电致发光加速层二氧化硅的电子高场迁移率

根据非晶态半导体的能带理论，讨论了分层优化薄膜电致发光方案中非晶二氧化硅加速层中的电子在高电场中的输运行为.研究结果表明：在高电场下，由于电场的存在降低了陷阱之间的平均势垒高度.在费密能级附近处的杂质及缺陷定域态和导带尾定域态中，电子的输运主要表现为电场增强的热辅助式跳跃传导；而在导带扩展态中，电子的输运仍像晶态半导体那样表现为共有化运动.此外，以实验数据为基础，计算出了非晶二氧化硅中电子的迁移率、最小金属电导率、导带迁移率边界状态密度及费密能级处的状态密度. 关键词：     

共轭聚合物MEH-PPV的固态阴极射线发光

在有机／无机异质结ZnS／MEH－PPV／ZnS器件中，交流驱动条件下，实现了共轭聚合物MEH－PPV的固态阴极射线发光，器件的发光光谱与MEH－PPV的光致发光谱相同。电子经过ZnS层加速后，成为过热电子，这些过热电子直接碰撞激发MEH－PPV而发光。在日光灯照明下，可以看到器件的均匀发光。     

几丁质发酵液的生物活性

鞘氨醇单胞菌CJ-5菌株在以几丁质为碳源的培养基上生长,既产生几丁质酶又产生壳聚糖酶.利用其发酵液进行抑制真菌,促进植物生长等生物活性的研究及作用机理的探讨,发现CJ-5菌株的几丁质发酵液具有抑制番茄枯萎病菌,促进水稻扩叶生根的效果,显示了潜在的防治植物病原菌及促进植物生长的能力.     

INFLUENCE OF DRIVING-FIELD PHASE FLUCTUATION ON ABSORPTION AND DISPERSION IN A SIMPLE THREE-LEVEL ATOMIC SYSTEM

The steady-state behavior of a simple three-level atomic system has been investi-gated by taking into account the effect of phase fluctuations in the driving field. For a monochromatic driving field, lasing with or without inversion can be established over a wide frequency range for the probe and driving fields. A large refractive index can also be generated even if the population inversion is positive. For a finite linewidth of the driving field, the refractive index enhancement tends to decrease. Furthermore, a behavior change from inversion laser to noninversion laser can occur as the driving field linewidth increases.     

纯热传导冷却产生软X射线激光

本文通过n_e=1×10~(19)cm~(-3)的热等离子体,在纯热传导冷却机制下的计算,得到了等离子体温度的时空变化,并运用碰撞-辐射模型计算了在这种条件下,类锂铝离子4f-3d,5f-3d跃迁的增益系数,计算表明:只要有合适的初始条件,用纯热传导冷却机制,也能产生软X射线激光增益.     

Synthesis of Codon-optimized Human Interleukin-18 Gene by Combination of Chemical and Enzymatic Method

According to the amino acid sequence and codon preference of E. coli, the human interleukin-18（IL-18） gene was optimized to avoid the rare codons. The total length of the synthesized gene is 571 bp; 18 oligonucleotides, DNA fragments were designed and synthesized by the phosphoramidite four-step chemical method. The whole DNA sequence was synthesized by a one-step total gene synthesis method, and then inserted in pUC18 vector. Five positive clones identified by blue-white colony screening were sent to Shanghai Sangon Biological Engineering Technology and Service Co., Ltd. for sequencing. The sequencing result shows that one clone contained the complete correct gene in all the five positive clones.

流动稳定性弱非线性理论的进一步改进

分析了流动稳定性原弱非线性理论中存在的问题,主要是:(1)解的收敛半径太小;(2)不能处理扰动演化问题,其原因最主要的是处理平均流修正的方法不正确;(3)不能处理一般的初值问题.针对存在的问题,提出了有效的改进办法.其正确性得到数值模拟结果的证实.     

非晶合金Fe78Si9B13在脉冲电流作用下的单相晶化

对非晶合金Fe₇₈Si₉B₁₃进行了超短脉冲电流处理，实现了晶化时α-Fe（Si）单相结构析出．可以认为，脉冲电流作用时，电子运动与非晶中空位型结构缺陷间的周期性排斥效应促进了类金属原子从非晶结构单元中析出，使Fe（Si）原子局部富集，导致基体金属相在较低温度下优先成核．而在空位的定向迁移的同时，将伴随B原子的扩散，则B原子局域富集，Fe-B化合物的形核析出就要受到这两个因素的抑制 关键词：
