafer theory (DST), which is widely used in information fusion, can process uncertain information without prior information; however, when the evidence to combine is highly conflicting, it may lead to counter-intuitive results. Moreover, the existing methods are not strong enough to process real-time and online conflicting evidence. In order to solve the above problems, a novel information fusion method is proposed in this paper. The proposed method combines the uncertainty of evidence and reinforcement learning (RL). Specifically, we consider two uncertainty degrees: the uncertainty of the original basic probability assignment (BPA) and the uncertainty of its negation. Then, Deng entropy is used to measure the uncertainty of BPAs. Two uncertainty degrees are considered as the condition of measuring information quality. Then, the adaptive conflict processing is performed by RL and the combination two uncertainty degrees. The next step is to compute Dempster’s combination rule (DCR) to achieve multi-sensor information fusion. Finally, a decision scheme based on correlation coefficient is used to make the decision. The proposed method not only realizes adaptive conflict evidence management, but also improves the accuracy of multi-sensor information fusion and reduces information loss. This paper examines the combination of radial deformation with torsion for a circular cylindrical tube composed of a transversely
isotropic hyperelastic material subject to finite deformation swelling. The stored energy function involves separate matrix
and fiber contributions such that the fiber contribution is minimized when the fiber direction is at a natural length. This
natural length is not affected by the swelling. Hence swelling preferentially expands directions that are orthogonal to the
fiber. The swelling itself is described via a swelling field that prescribes the local free volume at each location in the
body. Such a treatment is a relatively simple generalization of the conventional incompressible theory. The direction of transverse
isotropy associated with the fiber reinforcement is described by a helical winding about the tube axis. The swelling induced
preferential expansion orthogonal to this direction induces the torsional aspect of the deformation. For a specific class
of strain energy functions we find that the twist increases with swelling and approaches a limiting asymptotic value as the
swelling becomes large. The fibers reorient such that fibers at the inner portion of the tube assume a more circumferential
orientation whereas, at least for small and moderate swelling, the fibers in the outer portion of the tube assume a more axial
orientation. For large swelling the fibers in the outer portion of the tube reorient beyond the axial orientation, and so
are described by helices with orientation in the opposite sense to that in the reference configuration.

The reinforcement of a styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) by single fillers—carbon black (CB) or multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)—or by mixtures of CB and MWNTs, is investigated. The morphologies, mechanical and electrical properties of the composites, are analyzed. A significant improvement in the tensile properties is observed for samples containing a dual phase. Using atomic force (AFM) and transmission electron (TEM) microscopies, we demonstrate that the double loading improves the dispersion of the nanotubes in SBR. Electrical measurements show lower resistivity and a lower percolation threshhold for composites containing blends of fillers, which provides further evidence of better dispersion. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 钢筋混凝土(RC)单向板是桥梁建设的重要组成部分. 对6块高强RC单向板进行非接触爆炸试验, 研究HRB400、HRB500和HTRB600高强RC单向板的抗爆性能, 分析爆炸后试件的破坏形态和参数. 结果表明 非接触爆炸下, 3种类型高强钢筋混凝土单向板的破坏形态相似, 单向板整体响应后出现弯曲破坏, 侧表面出现多条弯曲破坏裂缝; 在2.5kgTNT作用下的HTRB600高强RC单向板的裂缝数量和裂缝类型与2.1kgTNT作用下的HRB500高强RC单向板和1.7 kgTNT作用下的HRB400高强RC单向板差别不大, 相差范围在1条裂缝以内; HTRB600高强RC单向板在承受更大载荷时, 其平均加速度峰值比低载荷下HRB500、HRB400高强RC单向板分别增加45.1%和88.6%, 其抗弯承载力更好, 刚度更大. 相似文献

Controllable synthesis of high aspect ratio Mg_2B_2O_5 nanowires and their applications in reinforced polyhydroxyalkanoate composites 下载免费PDF全文
Highly pure magnesium borate (Mg2B2O5) nanowires with an average diameter of - 30 nm, an average length of 15 μm, and a high aspect ratio of - 500 have been synthesized on a large scale via a two-step method. MgBO2(OH) nanowires with high aspect ratios were first prepared via a PVP-assisted hydrothermal technique. Using these nanowires as precursors, single crystalline Mg2B205 nanowires were synthesized by post-annealing treatment at a relatively low temperature of 700 ℃. The important effect of the MgBO2(OH)-Mg2B2O5 conversion process on the morphology of the Mg2B2O5 nanowires was investigated and it was indicated that the recrystallization process plays an important role in the protection of the one-dimensional (1D) nanostructure. Moreover, the rigidity and the toughness of the Mg2B2O5 nanowire- reinforced PHA composites were tremendously improved compared to those of the pure PHA. Within the framework of fractal analysis and percolation theory, an alternative model of reinforcement of filled polymers
is offered. Practically, this model can be used only to describe the reinforcement of nanocomposites, because, according to
the treatment considered, a pronounced reinforcement can be reached only at ratios of filler particle diameter to the statistical
segment length of about 10 and less. A theoretical calculation showed a good qualitative and quantitative agreement with experiments.
The type of reinforcement mechanism of composites is determined by the type of the space (fractal or Euclidean) in which the
structure of the polymeric matrix is formed.

Four polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) cages with vinyl groups were linked to a central siloxane core by hydrosilylation. The goal was to obtain filler particles of sizes between those of the POSS cages themselves and the much larger silica particles typically used to reinforce elastomers. The hydrosilylation reaction was monitored with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic resonance, and the resulting structure was confirmed by mass spectrometry. Simply blending these POSS-based fillers into silanol-terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) had little effect on the mechanical properties, but bonding them to PDMS provided considerable reinforcement. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
