Both homogeneous and asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) membranes were prepared by solvent casting. The sorption and permeation behavior of CO2, O2, and N2 using these two kinds of cast PES membranes and commercially available homogeneous PES film was investigated to extract the pressure dependence of gas permeability and the permselectivity for CO2 relative to N2, and to confirm the validity of the working assumption that a skin layer in an asymmetric membrane can be essentially replaced by a thick homogeneous dense membrane. The pressure dependence of the mean permeability coefficient to CO2 in homogeneous membranes obeys the dual-mode mobility model. The ideal separation factor for CO2 relative to N2 at an upstream pressure of 0.5 MPa attains ca. 40, while the permeability to CO2 is about 2.7 Barrer at the same upstream pressure. The same separation factor in asymmetric membranes amounts to 35. The diffusion behavior for the skin layer in an asymmetric membrane with a thin skin layer can be simulated approximately by that in a homogeneous dense membrane. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

本文利用表面光电压谱(Surface Photovohage spectroscopy,简称SPS)研究了ZnTPP对TiO_2粉末的光谱敏化,发现用ZnTPP修饰后的TiO_2(金红石和锐钛矿)粉末在可见区420、550和590nm附近有三个光伏响应带,它们分别对应于ZnTPP的Soret、Q(1,0)和Q(0,0)带。经过严格的实验和分析,证明这三个带是由ZnTPP对TiO_2的敏化光电压引起的,而不是ZnTPP自身的光伏响应。在敏化效果上,亚稳的锐钛矿优于金红石。同时,我们对这种光敏表面的光诱导电荷转移机制和SPS作为一种研究光谱敏化方法的可行性进行了讨论。 相似文献

At room temperature and in acidic solution, ordered mesoporous silicas with particular morphology were synthesized using cetylpyridinium chloride as the template and formamide as the cosolvent. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), small angle X-ray diffraction (SXRD), and nitrogen adsorption techniques were used to characterize the as-synthesized and calcined samples. Results showed that the samples had hexagonal mesostructure analogous to MCM-41 and relatively narrow pore-size distributions (BJH). Besides, BET surface areas of the samples were in the range of 1 000~1 250 m2·g-1 and high total pore volumes were up to 1.367 cm3·g-1. Addition of formamide affected obviously mesostructures and the morphology of the mesoporous silica. 采用磁控溅射技术在用浸渍提拉法制得的TiO2薄膜上,溅射氧化钨层,通过气相反应中光催化降解二甲苯的实验表明,WOx/TiO2薄膜具有可见光活性.通过UV-Vis吸收光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法对其可见光活性的机理进行探索.UV-Vis吸收光谱表明WOx,TiO2对可见光响应的范围有一定的扩展,吸收强度增加.XPS表明WOx/TiO2薄膜表面形成了明显的W杂质能级和Ti缺陷能级,这是WOx/TiO2在可见光范围有一吸收的主要原因,也是光催化剂具有可见光活性的必要条件之一,同时杂质能级的存在使半导体费米能级上移,载流子增加,光催化效率提高. 相似文献

Tin oxide-doped hybrid particles were prepared by a wet chemical process with organic-inorganic (phenyl/silica) hybrid particles in an alcoholic solution. The phenyl/silica hybrid particles, with a diameter of ca. 790 nm were used as a new support material for tin oxide (SnO2) particles from tin(IV) chloride. The surface of the particles was modified via nitration of aromatic groups in the particles, to promote formation of the tin oxide coating on the particles. The thickness and surface morphology of the tin oxide layer coated on the nitrated-phenyl/silica hybrid particles could be controlled by varying the tin(IV) chloride concentration and reaction time. The size and morphology of the resultant particles were investigated with field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The particles obtained were also characterised by infrared (FTIR) and solid-state 13C magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-CP/MAS NMR) spectroscopy.
