Synthesis and Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectra of N-（1,3, 2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates

N-（1,3,2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates were synthesized and determined by NMR spectra and positive ion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry （ESI-MS） in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry （MS/MS）. The fragmentation pathways were investigated. The results show that these characteristic ions in ESI mass spectra are useful in the structural determination of N-（1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）- thiophosphoramidates.     

多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极伏安法测定氯霉素

研究了氯霉素(CAP)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为.发现在pH=2.0的0.1 mol/LKCl-HCl底液中,CAP在该修饰电极上有一灵敏的还原峰(Ep=-0.36 V vs.Ag/AgCl),峰电流与CAP浓度成正比,线性范围为6.0×10-6~2.7×10-4mol/L,检测限达3.0×10-6mol/L.该方法灵敏、准确,用于模拟样品和实际样品的测定,结果满意.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structures and Properties of Two Novel Co（Ⅱ） and Cd（Ⅱ） Complexes of N-AcetyI-L-glutamic Acid and Imidazole Ligands

Two novel complexes {[Co（A-glu）（Im）2]·0.5H2O}n （1） and [Cd（A-glu）（Im）3]n （2） （H2A-glu=N-acetyl-L-glutamic acid, Im=imidazole） have been synthesized from the reaction of H2A-glu with Co（CH3COO）2·4H2O or Cd（CH3COO）2·2H2O in the presence of Im. Both of the complexes display different coordination environment and similar one-dimensional chain structure. The magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1 show a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between two cobalt（Ⅱ） ions bridged by A-glu ligand. The complex 2 exhibits an intense fluorescent emission in solid state at room temperature.     

Thermochemistry on the Complex of Erbium Perchlorate with L-α-Glutamic Acid [Er2（L-Glu）2（H2O）6]（ClO4）4·6H2O（s）

A coordination compound of erbium perchlorate with L-α-glutamic acid, [Er2（Glu）2（H2O）6]（ClO4）4·6H2O（s）, was synthesized. By chemical analysis, elemental analysis, FTIR, TG/DTG, and comparison with relevant literatures, its chemical composition and structure were established. The mechanism of thermal decomposition of the complex was deduced on the basis of the TG/DTG analysis. Low-temperature heat capacities were measured by a precision automated adiabatic calorimeter from 78 to 318 K. An endothermic peak in the heat capacity curve was observed over the temperature region of 290-318 K, which was ascribed to a solid-to-solid phase transition. The temperature Ttrans, the enthalpy △transHm and the entropy △transSm of the phase transition for the compound were determined to be： （308.73±0.45） K, （10.49±0.05） kJ·mol^-1 and （33.9±0.2） J·K^-1·mol^-1. Polynomial equation of heat capacities as a function of the temperature in the region of 78-290 K was fitted by the least square method. Standard molar enthalpies of dissolution of the mixture [2ErCl3·6H2O（s）＋2L-Glu（s）＋6NaClO4·H2O（s）] and the mixture {[Er2（Glu）2（H2O）6]（ClO4）4·6H2O（s）＋6NaCl（s）} in 100 mL of 2 mol·dm^-3 HClO4 as calorimetric solvent, and {2HClO4（1）} in the solution A＇ at T=298.15 K were measured to be, △dHm,1=（31.552±0.026） kJ·mol^-1, △dHm,2 = （41.302±0.034） kJ·mol^-1, and △dHm,3 = （ 14.986 ± 0.064） kJ·mol^-1, respectively. In accordance with Hess law, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of the complex was determined as △fHm-=-（7551.0±2.4） kJ·mol^-1 by using an isoperibol solution-reaction calorimeter and designing a thermochemical cycle.     

由季戊四醇合成季戊四硫醇的新方法

以季戊四醇为原料,先合成四对甲苯磺酸季戊四醇酯,然后四对甲苯磺酸季戊四醇酯与硫氰酸钾在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中加热反应,生成了2,3,7,8-四硫螺[4,4]壬烷,2,3,7,8-四硫螺[4,4]壬烷经四氢化铝锂还原、酸化,得到季戊四硫醇.产物结构经熔点、红外光谱、质子核磁共振谱、拉曼光谱鉴定.     

抗癌新药德氮吡格及其衍生物的定量构效关系

按氢分类的分子电性距离矢量（Hydrogen-association classified molecular electronegafivity-distance vector,H-MEDV）是由4种类型原子间的相互作用得到的一种描述分子二维结构的拓扑描述子.本文根据H-MEDV来研究创新构型抗肿瘤药物德氮吡格（TNBG）及其衍生物活性与其结构之间的关系,利用多元线性回归和逐步回归,建立的4变量模型的相关系数R=0.862.对筛选后建立的模型用留一法交互检验的结果为Rcv=0.713,结果表明模型具有较好的预测能力和稳定性.     

Studies on the Molecular Chain Conformation Stability of Aminated Konjac Glucomannan

Konjac glucomannan （KGM） was aminated by 2-chloroethyl-amine （CEA） as reagent so as to study the influence of concentration of CEA （based on the amount of KGM）, concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature on the extent of amination. And the molecular simulation technology was adopted to analyze the conformation stability of aminate （AKGM）. The results indicate that when the amount of CEA is higher, the extent of amination is higher. The optimum concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature are 10% NaOH, 70 ℃ and 45 rain, respectively. IR shows KGM is successfully aminated. The conformation of AKGM is in a random clew-like shape.     

The MAP/PH/N retrial queue in a random environment

We consider the MAP/PH/N retrial queue with a finite number of sources operating in a finite state Markovian random environment. Two different types of multi-dimensional Markov chains are investigated describing the behavior of the system based on state space arrangements. The special features of the two formulations are discussed. The algorithms for calculating the stationary state probabilities are elaborated, based on which the main performance measures are obtained, and numerical examples are presented as well.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of One 3D Coordination Polymer of Nickle （II） Achieved from 5-Iodo-isophthalic Acid Ligand

A new coordination polymer [Ni（L）（m-bix）（H2O）]n （1, H2L = 5-iodo-isophthalic acid, m-bix=1,3-bis（imidazol-1-ylmethyl）-benzene） has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 9.1638（3）, b = 10.2319（3）, c = 13.2463（4） ？, α = 80.1710（10）, β = 83.671（2）, γ = 70.3790（10）o,C22H19NiIN4O5, Mr = 605.02, V = 1150.85（6） ？3, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, F（000） = 600, μ = 2.225 mm-1, S = 1.045 and Z = 2. The final R = 0.0388 and wR = 0.1257 for 5089 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. In the title complex, the M and P layers are arranged alternately to give a double-layer structure by the symmetry related hydrogen bonds, and these double-layers are further joined together to achieve a 2D supramolecular architecture through I···π interaction involving iodine atoms and imidazole rings. The thermal stability of the title complex was studied by thermal gravimetric （TG） and differential thermal analysis （DTA）.     

Improved device reliability in organic light emitting devices by controlling the etching of indium zinc oxide anode

A controllable etching process for indium zinc oxide （IZO） films was developed by using a weak etchant of oxalic acid with a slow etching ratio. With controllable etching time and temperature, a patterned IZO electrode with smoothed surface morphology and slope edge was achieved. For the practical application in organic light emitting devices （OLEDs）, a sup- pression of the leak current in the current-voltage characteristics of OLEDs was observed. It resulted in a 1.6 times longer half lifetime in the IZO-based OLEDs compared to that using an indium tin oxide （ITO） anode etched by a conventional strong etchant of aqua regia.
