The particular role of radiopharmacy within bioorganometallic chemistry

This article will emphasize the particular role of organometallic radiopharmaceutical chemistry, namely the need for syntheses from water and the emerging implications for other (bio)organometallic fields. After some basic insights into the different directions of bioorganometallic chemistry, some facets of the [M(CO)₃]⁺ (M = Tc, Re) moiety are reviewed and discussed in the respective context. The mechanism for the synthesis of [M(OH₂)₃(CO)₃]⁺ which is still little understood, will be touched. The formation of additional M-C bonds is exemplified with cyclopentadienyl chemistry, the potential impact on targeted molecular imaging with the labelling of amino acids and the reactivity towards essential biomolecules such as guanine is shown. Future perspectives and implications for organometallic radiopharmaceutical chemistry will close this article.     

Microwave Assisted Conversion of Oximes and Semicarbazones to Carbonyl Compounds Using Benzyltriphenylphosphonium Peroxymonosulfate

Summary.  Benzyltriphenylphosphonium peroxymonosulfate in the presence of catalytic amounts of bismuth chloride was found to be an efficient and mild reagent for the oxidative cleavage of oximes and semicarbazones to the corresponding carbonyl compounds under microwave irradiation. Diastereoselective Photochemical Synthesis of α-Amino-β-hydroxyketones by Photocycloaddition of Carbonyl Compounds to 2,5-Dimethyl-4-isobutyloxazole

Summary. The photocycloaddition of aldehydes and α-ketoesters to 2,5-dimethyl-4-isobutyloxazole leads to bicyclic oxetanes with high to moderate (exo) diastereoselectivity that can be easily ring-opened to give α-amino-β-hydroxyketones.     

分子筛笼内金属羰基簇合物的热稳定性研究

本实验采用戊马比妥钠诱发豚鼠和家兔急性心力衰竭模型，观察了舒心丸的治疗作用。结果表明，舒心丸ｉｖ能明显升高心衰豚鼠的心脏收缩幅度和心衰家兔的Ｂｐ，ＬＶＰ，ＬＶ±ｄｐ／ｄｔ和ＣＯ。其作用与哇巴因相似。     

碱改性γ－Al_2O_3催化剂表面碱强度分布与COS水解活性的研究

用非水滴定法和Ｈａｍｍｅｔｔ系列指示剂测定了ＣＯＳ水解碱改性γ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３催化剂的表面碱强度分布．发现表面碱强度分布不均匀与表面能量分布不均匀相呼应．采用零点酸碱强度（Ｈ_（０，ｍａｘ））及碱中心区域分析法，Ｂｒｏｎｓｔｅｄ催化定律，进一步证实ＣＯＳ水解反应具有明显碱催化特征，较高活性催化剂的Ｈ_（０，ｍａｘ）一般为１０左右，对ＣＯＳ水解反应起主要作用的碱性中心的碱强度（Ｈ_０）为４．８≤Ｈ_０≤９．８．对碱金属氧化物改性后的γ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３催化剂，Ｂｒｏｎｓｔｅｄ规律在每个碱强度分区域内是适用的．     

A New HPLC Method to Determine Carbonyl Compounds in Air

In this paper,a new HPLC method was established to determine the earbonyl compounds in air.As the absorbent,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazint(2,4-DNPH)reaeted with earbonyls specifieally,which form the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones,then analyzed by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions,the recovery rate,stability of samples,reagent blank,sampling efficiency were all studied systematically.The results showed that this established method had high sensitivity and good selectivity compared with other analytical methods,and it can detemine ten earbonyl compounds in air in 26 min simultancously.     

Chiral Recognition in π Complexes of Alkenes,Aldehydes, and Ketones with Transition Metal Lewis Acids; Development of a General Model for Enantioface Binding Selectivities

Prochiral alkenes, aldehydes, and ketones constitute the most frequently used starting materials for enantioselective organic syntheses. Protocols often involve chiral binding agents or Lewis acids that can give two diastereomeric adducts, the ratios of which are measures of chiral recognition. With π adducts, the diastereomers differ in the enantioface of the C?C or O?C group bound to the Lewis acid. This review provides the first comprehensive analysis of such equilibria and related binding phenomena with chiral transition metal Lewis acids. An extensive body of data from the authors' laboratory for complexes of the pyramidal rhenium fragment [(η⁵?C₅H₅)Re(No)(PPh₃)]⁺ ( I ) affords particular insight. Literature data for other complexes are also summarized. A general model for chiral recognition based upon the relative steric properties of four quadrants is presented. This enables binding selectivities to be individually and rationally optimized for different classes of ligands. Electronic effects are also identified and correlated with specific structural properties. Relationships between binding equilibria, reactivity, and product configurations are discussed.     

N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺光谱性质与构象的计算机模拟

首次采用Materialsstudio软件中不同的交换-相关势能函数对N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺进行密度泛函理论计算,通过与文献报道的B3LYP/6-311G**常规计算方法进行比较,以及MP2/6-311G**方法进行单点能计算,确认所采用方法计算N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺分子最低能量构象更接近整个势能面的全局最小点;振动频率理论分析结果与N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺化合物羰基振动双重分裂的红外光谱特征相吻合,表明红外光谱可以作为琥珀酰亚胺类化合物的重要表征方法;根据对N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺、萘和萘胺的轨道分布和电荷密度进行理论分析,解释了N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺化合物溶液的紫外和荧光的光谱特征,并进而可推断N-(1-萘基)-琥珀酰亚胺分子在溶液中的构象和理论计算得到的真空中最低能量构象相同,其二面角为94.995°。     

Tricarbonyl complexes of rhenium(I) and technetium(I) with thiourea derivatives

fac-[M(CO)₃X₃]²⁻ complexes (M=Re, X=Br; M=Tc, X=Cl) react with thiourea derivatives under formation of stable rhenium(I) and technetium(I) complexes. The composition of the products can be controlled by the steric requirements of the ligands and their ability to form chelates.The products of reactions with tetramethylthiourea, Me₄tu (I), N,N-diethylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine, H₂Et₂tcb (II), and morpholinylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine, H₂morphtcb (III), have been studied by X-ray crystallography showing that the products belong to three different structural types. A mononuclear complex of the composition fac-[Re(CO)₃Br(Me₄tu)₂] has been isolated with tetramethylthiourea, whereas the thiocarbamoylbenzamidines deprotonate and act as N,S-chelating ligands. This results in the formation of a dimeric [Tc(CO)₃(HEt₂tcb-N,S)]₂ complex with a central, almost square Tc₂S₂ unit and a monomeric compound of the composition [Tc(CO)₃(Hmorphtcb-N,S)(H₂morphtcb-S)]. The latter compound contains a neutral, S-bonded morpholinylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine in the unusual imine form in addition to a chelate-bonded Hmorphtcb⁻ ligand.
