高强钢筋混凝土单向板在非接触爆炸下的抗爆性能研究

摘    要:钢筋混凝土(RC)单向板是桥梁建设的重要组成部分. 对6块高强RC单向板进行非接触爆炸试验, 研究HRB400、HRB500和HTRB600高强RC单向板的抗爆性能, 分析爆炸后试件的破坏形态和参数. 结果表明 非接触爆炸下, 3种类型高强钢筋混凝土单向板的破坏形态相似, 单向板整体响应后出现弯曲破坏, 侧表面出现多条弯曲破坏裂缝; 在2.5kgTNT作用下的HTRB600高强RC单向板的裂缝数量和裂缝类型与2.1kgTNT作用下的HRB500高强RC单向板和1.7 kgTNT作用下的HRB400高强RC单向板差别不大, 相差范围在1条裂缝以内; HTRB600高强RC单向板在承受更大载荷时, 其平均加速度峰值比低载荷下HRB500、HRB400高强RC单向板分别增加45.1%和88.6%, 其抗弯承载力更好, 刚度更大.

Abstract:One-way reinforced concrete (RC) slabs are the significant structural components in constructions of bridges. The 6 high strength RC one-way slabs were tested under the non-contact explosion to analyze the damage modes and parameters of specimens after explosion. And the explosion resistance performances of HRB400, HRB500 and HTRB600 high strength RC one-way slabs were experimentally investigated. The experiment results indicate that the damage modes of 3 different high strength reinforcement types of RC one-way slabs are similar. The bending failure occurs in one-way slabs after overall response. There exist many flexural cracks appearing on the side surface. Subjected to TNT loadings at weight of 2.5kg, the cracks number and pattern on HTRB600 high strength RC one-way slabs are similar to the HRB500 high strength RC one-way slabs under 2.1kg TNT and the HRB400high strength RC one-way slabs under 1.7kg TNT. The cracks number among the three patterns high strength specimens differs at the range of only one crack. Under the severer blast loadings, the average peak values of accelerations of HTRB600 high strength RC one-way slabs increase by 45.1% and 88.6% compared to HRB500 high strength RC one-way slabs and HRB400 high strength RC one-way slabs respectively, which means the HTRB600 high strength RC one-way slabs have better flexural bearing capacities and better stiffness.
