新型噻唑-肉桂酸杂合体的设计、合成及黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制活性

以乙酰乙酸乙酯和苯甲醛为原料,经5步反应得到14个2-取代肉桂酰胺基-4-甲基噻唑-5-羧酸化合物,其结构均经¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR和MS确证。经初步体外黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制活性评价,化合物5l表现出对黄嘌呤氧化酶有一定的抑制作用,抑制率为64.91%。      

同轴正交偏振双脉冲序列受激布里渊散射抽运放大的实现方法

利用受激布里渊散射放大时抽运光与种子光可以有一时间延迟的特性,设计了一个同轴传播正交偏振双脉冲序列的偏振控制装置,使同轴传播的两个正交偏振脉冲光束在放大时具有相同的偏振态,从而实现了两束光的抽运放大.     

UNIFORM ESTIMATE ON FINITE TIME RUIN PROBABILITIES WITH RANDOM INTEREST RATE

We consider a discrete time risk model in which the net payout (insurance risk) {Xk,k=1,2,···} are assumed to take real values and belong to the heavy-tailed class L ∩ D and the discount factors (financial risk) {Yk,k=1,2,···} concentrate on [θ,L],where 0 θ 1,L∞,{Xk,k=1,2,···},and {Yk, k=1,2,···} are assumed to be mutually independent. We investigate the asymptotic behavior of the ruin probability within a finite time horizon as the initial capital tends to infinity, and figure out that the convergence holds uniformly for all n ≥ 1, which is different from Tang Q H and Tsitsiashvili G (Adv Appl Prob, 2004, 36: 1278–1299).

A digraph D is supereulerian if D has a spanning eulerian subdigraph. BangJensen and Thomass′e conjectured that if the arc-strong connectivity λ(D) of a digraph D is not less than the independence number α(D), then D is supereulerian. In this paper, we prove that if D is an extended cycle, an extended hamiltonian digraph, an arc-locally semicomplete digraph, an extended arc-locally semicomplete digraph, an extension of two kinds of eulerian digraph, a hypo-semicomplete digraph or an extended hypo-semicomplete digraph satisfyingλ(D) ≥α(D), then D is supereulerian.     

掺铟氧化锌纳米盘的制备、结构及性质研究

热蒸发Zn、In₂O₃和C粉混合物, 在没有催化剂的条件下制备出掺铟氧化锌纳米盘. 纳米盘呈六边形或十二边形, 均是结晶完好的纤锌矿结构的单晶, 对角线长度约1~3 μm , 厚度40~100 nm. 纳米盘的生长是由自催化固-液-气(V-L-S)机理控制, 在实验条件下Zn和In的液滴抑制纳米盘 [0001]方向的生长. EDS分析表明, 六边形纳米盘和十二边形纳米盘中In的含量相近, 约为2.2%. 室温光致发光谱显示掺杂后的紫外发射峰位稍有蓝移, 同时半高宽(HWHM)变大, 没有观察到绿光发射峰位.     

高效液相色谱梯度洗脱同时测定化妆品中防腐剂、抗氧化剂和杀菌剂

建立了一种灵敏、快速的高效液相色谱梯度洗脱同时测定化妆品中防腐剂、抗氧化剂和杀菌剂的方法。采用C8柱，以甲醇和水为流动相梯度洗脱。在检测波长273nm用二极管阵列检测器，17min内可将4种防腐剂、2种抗氧化剂和2种杀菌剂分离测定。方法快速准确，用于实际样品的测定。     

乳化剂OP存在下蛋白质与虎红的超分子显色反应研究及分析应用

在pH 2.36～3.29 的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中,在乳化剂OP存在条件下,虎红与蛋白质发生超分子显色反应形成红色的超分子复合物,该超分子复合物的最大吸收波长为565 nm,而试剂的最大吸收波长为568 nm,紫移了3 nm.在565 nm处考察了多种蛋白质的响应情况,结果表明测定牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、人血清白蛋白(HSA)及γ-球蛋白(IgG)时具有高灵敏度,它们的表观摩尔吸光系数ε565和桑德尔灵敏度s分别为1.836×106、 2.213×106、 2.932×106 L·mol-1·cm-1,和0.036、 0.031、 0.061 μg/cm,其线性范围分别为2～36、 2～36 和2～40 mg/L.除阴、阳离子表面活性剂外,其余大部分物质不干扰蛋白质的测定.所拟方法应用于新鲜人尿液和人血清中总蛋白的测定,结果与考马斯亮蓝G-250法基本一致.     

Layered Lanthanum Complex with 3-Nitrophthalic Acid Assembled via Hydrogen Bonds-Synthesis, Structure and Characterization of [LaL(HL)(H_2O)_3]_2·2H_2O (H_2L=3-NO_2C_6H_3(CO_2H)_2)

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.
