STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF CLAMPING IN MICRO/NANO SCALE EXPERIMENTS

Two kinds of clamping in micro/nano scale experiments are investigated in this paper, one based on electron-beam-induced deposition, and the other on the van der Waals interaction. The clamping strength and mechanism are analyzed both theoretically and experimentally. The influence of relative humidity on the micro/nano clamping and the method of electrostatic clamping are discussed. The clamping strength and performance of different clamping methods are compared considering the size and material of the clamped objects, and the application environments.     

THE EFFECT OF MEDIUM ON ADSORPTION OF FREE ACID BY CROSSLINKED CHITOSAN RESIN

The adsorption of free acid of low concentration by crosslinked chitosan resin was followed by electrochemical experimental technique.The effect of acid concentration and the media on adsorption was discussed.The experimental results show that both the apparent rate constant and the interaction energy between the adsorbent and adsorbate are decreased while the concentration of hydrochloric acid is increased.In the adsorption system.the adsorption was effected by addiiton of organic solvent.     

偏二甲肼渗透管标准物质的制备及其均匀性稳定性研究

以精馏和光解纯化工艺获得的高纯偏二甲肼为原料,制备了渗透率范围为0.5-30μg/min的偏二甲肼渗透管标准物质.经过均匀性、稳定性检验,结果表明:该标准物质均匀性、稳定性良好,为航天作业环境中各类快速检测仪的监控准确性提供了判定依据.     

涡旋光在大学物理实验教学中的探究

涡旋光具有独特的强度和螺旋相位结构而备受人们的关注。基于涡旋光与铷原子相互作用，本文研究分析了入射光的频率、拓扑核数以及偏振状态等参量涡旋光束轮廓和能量分布的影响。实验结果表明这些参量可以实现对涡旋光空间分布的有效调制。我们的实验探索能让大学生对涡旋光有更深的理解，拓展他们的眼界。本实验研究也将在大学物理实验教学方面具有潜在的应用。     

例说实验在教学重难点突破中的妙用

实验具有直观性、趣味性,用实验调动学生学习积极性是常用的教学方法.许多物理概念和规律都是通过运用实验来重现某种物理现象并通过观察、比较、分析、综合、归纳,使感性认识上升到理性认识的过程中建立和总结起来的.有趣的实验能有效刺激学生的感官,吸引学生注意力,也有利于发展学生的想象力和抽象思维能力,所做的实验不一定多么复杂,只要它能吸引学生,使学生充分感知,就能收到好的效果.     

Effects of clouds, sea surface temperature, and its diurnal variation on precipitation efficiency

The effects of clouds, sea surface temperature, and its diurnal variation on precipitation efficiency are investigated using grid-scale data from nine equilibrium sensitivity cloud-resolving model experiments driven without large-scale vertical velocity. The precipitation efficiencies are respectively defined in surface rainfall, cloud, and rain microphysical budgets. We mathematically and physically demonstrate the relationship between these precipitation efficiencies. The 2℃ increases in spatiotemporal invariant sea surface temperature (SST) from 27℃ to 29℃ and from 29℃ to 31℃, and the inclusion of diurnal SST difference 1℃ and the 1℃ increase in diurnal SST difference generate opposite changes in the precipitation efficiency by changing ice cloud-radiation interactions. The radiative and microphysical processes of ice clouds have opposite effects on the precipitation efficiency because of the rainfall increase associated with the reduction in the saturation mixing ratio caused by the exclusion of radiative effects and the decrease in rainfall related to the reduction in net condensation caused by the exclusion of deposition processes. The radiative effects of water clouds on the precipitation efficiency are statistically insensitive to the radiative effects of ice clouds.     

以PBL法进行药学实验基本技能教学的探索与实践*

根据西部少数民族地区院校的客观条件和教学特点,提出用以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)进行药学基本技能实验教学。实践证明,实验组(PBL法)的实践基本技能操作水平和发现、分析并解决问题的能力均显著高于对照组(传统教学法)。该法对提高西部少数民族地区药学本科生的创新能力具有较大意义,对其他地区药学本科生创新能力的培养也有一定的借鉴作用。     

Experimental Verification of Left-Handed Metamaterials Composed of Coplanar Electric and Magnetic Resonators

We verified experimentally left-handed metamaterials （LHM） composed of coplanar electric and magnetic resonators. A typical LHM sample composed of coplanar resonator unit cells was fabricated, investigated and tested. The experimental results show that the tested sample has a left-handed band of width 1.4 GHz in the X band. The experimental results agree quite well with the simulation ones. Moreover, both the simulation and experimental results show that the LHM under study can automatically achieve good impedance-matching in the left-handed band.
