NETWORK CROWN ETHER POLYMERS WITH CENTRIC FUNCTIONAL GROUP (Ⅳ) SYNTHESIS OF NETWORK CROWN ETHER POLYMER WITH PENDANT DIETHYLAMINO THIAALKYL GROUP AND ITS PLATINUM COMPLEX*

The title polymer was prepared from 5-diethylamino-3-thia-pentyl glycidyl ether anddiethylene glycol bisglycidyl ether via ring-opening copolymerization. It was found that thisreaction could be catalyzed by sodium, but not Lewis acid. The obtained polymer can coordinatewith platinum compound, and the platinum complex is a new kind of catalyst for thehydrosilylation of olefins with triethoxysilane.     

选相原位法合成立方氮化硼的关键影响因素

利用选相原位法在水溶液中成功制备出了立方氮化硼晶体，对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明，利用选相原位法合成立方氮化硼的最佳实验条件是：反应压力为10.0 MPa，在氯离子加入下利用混合氮源进行反应。在该条件下得到了纯相的立方氮化硼晶体。     

液相色谱-串联质谱法测定血清中15种胆汁酸

建立了血清中15种胆汁酸的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定方法。血清样品经乙腈沉淀蛋白后,用Capcell Pak C18MG柱分离,以乙腈-醋酸铵缓冲液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.25 mL/min,进样10μL,采用多反应监测(MRM)定量分析。在定量范围内,15种胆汁酸的线性关系良好,批内、批间的RSD分别为2.3%~12.7%和1.1%~14.3%,回收率在75%~101%之间。应用本法测定了10名健康儿童血清中的胆汁酸含量。该方法的样品处理简单快速,检测准确灵敏,可满足临床血样中胆汁酸含量测定的要求。     

新型聚乙烯接枝共聚物的制备与表征

以聚氧乙烯和全氟辛基聚氧乙烯醚(FPEOE)为起始原料, 合成了一系列的特种氟表面活性剂及其丙烯酸酯, 用FTIR和1H NMR对其结构进行了表征, 用最大气泡法测定了其表面张力. 以其作为接枝单体, 利用反应挤出接枝的方法制备了系列功能化聚乙烯, 用FTIR确定了接枝共聚物的结构和接枝率; 用DSC、接触角测量仪和XPS对接枝共聚物的热性能、结晶行为和表面性能进行了测试分析. 结果表明, 随着聚氧乙烯分子量的增加, 氟表面活性剂的表面活性降低; 聚乙烯接枝共聚物的结晶温度高于线形低密度聚乙烯, 且具有较好的亲水性.     

N-二茂铁甲基丁胺的合成

以二茂铁甲醛和正丁胺为原料,经缩合、还原反应制得N-二茂铁甲基丁胺。采用连续操作的方法,用正交实验确定了反应的最佳条件:二茂铁甲醛10 mmol,n(FcCHO)∶n(n-C4H9NH2)∶n(KBH4)=1.0∶1.4∶1.4;于(65±2)℃缩合反应6 h;于(55±2)℃还原反应8 h,产率可达77.8%。在最佳条件下实验规模放大50倍,收率达80.5%,纯度达99.5%。     

Synthesis, Spectroscopic Properties and Crystal Structural Characterization of a Triphenyltin(Ⅳ) Complex with 5-Bromonicotinic Acid

A novel organotin complex [Ph3Sn(C2H5OH)(OCOC5H3NBr)SnPh3(OCOC5H3NBr)]has been synthesized by the reaction of 5-bromonicotinic acid with triphenyltin hydroxide in ethanol and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 15.564(2), b = 24.975(4), c = 12.2973(19) (A), β = 92.224(2)°, Z = 4, V = 4776.5(13) (A)3, Dc = 1.596g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.765 mm-1, F(000) = 2264, R = 0.0385 and wR = 0.0667. In the molecular structure of the title complex, the tin atoms are five-coordinated in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry.

NATIONAL STANDARD OF HEAT CAPACITY MEASUREMENT OF SOLIDS IN THE RANGE OF 4.2—90K——AN AUTOMATED ADIABATIC CALORIMETER FROM 25 TO 90K AND MOLAR HEAT CAPACITIES OF α-ALUMINA

The construction of an automated adiabatic calorimeter for heat capacity measurement ofsolids in the temperature range of 25- 90K is described in detail. The sample vessel of thecalorimeter has thin radial vanes which make no contact with its inner wall and are distrib-uted evenly, thus greatly improving the internal thermal equilibration of the vessel. Theprecision of temperature control for the adiabatic shields and electrical leads of the calori-metric system are heightened to a great extent by using the high precision ACD- 79 modeladiabatic controller specially developed by us for this purpose. Measurements of the heatcapacities of high purity α-Al_2O_3, one of the internationally-accepted standard referencematerials, agree with those of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS), USA within ±0.3%,demonstrating the reliability of this apparatus.     

A New Technique of Synthesizing 10—Hydroxy—5—methyl—5,10—dihydrophenophosphazine 10—Oxide

10-Hydroxy-5-methyl-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(1)was prepared by a new technique of treating 10-methoxy-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(2)with an equivalent of NaH in anhydrous DMF,and then at 120℃ for 3-4h,which not only avoided poisonous and expensive methyl iodide used in literature,but made the consumption of NaH greatly decrease as well.The possible reaction mechanism was also described.The chemical structure of 1 was confiremed by IR,NMR,and mass spectroscopy.
