The reducibility of the anisotropic Hele-Shaw problem to the isotropic case

It is established that the unilateral Hele-Shaw problem for flows in a channel when there is bulk anisotropy and Saffman–Taylor boundary conditions on the free boundary can be reduced to the isotropic case using a linear non-orthogonal coordinate transformation. Correspondingly, any exact solution of the Hele-Shaw problem for an isotropic medium generates a set of solutions for an anisotropic medium for arbitrary orientation of the principal axes of the permeability tensor with respect to the direction of the channel axis.     

Highly visible-light luminescence properties of the carboxyl-functionalized short and ultrashort MWNTs

Luminescence of the short multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) conjugated with carboxylic acid groups has been studied. The results show that the carboxyl-functionalized short MWNTs could emit luminescence and the emission peak appears at 500 nm with a corresponding optimal excitation wavelength centering at 310 nm. When the short MWNTs are filtered through 0.15 μm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, the ultrashort MWNTs are obtained from the filtrate. An interesting feature for the ultrashort MWNTs is that the emission intensity is strengthened and the peak is slightly blue shifted to 460 nm. This result indicates that the luminescence properties of MWNTs are strongly affected by the tube length. After chemical oxidization cutting, defects and carboxylic acid groups at the tube end and/or sidewall can be produced; the more shorten of MWNTs, the better dispersion and carboxylic passivation of the nanotubes, and the more intense luminescence emissions. The broad emissions are logically attributed to the trapping of excitation energy by defect sites in the carboxyl-functionalized nanotube structure.     

A theoretical study of electronic excited states of photosynthetic reaction center in Rhodopseudomonas viridis

The electronic singlet vertical excited states of photosynthetic reaction center (PSRC) in Rhodopseudomonas (Rps.) viridis were investigated by ZINDO and INDO/S methods. The effects of the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein on the electronic excitations were examined. The calculation results showed that the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein play an important role in reasonably assigning the experimental absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectra of PSRC in Rps. virids. By comparing the theoretically computed excited states with the experimental absorption and CD spectra, satisfactory assignments of the experimental spectroscopic peaks were achieved.     

氧化锌薄膜的电化学沉积和表征

以透明导电玻璃(TCO)为衬底，用硝酸锌水溶液作为电解液，研究了阴极还原沉积ZnO薄膜的反应机理和电化学行为. 通过改变工艺条件来控制ZnO的生长速率， 得到了粒径为10～15 nm的纳米ZnO薄膜. XRD分析显示纳米ZnO薄膜纯度高， 呈纤锌矿结构. 光学测试结果表明，在可见光区其透光度高达90%，禁带宽度为3.37 eV.     

N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

为了寻找新的高活性农药, 利用工业易得的三氟羧草醚及其中间体为起始原料, 设计合成了9个未见报道的N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲化合物, 结构经IR, ¹H NMR, 元素分析确认. X射线衍射测定了化合物4b的晶体结构, 结果表明: 其分子属于三斜晶系, 空间群P-1, a＝0.51588(19) nm, b＝1.0766(4) nm, c＝2.0596(8) nm, α＝81.113(6)°, β＝89.702(6)°, γ＝78.131(6)°, V＝1.1056(7) nm³, D_c＝1.445 Mg/m³, Z＝2, F(000)＝492, μ＝0.319 mm^－1. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较好的除草活性.     

Cloud Point Extraction Preconcentration of Trace Cadmium as 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone Complex and Determination by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

A new method for the determination of trace cadmium in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) after cloud point extraction (CPE) is proposed. The method is based on the complexation of Cd with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone (PMBP) in the presence of non-ionic micelles of Triton X-100. The effect of experimental conditions such as pH, concentration of chelating agent and surfactant, equilibration temperature and time on cloud point extraction was studied. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits are 0.64 ng mL^±1 with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.1% (n = 10). The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace cadmium in water samples with satisfactory results.     

Synthesis and herbicidal activities of methyl-1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonate monosalts

A series of 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5 and its corresponding phosphonate monosalts 6 were synthesized as potential herbicide. The phosphonate monosalts can be prepared from 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5, which were synthesized by the condensation of O,O-dimethyl-1-hydroxyalkylphosphonates with dichlorophenoxyacetic chloride. This method provides a simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of phosphonate derivatives containing sensitive groups to acid, base or water such as carboxylate ester bond; and the herbicidal activity of title compounds was evaluated in a set of experiments in greenhouse. Most of the compounds exhibited notable herbicidal activity.     

氯代膦烯化合物与零价钯的氧化加成反应机理探讨

与氯代烯烃或芳烃相反, 氯代膦烯与零价钯的氧化加成反应可以在温和条件下进行. 提出了可能的反应机理. 起始卤代膦烯的结构决定了反应历程和最终产物的结构.     

新型含吡啶基的不对称膦酸酯衍生物的合成与生物活性

通过2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶与亚磷酸酯的Michaelis-Becker反应合成得到10个新型含吡啶基的不对称膦酸酯衍生物, 并对环状亚磷酸酯与2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶反应的立体化学进行了研究, 结果表明: 不对称环状亚磷酸酯的电子效应和立体效应对反应的立体化学有着重要影响. 初步的生物活性结果表明, 该类化合物不具有杀虫活性, 但显现出较好的杀菌活性.     

On the Kernel of Restriction of Characters*

Let G be a finite group, H be a proper subgroup of G, and S be a unitary subring of C. The kernel of the restriction map S[Irr(G)] → S[Irr(H)] as a ring homomorphism is studied. As a corollary, the main result in [Isaacs, I. M. and Navarro, G., Injective restriction of characters, Arch. Math., 108, 2017, 437–439] is reproved.
