Manufacturing network flow (MNF) is a generalized network model that overcomes the limitation of an ordinary network flow in modeling more complicated manufacturing scenarios, in particular the synthesis of different materials into one product and/or the distilling of one type of material into many different products. Though a network simplex method for solving a simplified version of MNF has been outlined in the literature, more research work is still needed to give a complete answer whether some classical duality and optimality results of the classical network flow problem can be extended in MNF. In this paper, we propose an algorithmic method for obtaining an initial basic feasible solution to start the existing network simplex algorithm, and present a network-based approach to checking the dual feasibility conditions. A novel fluorescence method for the determination of etimicin is described. Etimicin reacts with acetylacetone and formaldehyde in pH 4.0 Britton-Robinson (B.R.) buffer solution to from a fluorescent substance [I]. Emission spectra of [I] and the reagent blank were overlapped, so the arithmetic emission spectra of the fluorescent substance were obtained by subtracted form the spectra of [I] to the spectra of the reagent blank using the Fluorescence Data Software. There is a linear relationship between the intensity of the arithmetic emission spectra and the concentration of etimicin. Effects of pH, amount of acetylacetone-formaldehyde, and heating time on the determination of etimicin have been examined. Etimicin can be determined over the concentration range of 1.0 to 10.0 μg?mL?1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 11 repetitive determinations of 5.0 μg?mL?1 etimicin is 0.22 %. The utility of this method was demonstrated by determining etimicin in commercial samples. 相似文献

Ni/diamond composite coatings have been synthesized by ultrasonic-assisted electrodeposition in a Ni electroplating bath containing diamond nanoparticles. The influences of current density and ultrasonic agitation on the coating composition, morphology, topography, phase structure, and electrochemical characteristics of the electrodeposits were evaluated. Ultrasonic agitation was provided using an external ultrasonic bath at a frequency of 40 kHz and acoustic power of 300 W. Coating samples were also prepared under magnetic stirring for comparison with the ultrasonic-assisted deposits. This work reveals that the diamonds have been incorporated and evenly distributed in the composites. The coatings exhibit dense, granular like morphology with pyramid-like grains. As current density increases, the diamond amount of ultrasonic-assisted electrodeposits first increased to maximum of 11.4 wt% at 3 A dm−2 and then decreases to 9.9 wt% at 5 A dm−2, and the RTC of the preferred orientation (2 0 0) plane increases from 76.3% up to 93.4%. The crystallite size was 60–80 nm and the Ra of the magnetic and ultrasonic agitations were 116 nm, 110 nm, respectively. The maximum Rp of 39.9, 50.3 kΩ cm2 was obtained at 4 A dm−2 when respectively immersed 30 min and 7 days, illustrating the best corrosion resistance of the coatings of 4 A dm−2. The effects of mechanical and ultrasonic agitations on the mechanism of the co-electrodeposition process were both proposed. The incorporation of diamond particles enhances the hardness and wear-resisting property of the electrodeposits. The ultrasonic-assisted electrodeposited Ni/diamond coating has better corrosion resistance than that prepared under mechanical stirring conditions. 相似文献

A model is presented of a particulate composite containing spherical inclusions, each of which are surrounded by a localized region in which the elastic moduli vary smoothly with radius. This region may represent an interphase zone in a composite, or the transition zone around an aggregate particle in concrete, for example. An exact solution is derived for the displacements and stresses around a single inclusion in an infinite matrix, subjected to a far-field hydrostatic compression, and is then used to derive an approximate expression for the effective bulk modulus of a material containing a random dispersion of these inclusions. The analogous conductivity (thermal, electrical, etc.) problem is then discussed, and it is shown that the expression for the normalized effective conductivity corresponds exactly to that for the normalized effective bulk modulus, if the Poisson ratios of both phases are set to zero. 相似文献

经匀浆的鱼肉样品置于20 mL顶空瓶中,加入氯化钠3.0 g,水1 mL及pH 2.0硫酸溶液9 mL,于40℃超声萃取30 min。将顶空瓶放入带固相微萃取装置的Combi PAL全自动进样器中,于90℃温度下加热20 min后,用85μm聚丙烯酸酯萃取头固相微萃取10 min,于280℃热解3 min,用HP-5毛细管柱分离后,用气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器)测定五氯酚的含量。五氯酚的线性范围在0.05~100μg.L-1之间,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.02μg.L-1。在3个浓度水平(1.0,5.0,50.0μg.kg-1)上对方法的回收率进行试验,测得回收率在81.2%~89.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.2%~7.1%之间。 相似文献
