本文讨论了树映射f的链等价集的性质,得到了f具有零拓扑熵的几个等价条件,并证明了:如果 f的一个链等价集是个无限集,那么这个链等价集的任何孤立点都是f的非周期的终于周期点.     

Segregation effect in symmetric cellular automata model for two-lane mixed traffic

Segregation effects commonly exist in granular mixtures with difference in size, shape or density. In mixed traffic flow, slow vehicle and fast vehicle, as two types of particles, have different desired speed. We investigate the segregation along the road in mixed traffic flow by using a symmetric two-lane cellular automata model. A parameter D, which quantifies the degree of segregation, is defined. We study the density dependency of the parameter at different randomization probability. Simulation results show that segregation is more obviously in free flow region. We argue that the overtaking maneuvers have similar effect as percolation in granular flow.

Finite-element analysis of dispersion and loss characteristics of groove guide with arbitrary shapes

The dispersion and loss characteristics of groove guide with arbitrary shapes are analyzed with high-order finite element method. The effectiveness and the reliablity of the method are verified by the experiments and the results obtained by other methods. Groove guides with various groove shapes, such as rectangular, triangular, parabolic, elliptic and cosine functions, are investigated systematically. The calculating results show that the dispersion of groove guide with different groove shape is almost the same, however, the loss characteristics is rather different; among them, V-shape groove guide has the lowest loss which is about half of the rectangular one. All the curves and the data given in this paper can be used in designing elements and circuits of the groove guide.     

Investigation of the A2Σ- state of CuO by laser-induced fluorescence

The laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectrum of the A²Σ^－X²Π_3/2 transition of CuO in the 540－620nm region has been studied, where the CuO molecule was produced by using the technique of dc discharge reaction under a supersonic condition. We have recorded and rotationally analysed the 0－0, 1－0, 2－0 and 3－0 bands. The rotational constants of the upper state A²Σ^- were determined and vibrational constants improved. In addition, the lifetime measurement for the A²Σ^- state was carried out under the collision-free condition, and the lifetimes obtained are 469±2, 456±2, 488±3 and 490±4ns for v'=0, v'=1, v'=2 and v'=3 levels, respectively.     

Isospin symmetry breaking in ρ→πγ decay

In terms of effective field theory and mixed-propagator approach, we show that there is a larger hidden effect of isospin breaking in ρ→πγ decay due to a ω exchange, ρ→ω→πγ. The branching ratio is predicted as B(ρ→πγ) = (11.67±2.0)×10^-4, which is much larger than Particle Data Group's datum (6.8±1.7)×10^-4 and one of charged mode, B(ρ^±→π^±γ) = (4.5±0.5)×10^-4. Two novel synchronization criterions for a unified chaotic system

Two novel synchronization criterions are proposed in this paper. It includes drive–response synchronization and adaptive synchronization schemes. Moreover, these synchronization criterions can be applied to a large class of chaotic systems and are very useful for secure communication.

本文将建立矩阵AKNS系列Darboux变换的行列式表示。为此,推广了Sylvester恒等式,并利用它化简Darboux迭带所致的行列式 最后,给出了几个著名的矩阵孤立子方程,如矩阵KdV、矩阵NLS、矩阵MKdV等的孤立子解。     

The elastic and optical properties of the high-pressure hydrous phase δ-AlOOH

δ-AlOOH has recently been reported to be the least compressible hydrous phase known with a compressibility comparable to corundum and stishovite. It is predicted to be stable at the lower mantle conditions of the earth. By means of first principles methods, we have studied phase stability, electronic structure, elastic and optical properties of δ-AlOOH. Comparison between the elastic constants of δ-AlOOH and α-Al₂O₃ (corundum) shows that δ-AlOOH is as hard as corundum even though it contains 15% amount of water. In addition, δ-AlOOH has a calculated refractive index n similar to that of corundum.
